This is where Ive been going to for years!!!! Love it!!! Love Rachel and Mai. The Only downside is, they use latex gloves. Im highly allergic and I have suggested that they, at the least, offer an alternative. I take my own gloves. This is 2 weeks later, getting them done soon!!!

As always this nail salon does not disappoint! This specific time has been my favorite design ever! I showed a picture of what I wanted and the woman did a better job than what was on the pic! She said her name was moon 🌙. She did my pedicure and my manicure. So pleased with her work. She took her time and really did it perfect even though I got there kind of late so we were the last ones in the salon. I definitely recommend this nail salon.

They have the really unique flavors. The ones that I have tried have all been very rich and full of flavor.

The guy there didn’t even let my feet soak before ripping the gel polish off ! He was being so rough and unprofessional! They are money hungry as well. I was charged extra to scrub my feet which should already be included in the $40 I was paying! Never in my life have I ever had to pay extra for small services that’s included in the package! On top of all that he was rushing !! I will never come back to this establishment again! Save your money and go somewhere else!

I wish I could give this place 0 stars.I visited this salon on 5/3/2019 at 1:40pm.I went in for an acrylic full set and asked for an almond shape. The nail tech that was doing my nails didnt apply my tips properly or choose the right size so they kept lifting or forming huge air bubbles. I let her know and she fixed one but didnt fix the rest that were applied incorrectly, which was most of them.The tech was essentially telling me to shut up because shes the professional when I asked her for larger size tips because they were falling off. Another lady who was sitting near the front desk was similarly dismissive of my concerns. I asked my tech to remove the tips. Please view the attached pictures of the condition she left my nails in.Disgusting, rude service, and an unhygienic tech who had the dirtiest nails Id seen in a nail salon. Please avoid this place.

My go to nail salon for the last 14 years! They always do an amazing job. Rachel and all the nail techs are amazing and my nails always look great!

Ive been going to Kenwood Nails for years (going on 10+). Ive only had good experiences with all of the staff. I tend to leave it up to them with color choices/designs and Im always satisfied. I always feel welcome and even spend time laughing and joking with everyone. Thanks Rachel and everyone at Kenwood Nails :)!

Ive never been rushed so quickly in my life. My feet sat in the water no longer than 1-2 minutes. Usually salons let your feet soak for at least 5 mins so the dead skin is soft enough to remove. Dead skin was still on my feet. He tried to put oil on it like I wouldnt notice. Oh and they filed the skin off of several of my finger tips with the drill... Just dont waste your money... Dont worry about wasting time I was in there no longer than 50 minutes total with 8-10 of the minutes waiting for service. So if youre looking for fast thats the place to be.

This place definitely deserves 5 stars!! Me and two of my friends came together and we were all helped within 10 minutes of us waiting! They work quick and efficiently and we all left satisfied. Rachel was the one who did my nails and she gave me wonderful service and slayed my nails to perfection! This is my new favorite nail spot!

Ve was awesome!

They use mma (illegal chemical) and denied it when I went in they said I went to a different nail salon. I know where I went and I know exactly where I sat. I went to the doctors and they said I had chemical burn and best thing to do is cover my pinky where the nail bed receded. And let the others grow out. My nails are still sore. It burned when getting them on and two days after having them they still burned. NOT CLEAN NOT SAFE. I showed them pictures of how the nails were a gooey mess coming off and told them about having to go to the doctors. They didnt care didnt offer a refund or anything. NEVER going back.

This has been the best nail salon I have visited in all of Maryland. The facility is spotless and well-decorated, as well as very inviting. The prices are an awesome deal. But, what really sold me was the staff. Every staff member is incredibly friendly, polite, and full of personality. They provided me top-quality service while keeping great conversation. They remember everyone and develop personal connections with their habitual customers as well as provide excellent at-home care advice for nails. I am so happy I found this place (thanks to Google!) and now have a regular nail salon to get amazing service.

I recently came here to get my nails done on 3/16/2021 I left my phone in the bathroom the short guy who work at the shop stole my cell phone I came back there twice and asked if they seen my phone everyone said no even said they checked the cameras and I didn’t have a phone the worker took my phone home to his place turn my phone on which alert me the location was 23 Granny Smith which was the workers house I went to and found out he stole my phone I will be pressing charges even tho he returned it I am very uncomfortable that I could spend money at a place and have my phone stolen by a worker

My mother has come here since they opened, my sister has come here, my grandmother my friends and I have always received the best care here. I love this place and the care they put into your nails. They are patient and kind. It’s definitely a friendly and fun experience. They have nail services. Eyebrow services and waxing services. Everything is licensed as well. Rachel and her coworkers take pride in their work and keeping the place clean. I highly recommend to go here.

Hands down service here has gotten better. If youre looking for reasonable prices come here. MAI is awesome! Great personality and warm service.

I’ve been going to Kenwood for a long time now and they never disappoint! Rachel is amazing and helps turn my ideas for my nails into reality.

I dont return to places where the people are rude for no reason. Most are pleasant, but 1 bad apple... I presented a simple brush atrok design for one nail, the tech didnt even look at the phone but stated she couldnt do it. It was so simple that is she couldnt do it she shouldnt be a tech. Back to my old shop I go which sucks since this is 5 minutes from my new home. Better customer service 10 min away in Towson.

Place was very clean and ppl were very nice but nails were done poorly 2 days after getting my nails done one broke off and the next day another broke off then i have to pay $10 to get both fixed

I have been going to this Salon for some time now and for the most part I love the nail techs ability to do nails and knowledge of nail techniques . However their attitude and customer service can be terrible at times. Yesterday the owner Rachel was very sarcastically rude and short with several patrons, to the point the one person actually told her her how rude she was and left. Even if the product is great poor customer service, especially when spending your money will change the experience. I normally dont take the time to write reviews but this one was needed. I usually refer people to this salon because I love their Nail Technique, but in the future will not and will probably consider other Customer Friendly Salons!!

I have been coming to Kenwood nails for almost 15 years. The service is always exemplary and the staff is wonderful: attentive, kind, and informative. When I moved to Texas, I would come back home just to come here. I appreciate their attention to detail and how they always remember everyone’s name and what they like and don’t like. There is always a wide range of colors to choose from and Rachel is always ordering new products to stay on trend. I highly recommend their services, the Volcano pedicure and Dip manicure are my staples!

I visited for the first time on 1/13/18. I had a wonderful experience. The salon is nice and clean. The staff is very friendly. There was a nice color selection and lots of gel polish colors to choose from. I got an acrylic fill in. I showed a photo from Instagram and I was able to find the exact gel color from the photo and get the shape that I wanted. And the prices were reasonable. I can’t wait to try a pedicure at this salon. I definitely recommend this salon!

Got a gel fill in, one replaced, and gel on my toes.. they look sooo pretty!! :) very nice, clean, affordable, comfortable... shaped them beautifully and didnt take forever to do like some other salons. Apparently “more color” means the color of your nail polish will change when your nails are warm and cold. I️ like how the lady started to act like she didn’t speak any English when I️ told her that’s not what I️ wanted but yet prior to this she asked me what I️ was doing for Thanksgiving.. You’ve been warned.

J was going to this nail salon over a year. Rachel does a great job. I went in one day and Rachel was very rude to me, so I decided to take my business elsewhere. I went in today for a pedicure, thinking okay maybe she was having a bad day and things would be different. I was declined service. It’s okay. You live and learn. I am an African American woman and she prefers Caucasian customers. I know from the conversations we had in the past. Take a customer service and diversity class. Remember you are a minority in this country and I’m pretty sure you would not want someone to make you feel inferior or oppressed.

I have come here for years and it was great.. but this last time I came, my acrylics lifted the day after I got them done so i got them fixed, but now, not even a week later, ALL of my nails are lifting.

The worst pedicure Ive ever gotten. She did such a rushed, halfass job. My feet actually felt and looked better before I went in there. Only went there because the original spot I was gonna go to down the street had a 2 hour wait.....never again.

The only reason I give 2 cause the wait wasn’t long but never have to went to a place to get gel full-set $35 and charged $10 extra for the polish. Also they charge my daughter $50 for medium length nails gel full-set. I will never come back here. I get dip powder nail usually and never pay for both set $80, I paid $100 for basic ass nails if they would have told me the price prior to starting about the polish extra I would have turned around. This was a last minute thing and close to home but the extra few minutes to make it to Dundalk would have saved me $20. Side note: once u start questioning they all of the sudden don’t speak English and don’t understand what u saying 😡😡

They do great work but customer service is terrible. There are too many good nail salons out there to give money to people who ignore, skip and disrespect customers.

I’m probably never getting my nails done here ever again, I came in to get a full set on Friday. The guy took a while to put the nail tips on so the glue was a little dry. He trimmed the nails very uneven, he didn’t check to see if they were even. He applied to acrylic too thick and damaged my cuticle on my right pinky. Only after a day of wearing the nails one fell off, and today two fell off and it’s only Sunday 😕

Every single time i come here i get the same thing, gel fill, coffin shape, cut down. and every single time the price is different. when i first started coming here it was $33 for everything thing i got. 2 weeks ago it was $36 and today it was $39. i get the same thing every time and the price consistently changes. it’s a shame because they do such a good job but they don’t know how to stay consistent. this is last time i will ever come here.

First time there. My nail salan had about ten people in front of me, and I was in a rush.That is why I went to Kenwood. I had a problem with the pedicure tub at Kenwood Nail Salan (where you soak feet). It was not clean. I had to ask the technician to clean it. She rinsed it with water. I informed her that was not enough. She then got a Clorox cleaner with bleach and sprayed the bowl never scrubbing the bowl. She used water to clean the bowl. I informed her that there was a plastic that fits the bowl that my technician uses. Other than that, I was satisfied with the service to include the a gel fill in. I returned to Kenwood Nails on 8/9. The owner approached me about the above review. I would have preferred that she took me aside, and spoke to me about the review instead of approaching me in a salan full of people.I noticed that the establishment took my suggestion and had plastic in the pedicure tub. I have to stand by previous review, and I was very happy to see that changes were made. The services there are very good, and I was satisfied. I will never come back to the nail salan again after the rude way Rachel approached me!!!

Ive been to this nail salon maybe 3-5xs and my experience here has been great. I come here mostly just for pedicures & they always have done a great job and I felt the customer service was awesome. The nail technician mimi did my pedicure today & she was a very sweet employee & the employee Rachel as well is always a very friendly person welcomes you very nice as well upon entering. I would recommend this place. The best of all for me is just around the corner of my home. I would keep on coming here.

I stopped coming here a while back but forgot why, well now i remember. I always seem to get the same guy who doesnt seem to really know what hes doing. Every time I go to him he files my nail down to far and never asks how low i want them to be, when I try to direct him he usually gets frustrated. This last time I had SNS on and he used the file tool to buff before the application and he went too far to where i could feel a tingle of my nerve in my nail bed. My nails are so thin and sore now that I dont want to go anywhere until this grows out. My nails are an inconsistent color because he filed on top of the powder too low as well. This will be the last time i go there, not only is the actual service sub par but they are also increasing their rates and my friend came in the next day and had an altercation with the owner, where she was rude and said that OUR people made her that way. Im over it. Theres cleaner, friendlier places in the area with the same if not cheaper prices.

Great service! Hate it when they talk in language around you. It seems like theyre talking about you because they could just as wellsay it in English. They say its because some of the staff doesnt understand English but those cases are far and in between.

I have been going there for at least 2 years.I haventbeen in a while becuz I moved to Owings Mills..I always njoyed my pedi and mini service.Well today 7-26-19 when I went I was not satisfy at all.The young lady tht.did my pedi and nails seem to me like she was rushing.When she was polishing my nails I asked her could she put another coat she act she had a attitude.Also when I got home my toes were smeared as well.I was really upset after spending $60.I60.I WILL TRUELY REMEMBER SHE SAT AT STATION 5.If wasnt a shame I would come back tamar and asked can she do them iover!!!!$60 IS ALOT OF MONEY TO ME TO BE WASTEING AND NOT HAPPY

1st I want to say Ive been going to this nail salon for years BUT this will be the last time I step foot in there and hand over my money to the rudest owner named Rachel that runs the place!!!...so i got a mani (ombre)and a pedi which was awesome but i noticed that one nail was dull and another had a little dip in it...i didnt see the guy who did it so i told Rachel my issue...so she takes me over to her position fixes the dull nail but was fussing about doing it the whole time...then i showed her the other nail that had the dip in it she hollers WHERE, i showed her and then i told her she was being mean and RUDE!...she said she had to be because YOUR people made me that way!!!..im like MY People...she said yeah THEY dont wanna pay all the time...if one nail is messed up they say they dont wanna pay....so i say so if someone is paying for a service and its not rite they have every right to say something to get it fixed!!!!...then she said I was complaining about my nails, i said i wasnt complaing or yelling, which she started to do and then said she didnt want to talk about it, and then I told her that she has poor customer service because the people that come into her nail salon is mostly black and they are the ones who pays her bills and keep her salon open and if her attitude does not change then she will lose customers, to which she said i dont care because they will always come back!!!...NOT THIS ONE...poor attitude rude behavior means you will NOT be getting my money EVER AGAIN...I hope MY people sees this and stops patronizing KENWOOD nail because she has NO respect for the black people who pays her bills!!!

The owners/employees of Kenwood Nails are always kind, courteous and respectful of your time. They are very good at what they do. The staff has mastered the art of making the client feel relaxed while giving manicures, pedicures, waxing, etc. In the two years that I have been a client, I have never been disappointed in the service received. When I have made a BAD color selection and want to change the color the next day... there is never a problem. Rachel and Holly are wonderful ambassadors for the salon.
