Super fast and I love that I can see them do the work. No sketchy stuff and sales tactics like the other mechanics.

The kind of customer service and care youd expect from a small town shop in the city of Rome. The hard working employees checked all the right boxes and gave great advice and answered all my questions. The speed was incredible and I was able to move on woth the rest of my day and get things that I needed done. I highly recommend this establishment and will continue to go back for a long time to follow.

Great experience! I got an inspection done; took about 30 minutes. All the staff were very polite, professional, and friendly. Very appreciated.

Nothing but problems with passing inspection after they broke my parking brake cable, and returned after that and now my parking brake wont hold, I had the same problems last year with them and Im sick of having to constantly fix the same things only to fail inspection every time. If I could rate it negative stars I would.

No darn NAPA stickers

Drove in, no wait. Was shown what oil change packages were available and selected the best one. You sit in your vehicle while your oil is changed and are able to watch the whole process via video feed. Afterwards, they show you oil level on dipstick. They also check all your bulbs to ensure they are in proper order as well. A 15% military discount was also applied as I am a veteran. Whole process took 20 minutes and I was on my way. Great experience, will be back.

Took my work truck here for an oil change the day before driving to Maryland for work... While there the kid underneath me working on my truck was cursing(yelling) otherwise the crew was respectful at least... They forgot to reset my trucks computer so it still says I need an oil change(no big deal I did it myself anyway afterwards but usually they do it or have you do it while youre there) they informed me about the headlight I had out which i already knew about and they didnt have a replacement bulb. I wake up this morning to a flat tire while im just finished packing up for a long road trip. Never taking any of my vehicles to Valvoline again.

Prices are to high, but overall great service.

They are very nice, honest, and helpful. You watch everything they do. They are a bit pricey but you do get what you pay for here.

They are efficient. I always take my car there for inspection because you know they arent gonna try to lie to you about what needs to be repaired.

I dont normally leave reviews for places, but I went to Valvoline for the first time to have the AC in my car recharge, and I have never in my life been more impressed with the quality of customer service Ive been given by a company. I absolutely recommend this place

DO NOT GO HERE!!! All three vehicles in my household went to vavoline in the past few months.. Two of the three did not start the next day. Had to get them towed to a mechanic. The other one was perfusely leaking oil. They cracked the cap and did nothing about it during the routine oil change. Found out on the drive home when the oil was leaking everywhere!!

I am always hesitant about getting my oil changed because of the hidden problems that are usually sold to me. This was the first place I felt comfortable bringing my car for routine maintenance and it was a breeze. They were so helpful, honest, and showed me in-person anything that needed work. I had an oil change-tire-rotation-cabin filter change in less than 20 minutes. Very friendly and up-front. I will continue bringing my car here for maintenance in the future.

Hadnt had the time to get my oil changed due to work, decided to try valvoline this time. I was in and out pretty quickly, only thing is its pretty expensive. I got a standard oil change, windshield wipers, and my tires rotated, cost me $120. Definitely pricey.

SCAMMERS *** It was very disappointing to find that businesses like this one are taking advantage of their customers. I went in for an oil change and they told me I had a light bulb out and they would change it for 11 bucks. I agreed, so another guy came up and handed the attendant the bad bulb and then proceeded to have me turn on my lights to check it and the attendant said yup it works which was a whole skit to make me believe they actually changed my bulb. Turns out the bulb was never out and was never changed because after seeing the bulb they took out it didnt look like the one I had dated when I changed it myself a year prior, so I checked it and the one I dated is still there. Also they did this with my air filter. Next Ill have to mark my oil filters to make sure they are changing that too.

I asked for an oil change and left with a check engine light on, funny thing is the folks there asked me if i wanted my check engine light reset without knowing it was on....or did they? They opened the air cleaner box on my vehicle to show me that the air filter i replaced 2 monhs prior had accumulated some dirt and was not as clean as s brand new one.....duh. They then proceeded to forget to connect the air intake hose they knocked off in the process. An easy mistake yes but when i started the car, as procedure for them immediately after to check for oil pressure, the attendant came over and asked if i had a check engine light on i needed reset as the car was idling to the point of stalling out. I knew immediately what the issue was bc it had occurred before but I was not going to give them an opportunity to charge me more for an already overpriced oil change. Was it an accident? maybe, but given the fact they are trained to suggest everythimg from antifreeze to lightbilbs to windshield wipers I feel they were out to get a few more bucks and wouldve succeeded had i not known the issue they caused. So much for the second look they give your vehicle after completing an oil change. I only went there bc my mechanic was off and I was 3000 miles overdue for an oil change. I will never go back to any VIOC ever again and hope after reading this review you will not either. Oh yeah forgot to mention, I reported this to the BBB and hope it gets enough attention to stop the gouging they do to unsuspecting customers.
