Great place to rent in Rome. It is honestly one of the most adorable places you’ll find. It’s also nice. I lived in the townhouses and one bedroom apartments. Both were great for a college student and for a new grad. The management are the best part. They are incredibly friendly and helpful.

Great place to rent!!!!! Especially for college students looking for a nice place for reasonable rent!! Ian and heather are great property managers! Never once had to go searching for either of them!!! Ian was always willing to help with any maintenance issues and heather was always willing to help us out with anything! They require background checks so it makes you feel safer!! Always having community get togethers so you can get to know your neighbors!!! Never once had a problem the whole year and half we lived there!! Loved it and would have states longer if we could have!! Defiantly recommend!!!!

I recently moved out and already miss it. Heather and Ian are amazing landlords. Always helping you fix problems or just there for you in general. The apartments are perfect size and perfect location. The area is pretty quiet. The best landlords I have every had by far! Could not say anything bad about them.
