I rented from CA Kaplan for a little over 3 years before buying a house with my family. My family really enjoyed living at the property we rented from them ! They have very nice rental units that are very reasonably priced and well taken care of. They did everything snow removal lawn care and they’re maintenance staff was also very friendly. Lori at CA Kaplan always made sure that if we ever had an issue with anything at our unit it was taken care of immediately ! I’m currently in the process of starting to get my house ready to go up on the market and I’ve already contacted Lori and told her I wanted to come back and try and get into one of the same units I had rented from her before and she was more then happy to help me out and welcome me back she never forgets a face ! I’ve always had a great experience with everyone at CA Kaplan and I highly recommend them if your looking for a clean, quite, affordable and well maintained rental property !

I originally emailed this place a couple of weeks ago to which Lori responded to asking for documents. I sent what I had but had no response for over a week. After about 10 days I emailed again and got a response, to which she asked for proof of income. I sent her a bank statement showing over $4,000 in my checking and tax docs from last year(currently unemployed). She still wasnt sure so I offered references from my past two landlords and even offered to pay rent 3 months in advance but she still wasnt sure so she asked to check my credit so I allowed her. My score is 653 and has consistently been climbing all year. After she checks my credit I just get a one sentence email telling me she cannot accommodate. So if youre looking to move in somewhere there are a lot of places in Rome and I would suggest not wasting your time here!

I have been a Tenant of Kaplan for over 3 years. Recently due to current events (Covid19) My living arrangement circumstances changed and I needed a larger living space and a second bedroom. The staff was more than accommodating an was able to get me into another one of their properties in record time. I appreciate everything they have done for me in the past few years, and I plan on continuing to stay with them for many years to come!

Ive lived in two of their housing complexes in two very different stages in my life. Both times applying I was met with welcoming arms. The townhouse and apartment Ive lived in were both clean, quiet and Ive never had any problems with fellow tenants. I would recommend anyone in any stage of life to live here.

Our salon just relocated and we love our new space. Lori and Alex were both great and helped us get everything ready just the way we wanted it and in time when we needed. The building is maintained very well and they always got back to us quickly when we had questions or needed something. Definitely happy with our choice to rent our spot from them . Thank you!!!

I have been renting from CA Kaplan for the past 5 years. I absolutely love my apartment and fell in love with it from the moment I first opened the door to look at it. I have great neighbors, a beautiful place, and I love that management is always on top of maintenance issues and concerns. I also appreciate how accommodating and understanding they are and the effort that is taken to make sure that the most suitable place is presented to you. Not to mention, their rent prices are great and their apartments are so worth it.

Its a family business and theyre good people. Most times when you rent an apartment through a company, you can tell theyre only in it to suck every penny they can out of you, but these people genuinely care about providing you a good place to live for your budget. They always respond to maintenance requests promptly and actually fix the issue. Very fairly priced rentals. Overall zero complaints and Im glad I chose to rent from them.

I just signed a lease agreement for an apartment with CA Kaplan. The apartment is nice, inexpensive for the area, and modern. The management was exceedingly helpful and streamlined the whole process. Its been a true pleasure to work with them.Thanks for everything.- Lucas Wing

I have been renting from Kaplan for years. I started in a small 1 bedroom and when I needed to upgrade to a 2 bedroom they were very accommodating to help me find something. I have recommended them to many friends and will continue to. Lori and the staff are always friendly and courteous. Having a secure building in a quiet apartment building at great rates is rare to find and they not only offer it but deliver as well.

I was most impressed with Lori and Michele helping me understand the rental options through CA Kaplan. They were AMAZING! So nice, helpful, professional and sincere. I feel really comfortable with this management team. CherryWood Apartments is very lucky to have such great people organizing!

I have rented from CA Kaplan for the last 1.5 years. I have had nothing but great interactions with this agency and their maintenance workers. I always receive a quick response when anything is broken, and it is fixed within 24-48 hours without incident. I am greeted professionally and politely by everyone in the office when I go in to pay my rent. And the townhouse that I am now renting was made PERFECT before I moved in. The properties are great for people of all ages and backgrounds, and even perfect to accommodate children as we will be raising our first child in this home!

I have rented from Kaplans for around 20 years, I really wouldnt want to live anywhere else. My building is safe, everyone knows each other and we watch out for each other. Mr. Kaplan, Lori and now Alex have always been wonderful to me, someone always responds if we have a problem, the Maintenance guys are reliable and trustworthy which means alot. I consider this My Home, not just a rental unit.

Rented from them for about 5 years. Wasnt too bad but my complaint was they needed to keep the apartments more updated. Maintenance would sometimes take forever to get to a problem you would have.

I recently rented from Kaplan Real Estate for the duration of 2 years. Apartments were very quiet, clean and fairly priced. Landlord was attentive to the property. Maintenance was very prompt when there were any issues. I would highly recommend renting from this company.

Their maintenance team fixes everything and they always fix whatever right away! I would highly recommend renting from them!

I have been a tenant here for years. If there ever was a month that maybe the money wasnt right there available on the 1st of the month they would always go out of their way to make it so that I could pay a few days later than the due date. I would recommend these people to anyone!

I would absolutely recommend renting from C A Kaplan. They are flexible when rent is due, they have super-competitive rates, and a responsive service team. Every interaction with management or staff has been positive. Personally, when my schedule allows, I like to pay my rent in person just so I can stop in and say hi.

Ive lived at Mustang dr for the past 5.5 years. Im moving out of state which is the only reason I am moving out of my apt. Kaplans has been amazing since the day I moved in. Whenever there is an issue with lights or the air conditioner or whatever, they are prompt and courteous to fix it. Any issue Ive ever had with another tentant, has been addressed immediately. Lori is wonderful to deal with in the office. So personable and always available via phone or email. I couldnt ask for better landlords.

I have rented from Kaplan Real Estate for approx 13 years and have not have a problem with Kaplans as a landlord. I dont understand what some people are saying. If you have a problem with anything in an appartment, when you call they take the problem and it is either repaird that day or the next. My mother rented from Kaplan for approx 40 years. I dont understand building C. I am not afraid to refer anyone to inquire about renting.

I have had a couple friends rent from them, NEVER DO IT!!! The woman in charge Lori is a nut case! She is all in your business, verbally attacks you and talks to people like they are below her! To bad money cant buy class! Not to mention all the mold in the apartments!!
