I got my car checked out, wasnt advised that I was required to pay a diagnostic fee, after I decided to go somewhere else due to the price. Then I was told it would be a diagnostic fee. I wasnt satisfied with the price. Rear brakes shoes for 120.00. highway robbery. Nice people though. I shouldve been told about a Diagnostic fee upfront, and let the decision be on me. The 40.00 dollar Diagnostics fee was for me to let them do it, because I would have to pay 40.00, and another 40.00 for rear brake shoes, and labor if I took it somewhere else. It was a way to get fast & easy money. Kept it for 3 hr. To make the labor fee substantial. Good people, and good customer service, but I will definitely go somewhere else.

Screwed up the check engine diagnostic, put in only 1/2 the spark plugs and coils, damaged other parts and did not complete the job. Then they charged me for work not completed.

Overcharged by 5 hours, did not complete repairs and damaged parts.

Very nice and I got my truck back in one day.

Honest, fast, reliable, excellent service. In and out in an hour and a half. Able to save me $400+ on an issue I had with my compressor on my Jeep that I use for hunting. Had the part there in less than 30 minutes. Will definitely use again. Very knowledgeable mechanics and staff. Even taught me a couple of things while I was there. This place just reminded me of why I dont trust private shops. After spending $400 I got my vehicle back running worse than when I took it to them. Went in for a simple repair and somehow my vehicle ended up needing additional repairs. If you like places that create more problems than they fix by all means shop with them. I have to go behind them and fix something they messed up. The thing that really made me mad is they will try to we fixed this but its still doing that. Its wasnt doing that before you fixed what you claimed you fixed.. Never again

Awesome guys... Cant say enough, While on a road trip my 18 year old daughter was stranded in Rome Ga. While calling for a tow truck. Adrian recommended Thompson so they took the car to them. Being my daughter first time road trip and little money in her pocket, and since it was a simple fix they fix the car for 35 buck when they could have ripped her off..... They got me in on a busy day to check for an EVAP leak and a steering wobble issue. I had to wait for an hour or so when I showed up for them to get my car in but once they took a look at the car, they found and fixed the leak with in 20 minutes. They also found what was causing the wobbly steering and only charged me for the diagnosis!
