Scheduled a furnace cleaning and central air service. First appointment after several hours of tardiness and no call, no show we called and were advised there was an emergency gas leak in Rome. Ok, rescheduled again. Second appointment…same scenario and another gas leak. Wow, what a coincidence! Rescheduled for a third time and now have been home all day…no call, no show. I’m done with these inconsiderate people.UNRELIABLE COMPANY….PERIOD.

Our furnace had stopped working early in the morning. Patrick Heating was here within hours to look at the furnace and then install a new one to give our family heat in the middle of winter. They are extremely knowledgeable, efficient and professional with their work. I recommend them for any job big or small and am so thankful for the entire crew!

Excellent service. We had a problem with our huge boiler for an Airbnb property during off hours. He even gave us his cell so we could video call and show him the system. He sent out the technician Brandon. They knew exactly what to do, were quick about it, very nice the entire time. They saved us from possibly major expenses if there was no heat. Patrick Heating has earned my business for life.

My experience with Patrick Heating was excellent! They replaced our old oil heating system with a new propane gas system, complete with new hot water tank on time and in a very professional manner. Called and spoke to Linda on 10/21/19 and told her that our boiler was down. We have no heat or hot water and its an emergency because we have children. She said that she would call us back the next morning with a time that a service rep would be out to fix it.NO RETURN CALL FROM HER OR ANYONE ELSE. I called them back at noon and spoke with another woman and she acknowledged that there was a work order but couldnt give us a time or date specifically. She said it would be most likely at the end of the week or beginning of next week. She puts me on hold and then a guy named Bryan gets on and tells me that hes in the middle of an install and has 7 other work orders ahead of me and couldnt really say when he cold fit us in. I said that they advertise 24 hour emergency service and I would pay for the service. I asked if there were any other service reps that would be able to come out sometime today and he was dead flat rude. He said, SORRY BUT WERE ALL BUSY!So much for 24 hour emergency service. FALSE ADVERTISMENT!I highly recommend that if youre in a bind or emergency situation, CALL ANOTHER HEATING SERVICE BUSINESS THAT ACTUALLY PRACTICES WHAT THEY ADVERTISE.IF THEY WERE THAT BUSY THEN WHY TELL ME THAT THEY WOULD COME THE NEXT DAY WHICH WAS A TUESDAY?SOME PEOPLE WILL SAY ANYTHING TO GET BUSINESS!

These guys are extremely down to earth and honest people. I called them with an emergency AC problem. We lost AC in our house the day before the 4th of July and we had renters coming to enjoy the holiday weekend. We needed AC and we needed it that day. They came over within an hour, and told us that it could be done that very day.These guys stayed past normal working hours to make sure the house had good cool central AC within about 3-4 hours. It was unreal. They had to charge us overtime due to the fact that it was an emergency job and that most people were already home with their families (it was 4pm when we called them), but it was a price worth paying for the amount of customer service and accommodations they made to make sure the job was done.I will definitely continue to do business with Patrick Heating. Everything was just as they said it would be and there was no nonsense anywhere in what they said or did. The only request they made was to leave a sign on our lawn, which honestly I am happily leaving up for a while since they did such an excellent job.Thank you guys for making sure we had a cool and comfortable 4th of July. It was a pleasure doing business.

If I could give less than 1 star, it would be deemed absolutely appropriate. On March 12th, I called the 24 hour service at Patrick Heating due to my furnace not working. The owner of the company, Dave, was first to arrive and give me an assessment on my Carrier 93 Furnace. The problem was discovered to be a problem with a major component of the furnace that the company does not carry and needed to order from Carrier (Inducer Assembly). I was given a cash estimate on the spot for around 1,100 dollars. I phoned the office later that day to be told it would take 3 days for the part to come in. I like to think I am pretty savvy when it comes to research, and tried to help the company locate something faster. After all, 3 days with no heat in Central, NY is not comfortable. I phone Dave Patrick at the office to ask a few questions and was met with an utter disregard for the customer. I was told specifically that this part was exorbitantly more expensive than anticipated, he still recommended a new furnace, and he could not give me an estimate. He was extremely agitated at my questions regarding the inducer assembly and cost. I suspect this is because he did not want me to know of his significant mark up and would surprise me with a bill at the end of the job. Mr. Patrick also took the entire furnace apart and stole the faulty component. This act I assume was to secure that he could be the only one to work on this furnace. After asking questions regarding the job, Dave became further agitated and told me he recommended I fix it myself and would not be working on my furnace or resolving the problem. He stated that if I could find the part cheaper than I should do it myself. He claimed the furnace was too big for my home, does not feel comfortable working on this furnace, etc. etc. Remember, he took the faulty component, claimed it was on a truck somewhere, would return later and wanted to be done with this job because he has a year worth of commercial heating and cooling work and doesnt need the problems of the little guy. This was after bragging about his million dollar home he recently purchased for 350k. I have had to contact the company several times just to get the old part back; which he said he would reinstall but now refuses to do. He will not even return my property to my home. This company has conducted illegal business practices, does not care for the consumer, and has left me with not only a furnace that still does not work, but also without an essential component for the furnace to be assessed by another company. I will be reporting this company to the Attorney General of New York State, the Better Business Bureau, and making sure that upwards of a thousand teachers in the city school district know not to do business with this horrible company. I will also be contacting an attorney regarding this matter. I have had to file a police report with the city of Rome in an attempt to recover my property from this company.

Patrick Heating replaced my forced air furnace and inferior duct work at my Whitestown home....[originally installed by an HVAC company in Westmoreland]. They replaced my hot water tank recently as well. Ive always experienced good service with this company and my family has too.

Recently had to have our furnace and ac replaced in the new home we purchased. The guys at Patrick heating were eceptional. They handled everything without issue and it is done so much nicer than it was before. We ran into a few hiccups during both installions that were unforseen, but they handled everything professionally and promptly and both were installed within the same day. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for new HVAC services.
