His knowledge of the job was unquestionably the best Ive seen. He was polite, professional and overall an example all could follow. I highly recommend Hitchcock heating&air and if needed I will certainly use them again as they are highly skilled and dependable.

I made an appointment with them to look at my current ac/heating system and to give me an estimate on what it would be to replace them. TJ came out and throughly explained everything about what I had and what they would do. He sent me 4 estimates within a couple days and I then called him with some questions. He took his time explaining the difference in systems and helped me choose what work best. I was pleasantly surprised when the unit came in within not even a week so we set the day for install. I wasn’t home but my daughter was there and they for sure had it all done that day. Once I was able to see it all I was very happy with all the work and they even helped me with redirecting a water line from the pump that was attached. I recommend them hands down to install your new unit or do any work needed. They are super friendly and do a great quality job. Plus they are family owned and I feel we all should patronize small owned businesses.

Your drivers need to be more cautious. One of your trucks ran a red light in a school zone this morning. He had plenty of time to stop but chose not to. If the person at the red light would have went when the light turned green it definitely would of been a wreck. Pay more attention. But privileged ppl can do what they want I guess huh?. Smh!

Business hounds you about leaving a google review so here it goes. Even if they do not fix your problem you will still be charged and told that you have another problem they still need to come fix. I specifically told them to fix hvac on investment property and they installed a thermostat and charged me for labor and various other MSc charges. The receptionist who answers the phone is very rude and needs a coaching session on how to talk to people. If you are looking for a reputable company to perform maintenance or repair your hvac unit steer clear of this company.

TJ was great. He came out and took care of the problem I had causing my auxiliary heat to stay on (which tripled my light bill). He went the extra mile by getting my smart thermostat paired with my phone. Thanks for the great service!

I didnt get to talk to TJ when he came out personally, but he worked with my Father.. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Luckily was able to come out at the last minute. Our air has been out since Sunday and in 92 degree heat.

Hitchcock installed a mini split unit in our addition two years ago and just installed another one in our pool house. They are quick, friendly and professional. We will call on them if the need arises in the future and happily recommend them to others.

Hitchcock Heating & Air will always be the first place I call for all future HVAC needs.I recently had an issue with our A/C not cooling properly. I called a large local HVAC service company and they sent someone out to look at the unit. The serviceman from this other company (whom I will not name in this review) told my wife in person, and myself over the phone, that the system was working perfectly. He said that it would not be able to cool the house to 70 degrees with the temperatures outside being 85. He charged us $85 dollars and left. 4 hours later, I arrived home to find that it was 76 degrees inside the house.The next morning, after a little research, I called Hitchcock Heating & Air. A few hours later, Ryan showed up at our home and checked out the system. Within a very short period of time, Ryan informed me that the heat strip was on at the same time that the A/C was running. Due to a faulty part, the heat strip would not shut off. Ryan disconnected the heat strip and ordered parts to repair the problem. Long story short, I arrived home just 3 hours later to find that it was 68 degrees inside our home.I could not be more pleased! Thank you Hitchcock Heating & Air for the awesome service!!!Now, my only concern is to see the power bill after my heat and air both ran simultaneously for a week...

I am epileptic so heat triggers my seizures. My AC went out on friday. Thank heavens the weekend was a bit cooler and someone loaned me a small portable to cool 1 room. Because they had to order my part. This was fairly late Friday and they have it fixed perfectly now on a Monday morning. They were kind and courteous and explained everything in detail. I will definitely be using them in the future.

Would have given them a 10. Competent reliable and trustworthy. THey are there when they say they will be there and never leave a mess to clean up. They give you several quotes to choose from and answer all questions you may have. Very happy with their service and will call again if necessary

Got a visit from Mr. Hitchcock today. He was extremely pleasant, honest and polite. I called him out to completely replace the unit because I thought it was 14 years old but he looked at it and told me right off it was actually only 6 years old and could possibly be repaired. He is very knowledgeable about the HVAC of my home and even came by on a holiday weekend. I would recommend him if you are looking for HVAC service. Honesty is a virtue carried by fewer and fewer these days.

They didnt just replace the furnace that was broken, but also improved the entirety of my heating system (drain line moved to better place, fixed basement vent that had been broken for years, etc).
