Worst experience ever. Added two lines to my phone plan. Had to order one in because store was out only to later find out they did have the phone in the store they just hadn’t checked there shipment in. Was told it would be in store within two days. One week later no phone. We had already paid for phone and taxes upfront. Finally get a call phone is in. We go to the Verizon store in Rolla to pick up phone and have it added to our account. We sat for over an hour waiting for the sales person to finish with her current customer for her to walk over and lock the door and asked us to come back tomorrow they are closing. When my husband politely said no we have been sitting here for over an hour the sales attendant became very rude with my husband. Never will I ever buy anything from Rolla Verizon again. Ended up having to call Verizon corporate office to file a formal complaint and to resolve my account issues.

Andrew helped us with an upgraded plan, a new phone and some new phone gear. He was so awesome! He was exceptionally knowledgeable, kind, polite and had a wonderful sense of humor. This was the best experience we have ever had with Verizon customer service. He was amazing! Hes one of the reasons that my husband and I stay with Verizon; the customer service is unmatched!!

My husband and I had an excellent experience at the Rolla Verizon store. We were in there twice in the last few weeks. Andrew waited on us both times. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and warm and friendly. In short his actions demonstrated what truly great customer service looks like. He should be commended!!!!!

I would like to say Justice did a great job today, thank you! Considering all the roadblocks we met, he persevered with a good attitude, was personable and stayed professional. I, myself, may not have been when having to deal with a not so up to par card reader, but the management was willing to find other options. While these things happen employees deserve the tools to 1. Do their job 2. Serve the Customer, not many have two and half hrs to spare, fortunately I did today. 3. Dear Verizon, support your management and employees. This leads to employee and customer satisfaction.The other fellas in the store were kind and attentive to their customers as well. I went and saw Johnny at the Rolla location and told him what I had going on. He patiently helped me, and researched the promo I was suppose to have gotten in the first place. I waited for an hour and a half without being helped. I had other commitments to attend to, so I left and came back 45 minutes later. I was told that it would be another 45 minutes before I could be helped and that the process of upgrading my phone would be an hour and a half. There was only one employee in the store and one customer ahead of me. If you dont have all day, I would not recommend this store. It is understaffed.

My wife and I came in to upgrade our old phones to the iPhone7s. Amanda greeted us immediately, recalled our previous visits and helped us to develop an excellent package to meet our needs. She herself was excellent...cheerful, a multi-tasker, professional, and knowledgeable about all the products and services that are offered by Verizon.
