I have been training here for almost two years and I have made major improvements. When I started I was 113lbs, now I am 145lbs and have majorly increased my muscle mass. I learned so much and am still learning everyday I train. This is one of the best changes in my life. Training here everyday makes life is much easier, sure you may be sore but next time you will be stronger, look better, and feel better. Overall I love this place and will continue to go every week. Highly recommended for beginners and experienced athletes.
Sid has provided a whole new level of fitness. It really starts with stability and balance to prevent injury and to create a foundation to increase your level of fitness. I had a shoulder and neck problem for years when I worked out with trainers. Because of Sids approach, my neck and shoulder dont hinder my training anymore This is what Sid has provided for me! I’m in my mid-60’s, and in the short time since I have been training with Sid, I’ve lost weight, my cholesterol levels have dropped significantly, my posture has improved, and my energy level has doubled. I suffer from arthritis in my hip, but through his training regimen, I’m pain-free most of the time. By following the balanced diet which Sid came up with for me I feel so much better, and I’m even able to think more clearly than I have in years. His gym in Rohnert Park is beautiful, private and clean, and he has all the equipment and skills to help me achieve my goals of becoming healthier and feeling great as I age. I have been working out with Sid for two years now. He is extremely knowledgeable on fitness and nutrition, which allows him to customize my exercise and diet programs to meet my needs. I do personal training with Sid, as well as participate in his group classes. He keeps his group classes small so that he is able to help you with correct form and posture for an optimal workout.
