Bill Carson is a very nice, professional mechanic who is honest about what needs to be done and what does NOT need to be done! He is very fair, and will tell you when he can and when he cant fix a problem. Ive had nothing but good experiences with this Auto Care facility.

I called based on the customer reviews.My son is at Sonoma State and his water pump went out on a car that isnt really worth repairing however, we couldnt dump it either.Katrina and the mechanics worked with us to keep it on the road and didnt try to upsell us on a bunch of stuff that wasnt needed.They were fair and timely. I dealt with them remotely because we do not live in Sonoma.THANKS CARSONS! It is so nice to have a trusted mechanic without ever having dealt with them in person.Honest and reliable...what more can you ask for?!

I went here because I got a promo coupon for an oil change in the mail. The woman working the main desk, Katrina, was helpful and kind, and even rounded the bill down by about a dollar to an even amount. Not a big deal, but I thought it was a nice touch. The technician working on my car was fast and efficient, and finished quicker than I expected. I am very happy with the service I received and will definitely be coming back in the future.

I was repeatedly going to this place for my auto needs. I scheduled a regular car maintainance check. While they are cheaper and hard working, the service was not worth the money this time. The technician recommended to replace the serpentine belt which was replaced just 15 days ago (my guess, did not even look at it as there is no sound and no cracks). Was told to replace air filter that was changed less than 6 month ago (by the way, it is activated carbon filter, looks black brand new because of the material in the filter). Felt like spent my time and money on this unnecessary inspection. Asked Bill the details about belt, did not get anything except, it is damaged. Tried to understand by email no use. I guess, I need to keep looking for a reliable and honest mechanic which seems to be hard to find. Mistakes happen, but the owner did not try to follow up or explain me the issue.

This Place Is AWESOME. I call for an auto repair after searching Google and Carsons was highly rated. So I told my step daughter to go there and see if they could tell what was wrong. After the diagnosis was done, Bill called me back and outlaid what was wrong and gave me an estimate. Bill and his crew not only fixed her cart but offered a loaner for her to go to work. Its amazing to find such a nice respectable auto repair shop and I dont live in Rohnert Park!! I thank you Bill for doing a great job and for being so family oriented. If anyone who reads this that needs a recommendation, then this is the place in Rohnert Park for Auto Repair.

I have now had my truck looked at by another shop and had the work inspected that I had done at Carson. Come to find out not only did they dent the hood of my truck while it was there. They also drilled a hole in one of my brand new exhaust tips that I had installed by Johnny Franklin to hide that there is still water coming out of my exhaust. So obviously job was not complete. Very unhappy do not recommend going here.

This place is great. They went above and beyond to take care of my daughter who is a student at Sonoma State. Price was cheaper than estimated and they didnt take advantage of her. If I lived in the area Id take all my cars here.

I like the local service and they will admit when theyre wrong and take care of any issues. Ive brought my car here for all of my out of warranty needs and they always deliver.
