She was there when nobody else was and she did a great job cutting my hair and the prices are better than anybody else I will go back

I loved how fast and how sweet she was. Kim got my nail length perfect, which Ive always had a problem with other salons. I will definitely be coming back to get my nails done again!

I went there as a last result, they only have one person working a joint hair/nail salon, said that they could take the dip off my nails, it took too long so they decided to complain and rush the entire time. then didn’t do my nails correctly, as they had other people to help. then when i said i didn’t like the color, the lady decided to make a severely nasty face, yell at me, threaten to call the cops and continued to verbally abuse me until i was done letting my nails soak off for an hour and then proceeds to tell me not to pay her because i need the money. i don’t recommend going there unless you need a trim or manicure. not suitable for more than one person.

Beautiful nail work, she listens when I told her that I wanted to grow out my nails and I wanted something to help protect them. As I work as a cashier at a lumber store, so they go through alot. And they last much longer then other nails Ive had done. Would and will recommend to other.

Ive been going to Kims for over a decade! They have great service, theyre always friendly and on time, and the prices are totally affordable. They are ALWAYS my first choice in NWA!

Love this place! I told Kim I just needed an inch trimmed off of the bottom of my hair. She took her time and meticulously went through each section of my hair and trimmed a little off. I have not had such a thorough hair cut in years.And Long, Kim’s husband, gives the best pedicures in Arkansas, if you go once you’ll never use anyone else.

Kim is very talented and does a wonderful job cutting my short hair. Shes so professional and friendly and its a pleasure going in and spending time with her. Great job, great salon, especially so close to my house. Im so lucky I found Kim! I dont do nails, but I know many others that are very happy with this salon for nails/pedicures.
