So excited to have found this place, on recommendation from a friend! Super clean and friendly! Quick and kid friendly! Amazing service! ALL the guys at the Rogers location really helped me and were so patient with me, explaining the options! FROM THE TIME I PULLED IN to the time I left all of them were SO NICE AND FRIENDLY!(Also as a female they didn’t try to jack up the oil change which is SOOO APPRECIATED!) Ended up with 2 unlimited passes! Did I mention it was QUICK AND KID FRIENDLY!?! The cookies were good as well😍🤣

I LOVE this place so much. My Father in Law dropped a cake in my car and Oscar came to the the rescue. He is new at this location and he made me feel like the most important customer! I appreciate the best in class customer service and obviously the incredible work :) my car looks brand new even after 2 messy kids all week!

1) Used the car wash service multiple times. It does an good job at getting the car clean.2) Used the 15 minute detail option 3 or 4 times. I wouldnt go any higher than a B+ job. When I get in and still see specks of stuff on the dash and floor boards, I just cant give them an A. Dont get me wrong, my car looks good when theyre done, just not worth an A (real close).

Christian was exceptional with customer service and helpful to explain all the information I needed. I got my car washed and Shawn showed me how to make sure my windshield wipers were off. I am also interested in using this company for our business. Christian was very helpful and so friendly and kind and enthusiastic, as well as Shawn. They were both very kind and helpful.

Purchased a membership, which Im glad i did. This gives me the opportunity to wash my car unlimitedly for the month. Heres why not 5 stars. My car; which is hardly ever dirty, as i wash it weekly, didnt come all the way clean. The bug juice on the hood, front grill and window was still there and i had to wash it by hand once i got home. The other wash i use, gets it all in one wash.With that being said. They have great package offerings. From single wash, club membership from out wash, to full detail and even oil changes. Ill continue out the month on my membership and if it goes better, keep it.

Have used them for both their car wash and oil change service. They do good work for the oil changes and if you have the unlimited pass for car washes they knock off 30% on the oil change. Very competitive pricing in our area although they dont have as many locations as their main competitor around here. Long story short, if you live near this location this is a great place for keeping your car washed and maintained.

At Splash Car wash, I have always had a positive experience. Friendly employees that always smile and make you feel welcome. My car is always spotless when I leave. They pay attention to detail and clean every inch of my truck, both inside and out. Thanks to them for doing such a great job!

I didnt know what to expect, I have never used a service like this. It definitely took a lot longer than I expected and the interior did not get the detail I had hoped. I will go back however using monthly membership and see if it was just a busy day and if regular cleaning leads to more precise detail inside.

Codie,the manger, was wonderful. I was tight in time and needed a detail. He offered a wash and vacuum so I could be get out on time and a coupon for the full service. I was in and about with in 20 minutes which was the time I had available. While I was waiting Rigo helped me figure out the services. Customer service was wonderful. Thank you

I purchased an oil change and interior super clean and my car wasnt cleaned very well. There were parts of my car that werent even touched. You can see an example in the picture below. The exterior looked good and they did fine with the oil change but I was not impressed with the interior super clean at all.

1st visit here to the Rogers store. I got a full synthetic oil change & a full detail car wash. Everyone was very helpful from the 1st worker to show me where to go all the way thru finish & checkout. Very organized & excellent store. Very pleased & definitely will go back for my next oil change. Thanks for shining my Ford Taurus SHO back up!

The service for oil change said 10 min. Almost 50 min later I got my truck back.When I asked about it after 30 min. They said I was 2nd in line. Funny thing I was second in line when I pulled in. 0 out of 5 stars.

Went to splash this evening and had a great experience! Ellie was great in the lobby very personable and friendly. She made the interior cleaning of my vehicle fly by. This place always does great quality work but the people really make it top notch!

Paid for the ultimate interior cleaning. They should wash & wax the outside and do a fantastic job on the inside. Im not so happy. Carpet not clean, mats not clean, windows not clean... I have some photos to prove my point.

Great job, quick, fast, reliable service. They are always smiling and helpful and the teas drinks popcorn and cookies are always a nice touch too. Plenty for kids to do while waiting for a detail and the detail work is credit worthy and doesn’t take alll day.

Splash always does an excellent job with my fleet’s trucks! We have yearly memberships and never questioned getting rid of them. It is a necessity in the service industry we work in (roofing). It even helps us sell more jobs!

I paid $45 for an interior “super clean” and my windows and front dash were barely even wiped. My cup holders also go very little attention. There needs to be a lot of work done before you can consider that an interior super clean.

This place does it all, and in a timely fashion! The managers run a great business, well taken care of and clean waiting area.

High quality car wash and customer service. I did the interior super clean and waited in their comfortable lobby while the interior was cleaned. The car wash itself is effective so even if you don’t need the interior cleaned it’s a good option. My reason for taking one star off is the gap in services offered. I wish they had self service vacuums for when I just want to quickly clean a part of my vehicle.

Theyve improved a lot since opening.$45 for outside and interior detail. Not bad. You can ask for specific areas to be cleaned. I usually have to point something out that they missed but they are good about taking care of it.

The detail in my car was very poor, the rims on my car were not cleaned well, lots of spots in the inside were missed and not detailed properly, i has also asked for an oil change but my oil was never changed, overall there was a lot of poor detailing.

Very unsatisfied with the service first time i went to get my oil change and 4guys were working on my car they forgot to put the ring on the oil filter and i was leaking oil which I didn’t know at all. It was almost until i had no oil at all that i notice my car acting different - and it was because of their mistakes of not putting the ring back I had to pay for oil service somewhere else again to get the problem fix. I call 2 times to claim but i have not received a call from them its been 3 weeks now im not very happy about their service I could have mess my car up because of them!!

I have always had an amazing customer experience and treated with A class customer service. Regain took excellent care of me. Due to my vehicle not being able to go through the car wash. She advised me that I could still have my truck detailed! She was very polite, informative, and absolutely created a even greater customer experience! Good car wash and great oil changes. The wash has a moving walkway. No narrow tracks to get your left tire inserted. Believe me, its better on your wheels

For $45 you get a solid detail inside and out. Walked to nearby restaurant for lunch. When I returned I went around my truck pointing out little spots and the guy was great, he just kept working at it until I was happy. I did tip him, he did a great job.

What is called detail really is NOT. Its hit and miss, poor cleaning door jams, go home and re vacuum, clean off your own bugs, using a dry rag to to rub off bugs dont work. I usually spend up to 1 hour finishing up the most obvious things. Last 3 trips there same thing. Looks good 50 or so feet away.

These dudes did a amazing job on cleaning and detailing my car. Competitive price well worth it. Will be visiting monthly to keep my car clean and looking new!

Let me first say that I normally have a good experience a Splash. I like to take my car to Splash over the other ones. A couple of times I got the Interior Super Clean and I still had a bunch of grass inside. I guess I don’t think to inspect or look as I assume a good job will be done.

$19 car wash. I expected a better result.

This was my first visit here since I usually go to a place closer to home. The lines were very short and easy to navigate with easy access to New Hope Rd. The wash selection touchscreen is a bit awkward, and I exited twice before making a selection. I was surprised to see the cost of the basic/standard wash was $8 which did not include tires or wheels, which was $14. That is way too much! They have 4 wash packages (that are not unlimited), ranging in price from $8 to $23. These prices are simply way too much, and they need to adjust pricing to be more competitive. I purchased the $14 wash that includes basic wash, tire cleaner and wheel cleaner. The car wash is the typical system that we all are used to using, with really nothing special or out of the ordinary. My car was clean, but it wasnt as clean as I was expecting. There were several spots on the hood and window that did not come clean. On a scale of 1 to 10, the cleanliness was about a 6. For $14, I expected a better result.

Third visit, second time getting the detail package ($45). Knew to take off my tire cover before their high powered water and air takes it off for me. Plenty of dog hair left in the back seat, not sure they tried real hard with the vacuums. Then, I noticed my phone holder was a little loose afterwards, so I thought I’ll just tighten it up when I get home. Nope, it was broken. Exterior looks good - the only positive about my visit.

Just got my oil changed for the second time here. This staff is incredible. Friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable! I would highly recommend coming here for service.

Had a car wash at this location and got scratches on front hood, they mentioned that scratches doesn’t match their previous patterns (that’s ridiculous) and they’re expecting the scratches to be all over the vehicle if those scratches from the wash (this another ridiculous explanation)

Went for a wash before Christmas. A man asked if I would like the special, a $30 wash for $23. So I did. I drive up and was given a towel. I asked what it was for. He said it was for new members. I told him, no. I only want a wash. He told me I could cancel online. The man said the other man should be telling people they are signing up for this but he was not! I tried to cancel by setting up and account. I was not given any special numbers to create an account! Not happy and I did not agree to them automatically taking money out of my account. Now a $23 wash has turn into almost $60. I have not washed my car since that day. Please tell me what do I need to do to fix this problem that was created by your facility.

Amazing service every time we go there.

They do pretty well with cleaning out the car and are always running. That said, it always takes 30 minutes to an hour instead of the advertised 15 minute express detail. Lucily you can just take a device, sign on to their wifi and relax while they do all the hard work on your vehicle.

Staff was extremely polite and eager to help. I dont think my car was this clean when it was brand NEW! Washed and detailed in less than 15 minutes while I watched it go through the building, munching on cookies and popcorn. Ill be back when its time to change my oil!

Just went thru this car wash...NO attendant to guide onto conveyor belt...was told by attendant at pay station to ‘Go ahead’...was not properly on track so my car did not properly exit...when you’re on a conveyor belt with no one watching and the car behind you is moving while your car is not is extremely stressful! I will not go thru this car wash again if the attendant is not posted!

Love having the option of a car wash with an interior clean! Staff is really friendly. Ive been several times.Only giving 4 stars just because its a little pricey, and they occassionaly miss some minor things on the inside.Wish there was some loyalty program other than having to purchase unlimited. Perhaps a punch card or something.

My mom has loved this place since it opened. I went with her today, and she paid $45 for washing and detailing after a trip to Kansas City. She had bugs on the front that the detailer didnt even try to get off until she pointed them out. After he worked at them a little longer, he said it would be another $22 to get them off. I told her that she could probably go somewhere else and pay $10, if she wants almost clean. is hard for me to recommend this place.

I’ve never been one to keep a particularly well kept vehicle and when I added a toddler to the mix things inevitably got messier.When both the toddler and I discovered that their space has blocks and art supplies and popcorn we both realized it’s the perfect place to land in the middle of a busy day. Also: The women and men at Splash are professional and so kind.My vehicle, at long last, is clean in part because it’s a bit ridiculous how much I enjoy going to the car wash now.

Pretty average wash inside and out. Perhaps you would get better results if you went regularly. Tire rims werent clean, bugs all over the front, inside wiped but not with any particular detail. Otherwise very convenient, only full service wash I could find in the area. If youre really needing a good clean go to a detailer.

While I enjoyed having my car cleaned regularly and using Splash for my oil changes, they stripped my oil pan and instead of replacing it, had their own lachan ice just drill another hole. We went back and forth and they would not see how this damaged my car’s value.

Damaged paint 👎 The driver side of my vehicle was clearly damaged by the automatic car wash. When I came back to file a report they took some pictures then called me back and said when our machines damage cars its typically for the entire length of the car. Not exactly reassuring. So Im left with 30 of chipped paint(see photos) They offered me a couple free vouchers to come back and get my car damaged again.Take your business elsewhere.

A nice internal and external wash but much more expensive then same service in my old home town.

I purchased a one month trial service from Splash because.. it’s summer and I like my 4runner to not have that lime green pollen tint to it. So I gave it a whirl because I was already probably spending $30 a month on washes and I couldn’t be happier. I can get the outside washed whenever I want and since I purchased the “Best” option, I only have to pay $20 for the interior blow out if I want the inside done. I tried the interior service during my trial and let me be 100% honest; I have THREE corgis, which means even with leather seats, the amount of fur the inside of my car collects is pure in sanity. I, in no way, expected my car to be fur-less when they were done, I would’ve been happy if they even just got 60% of it, but I would say they got at least 95% of it all and I was THRILLED. I ended up converting from just the trial to a regular monthly membership. I think the main weekend attendants name is Reagan, and she is always super friendly and helpful too.Thanks for a great service!

Exterior wash is great! Would not recommend the interior super clean. I got a coupon for a free interior super clean which prompted me to go ahead and try the service out. This coupon helped me see whether or not it’s worth spending the $45 in the future. Honestly, if I would’ve spent $45, I would have been upset. The attached picture is from right AFTER the interior super clean. I have an American Eskimo dog, and I travel out of state frequently with him. Hence the dog hair. Either their vacuums aren’t good enough to remove dog hair or the employees didn’t vacuum it properly. Also had streaks on windshield. While I definitely appreciate the online promo that I received, I believe the intent behind it to gain more business will be overlooked since people are not going to want to pay for a service like this if this is the quality you get. I would still come back here for an exterior wash! Employees were also friendly so kudos for that!

My favorite automatic car wash in the area; top-tier equipment and offers interior detailing. They also offer oil changes. Best to get an unlimited pass if you might use more than twice per month.

Not sure if employees new, but for $45, Im sure I could have gotten a better cleaning both inside and outside my vehicle. I had to go back for a touch up worth the price I paid. Great service though.

My 3 year old grandson could of done better than them... My husband ended up having to clean the inside and they would not give me a refund... Go somewhere else where they will do the job they are supposed to...

Everyone I interacted with went so above and beyond what they needed to here! But what really exceeded my expectations with this place was the customer service. We’d been neglecting my husbands car for a bit and it was way over due for pretty much everything. Which meant my kiddos who are four and two years old had to hang around here with me for a good almost two hours. I just want to give a really big thank you to the woman who was working in the lobby today. When my impatient daughter started to get bored, she offered to color with her. When she wanted to build a tower with the blocks but couldn’t reach the top anymore, she came over to help her and show her how to make it with a bigger base so it wouldn’t fall over. When my son accidentally kicked over his cup of water, she rushed over to dry it up before I could even turn around to get paper towels. She talked to both of my kids like she’d known them forever, and it was the first time in a really long time I didn’t feel guilty or embarrassed when my children started to get impatient while running errands with me. So ma’am, I’m so sorry I didn’t get your name, but thank you. You have no idea how big of an impact you made on me and my kids in just that one small part of your day.Also, my husbands car looks nicer than it has in years, has a fresh oil change, new wiper blades, new air filters, and I’m probably forgetting other things but I can’t say enough great things about this place. Great business!

Don’t waste your money. I paid $20 for their “better” wash, which included wheel cleaning and I had to clean my wheels when I got home, as well as my windows. What a worthless car wash. Won’t be back

Splash has great customer service! I went in for a free (!!) oil change today. While waiting they came out to show me a brand new air filter and my current one (which looked really rough) and asked if I wanted to get a new one, so I did. They told me it would be about a 45 minute wait but I didn’t even have to wait that long, they were super quick. I’ll definitely be returning soon to get my car detailed and my future oil changes will be done here. I highly recommend. Their waiting area is also really nice and comfortable.

I signed up for an unlimited wash plan over a month ago. Very happy with it. Pickup, wheels & tires look great. Only takes about a minute. Blower is such that I have only a little bit of chamoising to do, if I even bother with it. Two thumbs up.

I really like this place but still found some areas inside they forgot to clean. But still better than most.

Was so excited to have a Splash open in my neighborhood. Went through the whole process of cancelling my Zips membership and then went to Splash and singed up. Went through the car wash just fine and then circled the building looking for the vacuums. THERE ARE NO VACUUMS! Who the hell made a carwash with NO vacuums. I guess I am going back to Zips.

Didnt clean vehicle well. They were supposed to wash floor mats but did not. I complained of this and they said they would take it back through and wash them. I watched and they just drove it straight through the bay without washing mats. They were dry and still dirty. Windows were smeared. Very poor job!!!
