They did an awesome job cleaning my car!! They were very professional. Communicating with them was easy. My car was very dirty. It was embarrassing lol. Dog hair everywhere. It looks like I just bought a new car. Thank you! I will be back in the near future.

Using them was not a good experience. They didnt communicate well on the front end, they broke our radio, and had some weird stuff happening on their property during pickup.They refused to do anything about our radio which they DEFINITELY broke (you can see the water in it). The owner tried to blame it on bad timing. yeah right! It worked perfectly on the way to drop it off and after picking it up it immediately was going haywire with the electrics, ejected all 6 CDs in rapid fire, and is totally out.very unhappy with the way the company tried to resolve the issues as well. I would not recommend this place. Im now out $390 bucks for their work plus all the money and time itll take to fix our radio. not happy.

It was too expensive but the quality of the service was just average.

The staff was great on the phone. They were friendly and helpful. I would have given 5 stars but there were still some areas that were not cleaned, such as some grime on the dash, something in the seatseat and a few other spots that they missed. I don’t know if they were just going quickly over those spots or what. I have photos as well. The places they did clean though look great. Carpet looks fantastic and they got in crevices well.

They did a fantastic job on our Subaru. It looked absolutely sparkling inside and out. They were communicative and clear. Highly recommend their services and will definitely be using them again.

Honestly, I saw their awesome video advertisement of auto detailing and was super intrigued. They offer all sorts of services that we would love to take advantage of! We will certainly be back! We did interior detailing & pet hair removal. WOW! We have a yellow lab & her hair gets EVERYWHERE & they did a fantastic job with removing all her pesky hair. Also, it’s worth mentioning that we were able to have a flexible drop off & pick-up that worked really well. I don’t think they currently offer the mobile service which would give them a 6 of 5 stars 😃

NWA Mobile Detail did an awesome job on my car. I purchased the Complete Auto Detail Package plus the pet hair removal. There was a LOT of dog hair in my back seat due to transporting 2 Great Pyrenees to our new home. They removed it ALL! Great job. I definitely recommend their services. And, I will be a repeat customer for sure!

Probably won’t use them for a Motorhome again. The job was around $700 for exterior motorhome only. That price was a bunch higher then the square footage estimation on the site due to various fees tacked on for mobile service. Given the name of the business I would have expected mobile service to be included in pricing. I agreed to the price thinking it included a actual hand wax, which i really needed. They however did not do a hand wax, and used a spray on product. They did a average job and my rig was clean, but given the prices I was expecting a serious detail service not a average wash I could have gotten at a truck stop. Overall I felt rushed through as fast as they could do it, and it didn’t have the level of clean that I would expect from a detail company.

I’ve had my car for over 8 years and never got it fully detailed ever before. After I sent my car to NWA mobile detail it looked like new! I’m so thankful that I used them. Will for sure be sending my car back! So impressed!

They did a spectacular job at cleaning the interiors of my vehicle and removing a lot of crumbs/gunk/stains from difficult areas. The vehicle almost looks brand new.You simply schedule an appointment online and drop off your keys in the lock-box the day of the appointment. When your vehicle is finished, theyll notify you so you can come and pick it up. Everything is taken care of for you. Very simple and easy.

When I got there the person suggested to get a steam cleaning to get the stains out, I believe it was an extra 100$ to 150 $ but he didn’t tell me that it was going to take an extra two hours to dry. When I got my car back it looked OK there was a few things that I feel like Could have been cleaned easy for the price that I paid.But once they realize my phone was dead they were really pleasant and let me use their phone charger so I could be able to make an outgoing call, so the customer service was great.

Good experience. Good work. My car looks like it just rolled off the sale lot! I set everything up online, left my keys in a box, and gave credit card info over the phone. I never saw a person...at first, i was a bit concerned by this...but my car looks great and i am very pleased!

NWA Mobile Detail performed a complete detail package on my truck as well as some buffing on the fender wells that required it. The results were amazing. The truck looks brand new.

Ordered the Complete Detail Package,They didnt remove the seat covers and actually scrub the seats which is fabric.Scrub and surface clean fabric seats: missingEngine spray out missing.Seems I got charged the complete detail package instead of Maintenance Clean PackageOtherwise, took about 4.5 hours to complete and everything else was fine.

They damaged my AC buttons. Won’t man up to it ! It’s damaged from humidity of being wet by them. I’ve over priced paid $273 and now stuck with repairs. Taking this to small claim court ! Never ever ever ever again !

My Jeep Gladiator was horrible, inside and out when I dropped it off after an entire summer and fall of no doors and no top. When I got it back, at exactly the time they promised, it looked better than when I bought it. I will use them again for all of my vehicles, no question.

I had the machine buffing package and then ceramic coating done. They did an absolutely amazing job on my Jeep. I have only had it a few months but the Jeep is 11 years old and the paint correction they did makes it look brand new. It seriously looks like the paint I see driving by some of the dealership lots.

Would highly recommend these guys for any of your detail needs. We had the machine polish done on our truck and couldn’t be happier with the result. They take pride in their work and their willingness and pride in doing the job right is refreshing in this industry.

Extremely pleased with my experience.My black sedan had been the victim of a very poor buff job and was very, very unpleasant to look at. NWA detail listened to what I had to say, offered feedback and advice, and after deciding on a package, they picked up my vehicle from work, had it most of the day, and then brought it back to me. I was shocked at the transformation and felt it was worth every penny I paid. A lot of shops out there will charge you more and not do as good a job as these guys. I bought my car a couple years ago (used) and the dealer had it detailed to an almost new condition. I cleaned it occasionally, but had allowed it to become fairly dirty. Nwa mobile detail did such an impressive job the car is actually cleaner than it was when I purchased it and could nearly pass for brand new despite being a 2012 with 70k miles. They also communicated very well, and finished the car exactly when they said they would. Their location is decent, not great, but the value and quality was well worth it and they do offer a pickup and delivery option for an additional fee.

I was impressed that he was able to get the dry grass out of the carpet, the floors and trunk looked amazing! There was one spot that was missed on the inside, but it was small and hard to reach. Overall, I was pleased with the work and Zach was very nice and professional. I will use them again for sure.

These guys are awesome. They worked wonders on my disgusting Ford Escape that could pass as a showcar now. As we were leaving the guy noticed he missed a small corner on the trunk floor mat (we never would’ve noticed) and immediately grabbed it and cleaned it without hesitation.

Im one of those people that definitely abuses the interior of their car. I just picked it up and it honestly looks brand new. Absolutely beautiful. I did have some trouble getting in touch with Zack to schedule at first as his voice mailbox was full, but after that the communication was very good. I dropped it off the night before my appointment and picked it up the following evening. My key was left in the car because I dont think he was home at the time. But honestly as someone who is super awkward, I appreciated not having to do the whole small talk thing and just being able to drop it off and pick it up and have the job done well. He has a very friendly kitty cat who greeted me when I dropped my car off, who wanted all the lovings. So sweet. And when I picked it up there were a pack of 5 big beautiful doggos in the back yard that were just a joy to see. 10/10 🐶🐱🚘
