I got my eyebrows done for the first time in like a year and it didn’t even hurt! the lady was so sweet and even saw us a few minutes before our appointment. love this place and will definitely go back soon

Was skeptical at first but decided to get a facial to help with the acne and whiteheads I had littered all over my face, and the day after the facial almost all of the whiteheads on my face were gone. 10/10 and I will definitely be coming back soon.

I wanted to surprise my wife with a weekend getaway with a spa day. Cate’s Touch over delivered between the massage to the facial. My wife and I both had a mani/pedi which was my second one ever! The staff was very well knowledgeable and kind out the 3 hours we were there! My wife has had numerous of massages but she couldn’t stop talking about how relaxed she felt after this one. Definitely will recommend to anyone and will be back!

From the first moment you walk in to Cates Touch you feel at home! Seriously, I have been to many spas and this spa is different. They know their customers by name - so nice! They are so sweet and caring. I brought my daughter there to get an acne facial. We made an appt with Carol the owner and esthetician. She was ready for us on time and so nice to my daughter. She made her feel so pretty even though she is struggling with acne. We have tried - the list is long!! 2 Dermatologists, Face Reality products, Rhonda Allison products, facials, oral meds - we have lots of experience - sadly. Carol is very knowledgeable about acne. My daughter is currently using 2 topicals form a dermatologist but it was not stopping new acne from appearing. And she has lots of scaring from previous acne. Carol worked on her for about 1.5 hours. She did about 4 procedures and the results were amazing. She did dermaplaning and light therapy. She also did a few other things that were helpful for my daughters sensitive skin. My daughter felt so good after the treatment. This is the first time my daughter has had a facial and her face was calm and not irritated. She has very sensitive skin. We saw Carol on Thursday evening. On Monday morning Carol texted to ask for pictures of my daughters face to check on her progress. How awesome is that!! We have found a great spa and finally help for my daughters acne problem!

Cates Touch Spa is a great place to go when you want to be pampered. The staff is friendly and attentive. Queyen and Tiffany do great work with the manicures and pedicures. I look forward to seeing Carol each month for my facial. She does great work and my skin feels so soft after. They offer a variety of services and you wont be disappointed. The staff here is the BEST in Rockwall! Friendly, efficient, courteous, and a list of other adjectives that all say this is the place that you need to be going to.Tell Carol (the owner) that John sent you and you will get a big laugh and probably a few stories.

I arrived a few minutes prior to my appointment, and Carol greeted me to tell me it would be a few more minutes. As I waited, I observed several more ladies receiving services, and in conversation with their estheticians. Apparently, they were regular customers, since they were asked about friends and family members.I was there for a facial with Carol, and when escorted to my room, was given instructions. I listened to soothing music while I waited to Carol to give me one of the most enjoyable facials Ive ever received. My skin felt incredible when she was finished!I think one of the things I appreciate most is that she didnt try to sell me a bunch of expensive products. She did tell me about other facials that I might be interested in, and Im definitely going to come back for nanoplaning next month. Thank you, Carol! I appreciate you!.

I just had the best facial and Carol used a new technique called Nano Needle. It leaves your skin so smooth. I would highly recommend Carol at Cates Touch for the best facial for your skin care.

Today was a pamper myself day and Cate’s Touch Salon did an awesome job!!! Head to toe, with a facial, manicure and pedicure! Everyone is so friendly, Salon so clean and light and airy. Regulars know each other just coming to Cate’s so it feels like a community of neighbors. Today’s 90 min facial that Carol gave me felt so relaxing and made my skin feel lighter and so soft and clear. Mani’s And pedi’s are the best anywhere and all is so reasonably priced. Salon also offers massages and hair styling. Call for an appointment, you won’t regret it!

We just tried Cate’s Touch Spa and it’s fantastic! I took my Mom and we dropped in last minute. Carol and Tiffany gave us amazing pedicures and manicures. We also found out they offer lots of other services like facials, microblading and other permanent makeup, massage and hair. We can’t wait to try the facial next, we’ve heard it’s AMAZING too.
