Kim&Martin the owners are wonderful!Clean, Sanitary etc. I hadnt been there in years and she remembered us. That was So nice! Also every customer I saw coming in they knew on first name basis.

Love this place! Its so fun and the nail techs are amazing and the quality is fantastic. Im hard on my hands, most nails only last about 4 or 5 days, but these last a good amount longer. Ive included pictures for my last two visits. I love this style and they do it really well!

Came in for a specific service, chose color and ended with different service, with the color they switched on me and on top I felt completely uncomfortable and embarrassed when the employee doing my pedicure started to talk about me and showing the other employee what he was doing and how my feet were. i am a first responder, work at a hospital with tennis shoes and masks and all the deal. On my only day off in a long time I had to deal with someone shaming me and not doing what I paid for.

Nail tech did an amazing job! I love my nails!!

They were great with my nails they look exactly how I wanted! But unfortunately they were very rough with my nails and the nail tech seemed to do what she wanted I asked her to make them shorter but she then told me they would look ugly shorter and made them way longer than I had anticipated. Not only did I ask her to be more gentle but after that she just seemed to manhandle me. I came and hour before closing I get you wanna go home but please do not rush to do my nails! I’m sorry but I won’t be coming back here.

Excellent place they are quite pricey but its well worth the money. Had the lavender pedicure and milk honey manicure they really take their time to pamper you. Mi 7 yr old also loved it. They also gave me a free glass of Rose!

The man doing my nails was watching a football game while doing my nails. Cut me multiple times and tries to act like he didn’t and I was just being sensitive and jumpy. He didn’t even listen that I actually wanted a full blown manicure because I get dry skin during the winter. They took almost 4 hours to do mani and pedi and neither my sister or I were happy with our nails.

Me and my bestie went to get our nails done today for the first time at luxury nails! Let me tell you, you will not be disappointed! I had Kim and she did an AMAZING job and it only costed me $50!! She gave me exactly what I wanted, she’s amazing and I recommend everyone coming here!!

I came in and requested something specific, the staff was very friendly and patient, ensuring I got exactly what I wanted. I did not catch the name of the lady who did my nails but she had braces and she was very friendly.Definitely would recommend

Excellent work for a great price! I went in for the dip polish BEFORE Thanksgiving and it lasted until AFTER New Years. Now I’m going back for a polish change! Happy 2020! It’s worth the money:)

We’ve been going to Luxury Nails for a couple of years and always very satisfied. Kim & Martin own it and have very little turn over because they treat their employees great. I see reviews that mention names that have never been part of their staff. Two of the names relate to Platinum Nails. I went there for over 10 years but when it was sold the quality went down hill and I changed. Martin does beautiful work!!!! Always makes sure they are smoothly and even. I highly recommend this salon.

This is one of the better nail salons in rockwall, IMO. Ive tried several and always end up back here. I appreciate that they will fix the nail until Im happy.👍😁

Best place to get your nails done! I would drive an hour just to get my nails done here. Great customer service! It makes a nail place so much better when they care about you and what you like and remember your name! If you want 5 star service definitely go here!

They took really good care of my 8 year old daughter and were extremely patient. As a father, I would recommend this place on their care and patience alone.

This is my nail place. Everyone that has done my nails has done a fantastic job. I usually get Martin or Lee, but anyone you get is great. They are so nice and they remember who you are and what you got the last time you came in. Love this place.

So, Ive been coming to the salon once a week for about 4 weeks. I was referred by a friend and gave it a try. I got the nail tech named Lee, and I really like how she does my nails. She does a wonderful job. However, my son and I came in at 7:20, 40 minutes before closing time. Lee saw me walk through the door and she rolled her eyes. I at first thought it wasnt a big deal until my 8-year old son told me what she did. If he noticed it, then I was treated horribly for coming in as a repeat customer, requesting Lee. Lee does beautiful work, but I will not be returning to such hostility. I really thought I have found a place to come often, but I am on the lookout again.

They know how to pamper you. I NEEDED to relax, and I did. Great place

I went in with nails I just had done a week prior. I wanted a completely different style from what I had. They made it happen and I will continue to return

I stopped by on a Monday evening and was seen quickly. Ask for a menu or they wont show you until they have started on you. The techs were nice and did a good job on detail. However they are bossy, I couldnt touch my nails when they were dry and the sides are sticking to my skin and I could not leave with the paper slides on my feet. Then on Saturday my middle nail came off, these were supposed to be nexgen that should last up to 2 weeks.

Took my daughter here to get acrylics and she wanted a specific color and one nail Chevron. Tech doing her nails was wonderful and made it relaxing for my daughter. We were looking for the right baby pink polish and then either the owner or manager was totally rude and said thats all we have choose one. Wow! We werent done looking at the pinks. I promptly explained wed choose when we were ready. She proceeded to act pissy, speaking to her make family members in their language but obviously rudely about us. Wont be back. We were not offered water, drinks. The rudeness and lack of normal professional service options, NOT ACCEPTABLE - lots of better salons to choose from. Tech was excellent; maybe she will find a more professional place to work.

Love this nail place I especially love how Martin does my nails every 3 weeks he does my nails they aways turn out very beautiful nails he does beautiful art work.

I cannot begin to explain just how horrible my experience was with luxury nails. To begin with, their staff was extremely rude and they did not listen to me when I tried to describe the nails I wanted. The nails lasted exactly six days and split two of my actual nails in two. I am so horrified at the whole experience, what a shame.

Bad experience !!! I asked for dipped powder nails and I got nothing close too it. They have a poor selection of dipped color and she left my nail bumpy not smooth at all! One of my nails came off in three days of applying. It seems it was her first doing dipped nails, not much experience. Overall horrible experience never going back.

Ive been going here for about 12 years ( since we moved to Rockwall) and I refuse to go anywhere else. Martin is my favorite and his wife Kim is also amazing. Even when they have both been busy, Ive never been disappointed in any of the other nail techs. They give amazing pettis also and can whip out any random design i want free-hand. Never have had a single complaint!

I went to another nail salon before this one and I felt my nails were too long so I came to this one since its close to my job. The person who cut down my nails did a wonderful job but, when I went to wash my hands I was looking for a paper towel and I couldnt see them. I asked the lady working there and she treated me like I was stupid for not seeing them. They used hot towels instead of paper towels and didnt realize they used those. Then a man in the store snapped his fingers at me like I was a child or a pet and pointed to it. I felt humiliated in front of the other customers who also seemed shocked. They do a great job on your nails but they are extremely rude and have no idea what customer service is, I recommend Pinky Nails instead.

The ladies here are all very rude. The lady that did my nails used a razor blade (which are legally not allowed in nail salons) to make the lines easier (I got the Texas flag so she used it to divide up the sections) but ended up cutting me multiple times and left dents in my nails. She did not do my nails how I wanted even after me asking nicely multiple times to do them how I asked. She repeatedly told me to shut up, I know what Im doing this is my job and when I told her she was hurting me she said shut up it doesnt hurt you need to stop. She gave me dirty looks when I was talking to my friends and scoffed and rolled her eyes when I said I didnt want my eyebrows done and said you need to. Then she called me a liar when I said I liked my nails (I did like them but wasnt 100% satisfied with them). It was $45, which to me, is an outrageous price for something youre not happy with. Overall it was a terrible experience and I do not recommend to anyone, save your money and go somewhere else.

I went to this place for the first time and it will be my last they had no hot water going into the tub the man that did my pedicure was bringing hot water with a plastic pitcher and pouring in the tub he didn’t do a good job at all when he bent down he brushed shirt against my toe nails I had to beg him to fix it all he did was polish over the nail and I walked out the door I was not offered any water either
