I am coming up on my second visit with Meghan Bannister. I have long, natural curly hair, and my hair was a real mess. Meghan cut through all my ratty hair, and got my hair back to normal. I love her!

Chelsea/Chelsey is such a sweet girl by what I can see, I hate that everyone is trying to tear her down. She seems like she has such a strong spirit! I hope she is doing well despite what that mans wife says.

Dont go with Chelsey Davis! Absolutely the worst! Will give the company a good review but the stylist a big fat 1 star!!!!!

This was my first time to visit Rockwall Salon Suites, and Jennifer McKee was absolutely wonderful. She did a great job with my cut, and helped me with products and styling for my hair. I am VERY pleased!

I went to Hair Canvas Salon in the Rockwall Salon and Suites to get my hair colored and styled for my wedding. Blake Lister made me look more beautiful than I could ever imagine looking. I cannot thank her enough for turning me into a princess for one of the most important days of my life. I have been back twice since then and I have always been happy with the results- the price is reasonable for the quality of work and is worth every penny.

I went on two occasions with no appointment. I didnt expect to get in. But, I was new here, trying to get a feel for the place, the stylists and costs. Got in as a walk in, no wait. Great, experienced stylist (both occasions). Anywhere else, it wouldve never happened. And, I was more than pleased with the outcome.

This is a great location to check out if you are looking for a simple cut or color. Ive been to this location a few times but will probably look for another place as most of the time Im trying to get a style completed and that is where I think this place is lacking slightly. I guess it really depends on who you go to see here.One of the hardest things to gauge about a business like this is what the quality will be. Since each person is essentially running their own business, you may get someone who is great or not. To simply lump them all together in 1 rating does a disservice to those who go above and beyond to make sure their customers are completely satisfied with other stylists who may not do so. I would recommend finding a stylist you love and sticking with them.

Lori was generous enough to squeeze me in, while I was in town visiting. She asked me who referred me & I explained it was Groupon. I go in for my apt & it was kinda rushed. She then charges me more than what was discussed & what I saw on Groupon. I assumed she included her tip in the amount. My lashes started falling out the next day, didn’t think anything of it. They no longer look full, several have fallen out & it’s only been 8 days! I reached out to her to explain & she never responded. Thank goodness I found someone where I live to correct them & make sure they won’t fall out within a week. Not satisfied AT ALL!

I have used Michelle lane for massages for years. She wonderful, * very reasonably priced. She really listens to what you want. I was in alot of pain & she helped release the issue in my arms, neck & leg. Im so thankful for her.

DO NOT get your nails done with Linda. Horrible experience. I do gel with white tip. 2 days later nails started peeling. I let Linda know and she would not work with my schedule for me to go back in for her to fix them. It was my first and last time there and I regret leaving her a tip. And BTW I have a cleaning lady so no I dont wash dishes.

I have been going here to see Shannon Honaker for years. The building is full of professionals that can do everything from acrylic nails to hair cuts/dye to tattoo makeup. Shannon cuts my hair perfectly too. :)

MUST READ! Brittany Lancaster FRIED my hair. I spoke to this stylist about getting work done. She suggested Balayage. I was unfamiliar, but after doing research I did like the look. After she did my hair I was surprised at how light it was. When I got home I further examined it only to realize she had not only FRIED MY HAIR, but also left blotches everywhere. I immediately scheduled an appointment elsewhere to have it corrected. After going to a Balayage expert, I learned that foils shouldnt be used when practicing the Balayage technique( which Brittany did). I was also informed that because of how over processed my hair was from the treatment it would take a minimum of two further appointments to correct the damage. I ended up having to cut two inches of dead hair that day. After speaking to the salon owner I was informed that I couldnt get a refund because I didnt return to the salon and that I should have asked Brittany if she was trained in the technique. I assumed she was since she brought it up to me. The owner also informed me Brittany claimed she never said she knew how to do the technique. I am left with DAMAGED HAIR. I am appalled at the unprofessionalism shown by this salon, they have lost a customer.
