What a breath of fresh air… Nothing like it in Rockwall! It is clean, modern, relaxing and exactly the type of nail experience I was looking for! The minute I walked in, I was greeted with a huge smile and helpful attitude. Their entire staff is engaging, enthusiastic and careful to pay attention to the little details. I most definitely found my new place!

This was my first time coming here! and they were great! Molly is super sweet and very creative and good at giving u what u want. I got almond ombré nails and she wasss sweet as could be and talked to a lot.

I came here with a friend to get pedicures. We were told it was under new management, but that didnt scare us off and Im so glad it didnt! I havent had a pedicure in a couple of months, but the staff here was absolutely knowledgeable and great at what they did. They were very friendly and did a great job.My friend hadnt gotten a pedicure in TWENTY years and Blizz Nail Bar blew her mind and the competition out of the water. We wont go anywhere else, I will continue coming to Blizz!Dont let the parking lot deter you, its so worth it to find a spot and come in. They cant control Chick-Fil-As line. If you have an issue with that, complain to CFA, not Blizz.LOVE IT HERE. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!

Loved my experience! I don’t usually get acrylic nails or anything fancy. Mostly because I don’t know what to ask for and I don’t like the plastic feeling of “fake” nails. Nee was extremely helpful and patient with me. I didn’t feel rushed to make a decision or pick a color. I love my nails and how light they feel. Dip ombre is what I got, and I will continue to get!

I went to get a full set for my birthday. When told to pick a color I told them I just want a natural nail with clear polish. Before I knew it she was putting on clear tips. When I said something she told me its too late to change and that it would be fine. They looked horrible when finished. So many bubbles in the acrylic, somehow there was dirt between the nail and tip and each nail was a different shape. Not to mention she kept leaving me to attend to other people. The next day I went back to have them removed and to get a refund, which is STILL not back on my card. Also, she was talking about me to her coworkers. Be careful who you talk in front of. You never know when that person understands your language! I will not be returning to this place again. Very unprofessional.

Lovely atmosphere and lovely techs! My daughter and I are so pleased, we had a relaxing and fun nail trip. Am definitely recommending this place and will visit again soon!

Went here to get my nails done with my sister, and showed a picture of what I wanted on my nails (wanted flower designs). The lady that had me made them look like starfish and so I asked her to put more petals which she did. But when she got to my right hand she only put five petals again, and didn’t add more to match the other hand. When I asked her to put more petals so both hands would match she gave me a hesitant face and told me they don’t need to look the same. So now they look uneven. Paid $130 (not including the $20 tip). Disappointed to say the least.

Could not do a 2 color nail. Was there for 2 hours and still didnt get what I wanted. Nail tech was very unorganized. Dropped equipment on the floor, picked it up and continued using it. Very messy work area. Was more interested in checking the time instead of doing nails. Have been going there since they opened but after this last experience will NOT be going back.

This is one of the nicest nail salons I’ve ever been too!! The inside is very nice and everyone here is always so attentive and nice every single time I come in. They always do exactly what I want and it always comes out looking so nice. I highly recommend this place to get your manicures and pedicures. Great quality and overall amazing service!

Nails look terrible. Started cutting before asking what length I wanted. Tried to correct by over lapping the tips. Very expensive, twice the price I normally pay . Having to go elsewhere to have “fixed” . Wanted to give this place a try since I was in Rockwall. Will not be going back. Do not recommend.

I absolutely love Blizz Nail Spa!! I live in Mansfield and drive 1 hour and 20 minutes just to see Michelle and Brian they are amazing! They go above and beyond to make sure you have a wonderful experience! I pick out my dip color for my nails and they always have the gel color to match perfectly for my toes! I also recommend the Milk and honey Aromatherapy Spa Pedicure. I showed them once how I like my nails shaped and what I want and it’s done as promised every time I visit! Not to mention a wonderful drink selection! I highly recommend Blizz Nail Spa to all my family and friends!

This is next to Chick-fil-A in Rockwall. Its very well appointed, great massage chairs, so clean and the staff is super nice! My gel manicure has stayed on a crazy long time. They actually have a cute little bar area in, but of course also have sodas and water. It was a great visit.

I’ve been here several times. I’ve never had a bad experience! Great service! Great quality! Great drinks! Fair price! One of my favorite things about Blizz Nail Bar is how they automatically match powder & gel colors, so if your nails are power and your toes are gel they match perfectly! 🖤

Updated review: this is the first time Ive visited a salon since Covid-19 hit. I am pleasantly surprised to see Blizz Nail Bar is taking Covid-19 precautions. All customers were temperature checked, sanitizer was available, and everyone was wearing masks. Customers were also asked to wash hands before they even picked out a polish.Excellent technicians and staff. Minimal wait time and very clean. My nails turned out beautifully. Ask for Mandy!

Visiting the area from a New York and was brought there and was not disappointed. Ashley greeted us and made sure to secure our places seated next to one another. I experienced the best pedicure I’ve ever had (I selected the Bliss pedicure).Tommy was professional and kind while I relaxed, and Ashley made sure our drinks remained filled, all with a smile. Justin, I’m guessing the manager, kept the busy salon running smoothly even as more and more appointments came in. The massage chair, clean environment, and wonderful service by the employees made my experience a 1000 times better than I ever could have imagined. From what I’ve read, they are under new ownership and they are very lucky to have such amazing employees.

Ive been here a few times already and have been treated like royalty each time. My nails are always spot on, and the work lasts a long time. I used to go to Wynn Nails until they changed management and customer service went down the tube. Here, I feel like Im valued. Im now a customer for life.

Wonderful salon! Very friendly and welcoming staff who go above and beyond to help you get the nails you desire. I came in with a picture of what I’d like and they helped me find the colors to achieve the exact look. Tom did my nails, and Peter did my toes. Both were very nice and did amazing work. I would 100% recommend them and will return.

Finally found my nail salon! Keep in mind this place is busy, however they did have plenty of technicians and a check in system. I waited no more then 15 minutes which allowed me to choose my color from their huge selection. Everything was applied evenly and perfectly. For the first time, no bumps or uneven nails. Definitely go back after today.

Had an appointment at 630. We were never greeted. We were there from 630 which was appt time until 715 and ask how much longer. It was gonna be another hour! Totally unprofessional and no acknowledgement so we left. I will never go there again. Customer service values needs an upgrade here.

The customer service was great! Nick the manager was very helpful and kind, Don was pleasant to chat with while he was doing my nails and Kelly gives a great pedicure! My daughter and I had her 2 month old daughter with us and they made us all 3 very comfortable the entire time we were there! We will definitely come back on a regular basis! The place is so clean and has a very soothing atmosphere! We live 25 minutes away but it is well worth the drive!!

Love this place! Every one here is so nice and attentive. I came here for the first time to try the Pedicure and it was worth it. Best pedicure in my life! You can just sit there, listening to the soft music while enjoying a good leg massage. Everything is so relaxing!!!

Come here for a monthly pedicure. It is clean and well kept. As well as having super friendly staff. The wait time is never too long and they take walk-ins. Also is well ventilated so no strong smells which is great for my currently pregnant self!!

Went for the first time here to get my pedicure, Bear did mine and he did so so so good. Its perfect in many ways. The atmosphere is so relaxing as well. The management is very good there, this place is highly recommended.

Went to Blizzard Nails after 2 months of not getting nails done. Thinking they would have safety measures in place for the virus and was I wrong! There is minimum protection! Every chair was full there was no 25% or 50% capacity per reopening regulations! Employees are being forced to work when they are sick or risk losing their job by threats from the owner one lady told me!AVOID this shop! They need to be reported to the State!

Me & my daughter love this place! It’s brand new, very clean, spacious, the staff is attentive, the decor is beautiful. I love that even though they have 6 televisions, they leave the volume off. You can typically hear quiet background music. While getting a pedicure, the staff doesn’t try to engage in constant conversation because they want you to RELAX, but they are friendly if you prefer to chat.

It was my second visit. Great atmosphere, friendly staff. Pedicures with Sherrie are awesome. And Alex makes my nails look awesome. Very Pleased

Great service. Friendly staff. Great results. Everytime Ive been in my feet a lot, especially in heels, I go in for a pedicure almost always for the massage. The really get the knots out. My calves always feel better and toes look great!!

Always a pleasurable experience here. Angle is my nail tech, a little rough on the cuticles but overall great and I wouldn’t trade her for anyone else. Chloe or anna for the pedicure will get you going. Tran also does a great job but is best for when you’re in dire need of a pedicure...great massage!!

Will never be back to this place. The owner, flashy jewellery, is rude to the customers and cursed at the employees. While getting my Pedi he was yelling and the nail tech cut me. Too competitive for this type of behavior!! Very disappointed. The only good thing was the young lady at the desk and her drinks!!

Let me just say, I have been here 2 x since they opened.I have taken my husband, sent one of of my children there and my mother.I have been my nails done since I was 13, I am 48 - I have been getting my nails done longer than the person who is doing my nails, is old (usually). With this being said I have very, very long nails and yes I am picky & yes they are my own length w/ an acrylic overlay with a gel color. My husband I went last weekend and as of Thursday I noticed my middle finger feeling loose, then my thumb, then my index finger.... all on the same hand. So today after completely loosing my middle finger, I decide at 4:30pm on my only day off this week..... I am going to go up there for them to fix them. Helen sits me down and starts filing- she puts a tip on the middle finger, then files a bit on the other two and begins to to overlay the acrylic- I have to stop her because the two nails have completely lifted from the back, towards the quick. She then says “I cut & put tip” NO! I say you fix - cut, drill, file then fill. I then tell her I like them square, this should be very clear if you take time to look at my nails - they look like a box!She does barely any of the above, she puts the tip on crookedly, she only fills in one side of my thumb and my index finger is crooked as well and round, the new nail with tip looks pregnant, yes pregnant!!!!!I said something numerous times, she giggled, smiled and asks again “you happy” do I look happy - she did not wash my hands - so they are dusty, she does not them go the full time needed in UV light to cure - she rushed the entire process! And let’s not discuss the rough edges and the polish on a very rough edge, none of nails match & this was a complete waste of time.She either does not what she is doing or she does not care, either way her working at Blizz is a problem!I won’t be back and if care about your image and like for things to be done correctly.... don’t go to Blizz, the joint is ran like nail farm!!!!!!!

The place was clean and the staff friendly but my gel manicure starting peeling the same day I got it done. Kinda feels like a wast of 37 dollars if its only going to last 5 hours.

I just moved and have been searching for a new salon since my nails are very important to me. I found blizzard nail bar through a search and it was the only salon with mostly 5 star reviews. I called to make an appointment and they were able to get me in the same day. Once I arrived. Its also very clean and everyone was extremely nice. Even though they were running behind, they constantly checked in to let me know Id be taken care of soon. I received water and a seat at a pedi chair while awaiting my turn. The entire staff was very attentive and sweet to every client. There were plenty of color options for regular polish, gel, and SNS powders. she also shaped my nails to perfection, repaired a cracked nail, and educated me on the best shape for me. The prices were extremely reasonable- a huge change from ! I will definitely be returning to this salon and am very grateful for the service I received.💐

They charge too much and the product dont stick had to go back after 3 days a got my nails because they there falling off 🤦🏼‍♀️ I guess the poder was cheap and think the change management saw new faces

Love this nail salon! They provide great service and the manager is always very welcoming. I have never been disappointed with any tech but find that Sherry and her husband Don make a great team for mani pedi combo.

Always a great experience. Another nail salon that I used to go to would always hurt my toes so bad by digging in between my nail and making it ingrown. This nail spa is much gentler. Also, they have a wonderful Happy Hour special of 20% off any service Mon-Thurs 10a-4p! They also have complimentary drinks and sometimes chips/snacks.

I never thought i would have to write a bad review . but i went to Blizz nails on 02/07/2020 Kathy did my nail I was not happy at all spent $42.00 and ended up going to dl nails to get the redone. spent another 40.00 damn my nails cost me and im not rich.I will never go back there I feel that they should give back my money.
