Have been paying this place to service my poolOn their diamond level service (best you can get) for over 3+ years and my pool now looks like a swamp. Have been told that my pool will now have to be drained and power washed and then filled back up due to lack of performance on their end. This has been going on since the freeze in February and my pool just keeps getting worse and worse. Was promised that someone would be by this past Saturday to preform service and of course no one showed up, no call etc. I have been extremely understanding and overly nice about this situation but no longer. These folks just can’t get their act together...STAY AWAY...YOUVE BEEN WARNED!

Kim and everyone at Community Home Services are fantastic to work with. We use them for all our pool supplies (chemicals etc...) and repairs. With the crazy weather the area had in February we (like many!) had a pool pipe bust and after leaving a VM on a Friday evening I got a call back the same night and an inspection the very next day! My pool is now repaired and happily pumping water getting ready for the spring.

Community Home Services came to the rescue after the recent Texas Ice Storm and Freezing Temperatures. They were quick to assess the damage and get back to do the repairs. I have used the monthly and repair services for over 25 years and am extremely pleased and will continue to use and count on them for all our pool needs. Kim and the staff are wonderful to work with and are extremely responsive.

Very pleased with our pool service! Our pool was a mess when we moved in last summer, and they’ve done a terrific job both bringing it back from the green nightmare and helping us maintaining it. Our pool tech is friendly, professional and reliable.

We just bought our house and our pool had been neglected. It was leaking water from several areas. Community Home Services was great. Kim was on the phone with me everyday talking me through what to check. She even sent me a box of puppy toys and treats because she knew I just got a new puppy. There was also someone working on the pool almost everyday until the problems got resolved. For the amount of work they did they charged us below market. I would highly recommend Community Home Services.

Being a new customer they have been nothing short of being super. My background is customer service and they have excelled as far as I’m concerned. It started with Kim in the office and continued thru all the reps that have been out to help me get my spool back up and running from what I call the Valentine Day Massacre. I highly recommend them for you will not be disappointed you did

Swim Techs employee, Coleman is a knowable, efficient and thorough pool service man. He pays attention to details and delivers a very good job when cleaning our pool. He is kind and attentive to any questions or concerns we might have. I give him five stars.

I have been using Swimtech/Community Home Services for 10 years and they are consistently competitive with prices and service.In 2021, and the snowpocalypse, with temperatures going down to zero and power going out, Kim manned the phone all day and helped homeowners drain their equipment and help us save what we could from freezing.Can’t thank CHS, and Kim in particular, for always being kind and helpful.

Our pipes, filters and heater all had to be replaced after the power outage during the last snow storm. After calling and talking with Kim serval times, her and her team was a big help. After two weeks my pool is back up and running again.

Great customer service when calling the main number. The lawn department is quick to respond when I call for a question regarding my regular lawn maintenance. I also had landscaping work done. In both lawn maintenance and my landscape work they are professional, do quality work and are cost effective.

Very displeased with service.. We paid for premium service on Auto pay. Our pool is new small & easy to maintain. 1st the technicians were not vacuuming the pool until we had to call & check what was included in premium service. Next problem... back in spring the pool tech got behind & missed a cleaning during the season it stained the plaster of the pool. After months of calling & emailing... We had to find “ourselves” that the chemicals were not properly maintained through another company. We also had to get the problem diagnosed & proper treatment figured out ourselves due to lack of follow up. I will say Swim Tech was very polite & stated they had a lot of new people that were learning... Now in October pool still stained & waiting on a call back 4 days later we had no choice but to cancel our service. Yet to hear from anyone. We do not feel the a professional pool company should charge premium service for incompetent employees unable to maintain a pool properly.

I saw these vans all over town. You think to yourself, this must be a great company if they have so many vans and stuff running around town. In the end, I think the level of service comes from these guys trying to stick their hat in everywhere. Need a pool guy? They got someone. House cleaner? Yard guy? There is a reason most companies find something to offer and stick to it. It seems like the motto of this company is we will offer any service but we wont be good at it.Sure, Im sure they have hired good help who does a good job in whatever they are hired to do sometimes. But it seems like a lot of times since they are more of a jack of all trades that the jobs seem to be subpar and not up to the level of quality that you should expect when you hire a professional.

I have my water tested there regularly. The staff is knowledgable and willing to help. I have been able to get any water issues addressed quickly and accurately. I have been more than pleased with their services. Highly recommend.

We remodeled our pool in 2019 and hired CHS in fall of 2019. Everything went well through the winter as there are little to no problems that show up. However, as Spring arrived and algae began to form, the guy who maintains the pool apparently just poured the algaecide in the water and never took care for it to dissolve. When I went out there later that evening, I noticed that there was powder pooled up in certain areas of the pool. As I brushed it away, there were dark spots underneath. Well, I called CHS and told them and they said they would send someone out to take a look and see if they could brush it away. After their next visit I noticed white patched all over my pool + I still have the dark spots. I called CHS and ask that their owner or manager call me back regarding how they were going to correct this. Have not heard from anyone in 2 weeks. I have pictures I will be more than happy to share. If you value your pool, stay away from this company.

These guys have customer service at the top of their list! My wife and I go here for ALL our pool needs and call for ALL our repairs. The location is small but dont let that fool you, these guys pack a punch! Highly recommend!!!

Hands down the best pool experience I have had. Ive used Craigslist groups and even recommended groups and hands down swim tech showed service I didnt see previously. Brandon showed up early and was extremely professional and respectful. Really seemed like he was there to help resolve any issues as opposed to selling more. The monthly service is something to look into, wasnt a fan of others do to cost but for what you get I highly recommend with swim tech. Would refer to anyone.

We requested Friday afternoons for pool guy to come because we had a dog and my wife would be home from work to keep dog inside. They kept changing time to Thursday and sometimes wouldnt come until Saturday. One Thursday he came and dog bit him or should I say scratched him. They sent us a bill for over $700.00 for the clinic visit. We explained again that Fridays was required. After a few weeks, they came on Thursdays again! Contract is up now! Enough! No more!!!

We have used Swimtech for over 2 years. As of today  they informed me that they are Under New Management. Over the past two years they have charged us for things that we did not approve first. Sometimes our service person would come out and replace something and then charge us later without asking us first. Our pool filter PSI had gotten up to 30 PSI. They informed me that I needed to clean my filter. They cleaned our filter 3 months ago and the PSI has been close to 30 every since they cleaned our filter. I have been out there cleaning our filter 3 days in a row I flushed our system and Ive got my PSI level down myself, to 18 PSI. These people do not know what theyre doing. I strongly suggest not using this Pool Company. They suck!!

Unreliable and then blames you when they stop showing up. They were recommended to me and i regret ever hiring them.

Trying to call them and get a message Sorry the number is busy, try again later. ??? This is 2016, they dont have voicemail or multiple lines? I have told their techs to fill my inline chlorine dispenser 4 times, every time I check it is empty. They throw a floater with a couple tabs in the pool. Also, they stopped leaving us a note telling us what was done. This has gone on for 4-5 months now. We have no idea if they showed up or not. Seriously, this is not rocket science.
