Contacted 5 star early in the year they came out in Feb right after the freeze. I told them you have your work cut out for you as we moved into a new home with SOD which wasnt taking well. Brandon told me I like a challenge. Called last week still have not come by, my yard is still weeks behind my neighbors. I am all for small business, local companies but, they must have to much work. Two weeks ago I called for service. I spoke with branden who gave me a quick quote. He told I would get a call next week for to schedule the service. The week of, I called him again and he said Id get a call soon. Business must be good to call someone back. Business has highs and lows. Dont be so dependant on the highs Brando! Thanks for nothing. Smh!

The times they treated the yard, I could really see a difference. They were supposed to come out and treat my yard over a month ago but they never came out. I didn’t hear from them again. I really liked the service they provided. My yard looked a lot better fast. I’m not sure why they didn’t come back out or at least contact me to tell me they were cancelling the service. I’m going to try someone else.Update- After calling, we figured out the days I need the service will not work but wasn’t contacted to find out. You can definitely tell the difference in my yard now that is not being treated. I updated to 4 stars because the product and the service was great while I had it.

Brandon and Brad are two nice men. They were timely and did their work. Nice job. Better yet the LOW COST was amazing. I would recommend them to anyone needing lawn care.

I knew when I was shopping around I should use 5 Star but TruGree gave me a price that was too hard to walk away from and their customer service was very outgoing. I really like being sold and wanted to give them a chance. This was a replacement service for a company I was very happy with that decided to stop doing residential work.After about 70 days and 2 treatments including having them come back out to do an additional spot weed treatment I had to part ways.Reason Im writing this review is they called me back trying to get my business back and after I was done saying no ty my wife said, oh yeah i meant to tell you how much better our lawn looks. 10xs betterAnd it really does. You can see in the picture after one month my lawn went from looking like my neighbors to very green and lush. Its pretty easy to see where my lawn starts.We noticed the difference right away after one treatment and a month.Highly recommended.
