Cathy is gracious and pleasant. I had an issue from my original tattoo, it had turned blue! I went to another salon on Ridgeway Rd. in Rockwall. After the initial visit, she would not complete the second treatment or return my call. Cathy was able to give a beautiful hair stroked brow over an unattractive ombre and the original blue brows. This was a tough assignment and she really provided a beautiful result.
