Today was my first visit. Most of the staff was nice and professional. I had a wax appointment with Katherine. She was very pleasant and courteous. When I was checking out I handed one of the ladies at the desk my card. She runs my card, tosses it back on the counter in front of me and walks away. The other lady at the desk helped me finish my transaction. Overall I would still recommend this place, especially Katherine.

Today is my WEDDING day and I made a last minute appointment late last night to get a facial done this morning. Kathy, who is amazing, super sweet, and has a bunch of fun stories to tell about where she is from, took AMAZING care of me and made me feel so welcomed. She really cares about her clients from just this first visit. I was super blessed to have found this place and I will definitely be back.

I have not actually been here or used their services. HOWEVER, I have had a wonderful experience dealing with Pam over the phone. My siblings and I pitched in to get my mom a spa package for Mothers Day. Pam answered my questions about ordering online and as we got the certificate put together. She was also so helpful and patient when I asked if we could pay to upgrade my mom to a different spa package and change the certificate to reflect that. Thanks again for all your help, Pam!

Loved it! Everyone there is so friendly. They even sell clothes, face products. jewelry and more! You can have a facial, get your nails done, and shop along with your hair.

I have been going to this salon for 2 years now working directly with Taylor. It has been wonderful up until now...she is gone. I called almost 2 weeks ago to schedule my son for a hair appointment with a new stylist( he wants it blue) and I was told someone would reach back out to me. Today I called since I never received one only to be told that some ladies were supposed to have called me, its a specialty service, and there are no appointments available. If I have this much hassle and lack of customer service regarding a pretty popular service now (kids and adults doing blue, purple, pink, etc) then I think its time for me to take my money elsewhere. I wont be returning.Really...why not use COVID as an excuse to not call someone back! SMH Im in healthcare that tests people for COVID and our restrictions dont impact our customer service. Come on now.

Horrible front desk customer service. They dont even know how to charge you for your services they have to ask each technician even though its on the internet the prices. The massages are terrible. My friend and I both went and had different massage therapist and neither one of us liked it. The lady who does the scrubs is rude and she leaves you alone and talks to other people and takes personal calls on her phone and leaves you alone while youre getting a pedicure. My friend didnt get to have her hair done because the lady kept leaving her when she was getting her pedicure. She took an extra hour on my friend and she didnt get to have her hair her hair done because she missed her appointment due to the Kathy lady. Recommend only for the hair stylist. Do not do spa services you will be very disappointed the prices are reasonable but you get what you pay for. You cant even feel a massage. And forget foot Utopia that is a big joke. She wastes most of the time just moving around and getting her stuff together and rattling around. Maybe they need to hire some younger people these people should have retired

Met Mona for my 1st visit and she was all about what I wanted for my hair style which was nice! However, no conversation really...I thought hair stylist love to talk but this one didnt ask me one thing and try to get to know me. She also got my shirt soaked in the back when washing my hair! She did however cut my hair well so I couldnt rate her too low! I will try another stylist next time.

Jour Salon is the best salon Ive been to by far and I wanted to share my experience! I had my hair colored and eyelash extensions done and Ive never been more satisfied. I decided for the first time in 38 years to add red highlights to my hair and my stylist, Tara, knew exactly what I wanted and it turned out beautifully! I decided to get eyelash extensions as well because I do not like to wear a lot of makeup and I wanted to save time in the morning getting ready for work. I do not have to do anything now because the eyelashes added so much that people think I am wearing makeup! I get so many compliments on my hair and eyelashes everyday. Katherine takes her time and meticulously applies false eyelashes to every single one of your own eyelashes so when she is done, they look completely natural. They last for 2-3 weeks and all I have to do is go back and get fills.The main reason I felt the need to write this review is I feel customer service is non existent these days and when I come across a place that provides the kind of customer service that makes you feel good and makes you feel like they really want to do a great job for you, I want others to know about it. The staff is professional, the salon is beautiful but most importantly you feel at home when you are there. You feel like you are hanging out with a bunch of your girlfriends and that is rare these days! You can tell a lot of thought and effort went into this place and the owner actually takes pride in her business and you can tell she genuinely cares about her staff AND her customers! It is so refreshing to go to a business with quality customer service such as this one. I absolutely, 100% recommend this place! You wont regret it!Thanks Jour Salon! I will be back again and again and again and again!

Ive been going to Jennifer Wavrusa for about 5 years now. She has amazing talent! I have always been satisfied with how she cuts, colors and styles my hair. I always get numerous compliments after shes done her magic!! I wouldnt trust anyone else to touch my hair. If youre looking for a hair stylist, I highly recommend Jennifer!

I visited this salon during a quick visit to Rockwall. It was the top rated so I thought it was a safe bet to try out. I’m glad that I did. They probably don’t get many men coming in but don’t let that deter you. The staff was helpful and the cut was exactly what I wanted. The price was also a plus. Victoria was extremely helpful, nice, and gave me some info about the area. She new exactly what I wanted and did a tremendous job. Next time I’m in Rockwall and need a cut, I’ll go back to see her.

I started getting my hair colored and cut here about a year ago. I absolutely love it. I am not very knowledgeable about hair but my girl Jennifer Wavrusa is amazing! She works around my super busy schedule and I always love what she does! I definitely recommend Jennifer to everyone..go see her!!

Do not use their online booking system. I was doubled booked with another person appointment. The stylist tried to make do and shuffled us around, but it was obvious she was spending more time of the other “client” as she put it. I had though I was a client as well, but I kept having to get up and sit in another chair while the other client sat in the stylist’s chair.

The salon has a relaxing atmosphere! My stylist, Tara, is fabulous! Never rushes or over books! Takes her time and my hair always looks great! She has been doing my hair for many years!

I have been going to Tara for 3 years now and I couldnt imagine going anywhere else. She has put up with my transitioning from blonde to brown and back to blonde! She always values the health of my hair and is honest about reaching my results. She takes her time and uses diligence in making sure my hair is in its best condition. She has the sweetest soul and is so easy to form a relationship with. I am so grateful to have found her! :)

I would highly recommend Jennifer Wavrusa at Jour Salon and Spa! I recently moved to Rockwall and struggled to find a stylist that could give me the highlights I wanted without my hair looking brassy. Jennifer did an awesome job today and was able to get rid of the brassiness as well as giving me natural looking highlights that made my hair shine! Prior to my appointment, she texted me to see if I just wanted highlights or if I wanted color too. Upon hearing about my concerns with my hair looking brassy, she requested I text her a picture of my hair so she could see the issues she would be dealing with at my appointment. She was prepared, friendly and above all, she did a great job fixing my hair. She has many years of experience, works quickly and definitely is a master at her craft!
