Kim was fantastic! It was my first manicure/ pedicure ever. She was friendly and explained everything. I’m actually getting my pedi as I write this review.I can not wait to show my family and friends. My new spa haven.Highly recommended.

This location has become my new local nail shop and it was a pretty good experience. I will be returning I got the “Honolulu Breeze” pedicure and it was lovely including a hot towel included in the services! The staff were prompt and friendly on this Sunday afternoon !

Kevin did my nails and it’s absolutely wonderful and I love them. The place is also so pretty and the prices are good as well. Will for sure be going back next time :)!

I got dipped nails for the first time with Tina and she did such a fantastic job! 5 days later and they still look brand new. I will definitely be back.

I really hate to complain but... it was bad. Pictures are fresh out of the salon of a gel mani pedi I got today. The nails were not cut evenly; one hand has longer nails than the other and the oval shape I requested was not even close to uniform across nails. Hangnails were left on, and the polish edges were very sloppy. The finish is also bumpy on a few of my nails.Same thing for the toe nails - the edges of the nails themselves as well as the polish are wavy. There’s even a black dot stuck in the polish (shown in picture).Maybe try out a different nail salon.

It was my first time visiting this place and they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and welcomed. The salon itself was well kept and overall had a soothing vibe to it.They have really attentive and friendly staff. The nail technician did an amazing job with the nail art.She took the time to ensure my nails would come out as I requested them. Will definitely be coming back soon.

My first time getting acrylics!!!! was absolutely fantastic. went early in the morning and was super excited because i heard so many lovely things about Polish Spa!!! this is my first ever review as well- i never liked anything enough to recommend to anyone. however: this nail salon exceeded every expectation!! technician Tina gave me the most pretty nails i have ever seen !!! they are so beautiful and can not wait until i am back in her chair again :)

Great service. My stylist Teena was attentive, but not adventurous; hence the 4* Beware of wanting anything from what the stylist customarily does. 😒 Ask questions on the front end of your service.

I have been here twice. Everyone is super friendly. My first experience was pretty good and the technician did a good job with my French manicure. However, around a week after getting the full acrylic set, 3 acrylic nails had already fallen off. I was disappointed as I was told it should last and I should come back 2-3 weeks for an acrylic refill. I decided to give the salon another shot because I was happy with how my nails looked and everyone was friendly. The second time I came I asked for a specific design and showed a picture. The technician said he would do it but didn’t need to look at the picture. The nails turned out beautiful but not my style and not what I asked for at all. The thumbs matched the picture but then he started using different colors and doing completely different patterns than what I asked for. I ended up paying about 60$. I thought I would have been charged for a refill because it was two weeks after the last time I went, I had most of my nails still on, and it wasn’t my fault that a few randomly came off. I expected 8$ max for the design so I thought it would be under $50. I think I would have been a lot happier paying $60 if the nails were what I asked for. I explained what I wanted and showed the picture and I was happy with the thumbs but then the rest were just completely different. I tried to ask why he was using black and other colors but he just kept going saying they would look good. They do look good, I just don’t love them because they aren’t my style at all. Additionally both times when I got a manicure I realized they didn’t really do anything with my cuticles, hangnails, or do any lotion in that you would expect from a manicure-maybe that wasn’t included in what I got, I’m not sure. I wish it was clarified. I also wish there was more attention to the shape of the nails. I think I would have been happy this time if I didn’t do a design. Hopefully the acrylics don’t come off again.

So I just left the place I came in on time for my one oclock at appointment. When I walk in there not 1 person looked up didnt acknowled Or say Hi. Was standing for nearly 2 minutes.I had to use the restroom and literally had to walk up to someone and ask her to use a restroom and told them had a one oclock appointment then I was looked at strangely by anothe lady. I told her the same thing. Went to the restroom and came back and I sat down. No more than 10 seconds, 2 other ladies walked in and they were automatically greeted and was taken to the seats greeted by three more of their staff.. Not one person looked at me to say be right with you NOTHING!!! I reminded the first lady I had a one oclock appointment and the other lady that question me didnt even say one word just took to the other two ladies. For a company that has a 4 star ratings yall are bad at customer service. Try better next time.

Visited for the first time today and Im glad I did! Kathy did a fabulous job on my gel pedi and they have a huge selection of gel colors to chose from. I will definitely be back soon for my nails. I highly recommend Polish Spa!

I called and made an appointment and had to wait 30 minutes-they shouldnt have said i could be seen at the time I asked if they were that busy. Nice enough nail tech and good job. They will try to upsell you for gel nails and they charge $5 to do your heals. Wont be going back.

I just recently moved to the Rockville area. So, I needed to find a good nail salon. This one had amazing reviews, and is nearby a lot of local shops. I love the location! Chau & Lisa provided excellent service to me last night!!! Chau did my pedicure and Lisa did my manicure. When I sat down in the pedicure spa chair, Chau gave me a list of different services they offer for manicures and pedicures. I chose an upgrade from the basic one for both mani and pedi, and it was amazing! At the end, I asked Chau for a business card & when she’s normally working. I’ll definitely be a returning customer. Thank you!!! 😃

I visited for the first time today and was quite pleased with my experience. I did not have an appointment, but they were able to take me anyway for a regular pedicure and manicure. Johnny did my pedicure and was very kind and paid great attention to detail. Kathy did my manicure; you can tell she is very experienced and she was very detail oriented as well. They both did an excellent job and were very nice to speak with. The salon itself is clean and they are taking extra precautions with their sanitation during the pandemic. The manicure stations have partitions and I noticed they used a new, disposable pack of supplies when doing my nails. Everyone also wears masks and is required to which is good. Overall it was a wonderful pamper session and I will be back!

I chose this location because of their ratings. I was a first time customer yesterday. I went in to get a pedi and acrylic with gel mani. I was there for 1 hour and 30 mins. 30 mins into my pedi I told the lady that I had to be at work at 2pm and needed to be finished by 1pm. She spoke to another nail technician who was assigned to do my mani and the lady said she couldnt do it in 45 mins, that she would need an hour. I told her I would make it work because I didnt want to rush her and give her a reason to do a bad quality manicure. I left the store at 1:25pm in a rush after paying trying to make it to work on time. I asked for a coffin shape yet left with only 2 nails with a true coffin shape! The rest are either crooked, deformed and some are even bubbly!! My left pinkie nail looks like it has a growth on the right of it! Look at the pictures! Ill never return to this place! Im going somewhere else to get them fixed because I dont want to risk them doing a worst job the second time around. Horrible!

I do not understand how they have a high rating at all. Compared to other spas within the Rockville area this is well below acceptable. My boyfriend made a reservation for us for a pedicure (yes men get pedicures) as a surprise. Upon our arrival, they were clearly understaffed. While getting our pedicures done, staff was clearly called in because they were overwhelmed so many clients were left waiting. Also, we both chose the same pedicure option, but neither services we received were consistent (i.e. I received callous removal while he didnt and trust me, he needed it). Lastly, our service was very much rushed due to the clients waiting although we made reservations. Altogether, save some time and go to Inspire Nail Salon. We just went and it was fabulous. They have taken the CORRECT measures for COVID exposure, they serve beverages (wine), and its nice and clean.

I always look forward to my visits to Polish. Im a regular customer there, and Ive been going there for years now. Its the best salon Ive found in Rockville as far as professionalism and friendliness. Tina is my manicurist and shes just the best! All the employees there are super-friendly & accommodating.. (Great pedicures and GREAT massage chairs, too!)

THE BEST mani pedi I have EVER received! I’ve been getting them for years and my nails and feet never looked better. Staff was friendly and took extra time to make sure everything was perfect. Clean environment and staff all wore masks! I HIGHLY recommend :)

Everyone was so kind when my boyfriend and I went in for pedis today! Everyone said hi to us and even offered to take pictures of us. Very good service and amazing staff.

Staff not skilled and DAMAGES your nails! The person who did my nails filed my natural nails off too much that my nails got too thin, hurting even after days. She was not gentle on my hands the entire time (even though I asked her several times), RIPPED the skin under my nails while filing recklessly. The outcome might look pretty but they DO NOT CARE about your nails health.

I am so glad that I stopped in this shop on a whim...the experience that I have received each time I have visited since has been wonderful. I enjoy the atmosphere of the shop it is cozy and welcoming. Everyone in the shop is super friendly. I love the work that Sandy provides. I will be a continued repeat customer---Chanel

I really liked this place BUT not happy with the quality. I got a full set (acrylic) with gel polish and my thumb nail is lifting! Today is Saturday and I got them done on Thursday Like Never in my life (qnd I have been getting artificial nails for 10+ tears) has an acrylic nail lifted! Prob will never go back - not even to get this fixed. Smh

I have been going to Polish Spa for about 3 years, and I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. All of the manicurists are friendly and have excellent techniques! I generally go to Tina, but if she’s not available, I have used many of the other operators and have never been disappointed . I usually get a gel polish, but they have many other options, and the selection is polishes is superb! Their new chairs make a pedicure a luxurious experience!

Pleasant staff but cheap comes at a price. Theres a limit to my accepting of sanitation in a nail salon. The place seemed clean and I was fine until the manicurist used a very well-used nail file and buffer on my hands. maybe regular customers bring-their-own, but I rarely get a chance to get my nails done and wouldnt think to bring my own file.

I have been to this shop 2x and each time they did a nice job. They actually are doing some work to repair my nails after another shop messed up my nails with acrylic.They are polite, take appointments and have a great selection of nail polish and its not all constantly needing redissolving with acetone or ethyl acetate.Good work and decent prices. I drive 10 miles to go to this place over others closer to my home.

This place is fast and cheap. It is also reflected in the quality of work done. I had a simple gell manicure and the gentleman doing my nails didnt file my nails evenly, left the nail polish clumpy and my hands are so dry because he put very little lotion on them. I will not be returning.

I highly recommend having your nails done here! My gel manicures and regular pedicures last for weeks. Great color selection, relaxing atmosphere, friendly and qualified staff-- you cant beat it!

Tina & Tony are husband/wife that run this spa. I think do a great job! I have tried MANY nail places in Maryland suburb area. Now I have been going there for years. My nails were a mess from too many years of tips. Tina helped me grow my own nails and keep hands & feet looking good. I need occasional tips to make nails more uniform. If you ever have any problem, they will make it good.

Tony, Tina, Chau and the whole Polish Spa & Nails family are welcoming, friendly and talented! The salon is beautiful and doesnt have that clinical smell to it that many nail salons have. Im always happy with whatever service I get (gel manicure, pedicure, lip/eyebrow wax, etc.) and Im definitely a repeat customer!

The quiet calm lovely atmosphere is very relaxing, their work is excellent, the prices are reasonable,magazines plentiful, Tony is a very good manager plus does excellent work.The staff is really a team.

The workers do a great job but buyer beware...if you happen to pay with cash do not use a 100.00 bill as they will take your good money and call you back later to tell you it was fake. We got money from the bank and went directly to the salon and according to the bank there is no way the money could be fake! The police is now involved in the matter!

The first time I went here was in December for an acrylic done by Ana and she did amazing. Last Saturday I came here for my 21st birthday just to do a gel set and I was surprised because the guy (forgot his name) who did my nails didn’t want to do what I was asking for. I wanted a design on my nails, he did it but one design wasn’t coming out good on my right hand and I noticed and he tried to fix it. He took the designs off my nails and asked if he can just paint the design on my nails and he said yes, then at the end he said no. I was irritated and didn’t even bother giving a tip. I don’t think I’ll go back here. To bad Ana was not there that day.

This place had good service but they don’t know how to do my nail the girl saw the nail was broken so she took the broken parts off and then they was still fake nail on it so she put another nail or top of it and I didn’t like it then she starts painting when the other stuff are done and she blobs of nail polish on my nails and it looks bad! There are like parts that are not really painted on the nails. She saids I have cute on my nails but I never did now I do because of the sharp part of the nails and I don’t blame her but I just didn’t like the place sorry.

I’ve been seeing Lisa for years! She’s always so sweet and my nails always look fabulous! The other staff are also very friendly and professional! The salon is also always kept clean and sanitary! I highly recommend this salon!!!

This is by far the best experience Ive had for a pedicure with the cosmetologist named Chau. She gave the best foot/leg massage. I also got a regular manicure and looks great, almost like Gel! I recommend making an appointment because you may be waiting a few minutes since they get busy. Prices are affordable so I highly recommend this place and ask for Chau!

I came to this place the man who did my nails was doing it very fast because more customers were coming, It was my first time there. My feet fingers had nail polish on the skin and he did not anything to fix them. I am disappointed

I have been going here for about 4 years. Tony is the only person who could make the polish (sns) last for 3 or 4 weeks! I have tried other places closer to where I live, but it just wasnt worth it, the gel or sns always started to peel came off after a couple of weeks. Tony is the best!
