I love going to this place! Everyone is nice and I feel welcomed when I go. I have always had a very good experience. The nail tech that did these nails is called Andy and his wife painted the Flores. This was a couple of months ago. I always recommend this place to anyone that asks me if I know a good place for nails.

I would highly recommend this place, I have been going to Nails Allure for quite sometime now with Jenny. This place is incredibly amazing. She is very meticulous with her work, super friendly and makes me feel really comfortable every time I see her.

Bella did my gel pedicure. She was awesome ! When I came in I was greeted, told to sign in and wash my hands, my temperature was taken. Bella was very detailed. She cut every piece of dead skin off very gently. The paint job was very clean and neat! She brought my feet from a 2 to a 10 ! Thank you so much I will definitely be back . Nails next !

I LOVE this place! I have been coming here since before the pandemic, and they have been amazing throughout it all. They explain everything to you and the owner is the best! I refuse to go anywhere else and now my entire family loves it here too. Definitely 10/10 service and would recommend to anyone who wants quality service. On top of that, they take great safety precautions!

The nail salon is clean and doesnt smell of fumes, which is a deal breaker for me. It is almost always packed so you need an appointment. Im in the process of trying out all the girls in order to find who is best. Overall, they are all good enough for me to keep coming back. Prices are better than they were in North Potomac. They take credit cards and you can add tip to the cc. They always have a movie on the two TVs. The bathroom is clean.I tried a few people there over the past few months and I finally found someone I will start requesting. Andy did my powder manicure and he was great. He made sure I was happy with the shape and look. I requested he does it using a thin application so it looks more natural. I think he did the best dip powder I have ever had. I will be coming back to see him in 3 weeks.

This is my normal spot but I had not been in since COVID started in March! I had a great service and experience. I booked an appointment for sns dip powder with Andy and a pedicure. Upon arrival, I was asked to sign in, wash hands, and the staff took my temperature. Each nail tech has an OPI barrier and wears a mask- you merely stick your hands through for the nail service. The same safety measure was used for my pedi. All customers wore a mask and there was social distancing between each of us (though not many people were in getting services). So happy to be back getting services!

Very sweet staff. Sue was a darling to talk to while she made my nails look absolutely fantastic! It was easy to walk in and get started within 15 minutes of arriving. Great prices too!

Amazing service and manicure!!! I got my nails done for my graduation, first manicure that I’ve gotten in many years and first acrylic nails ever. I walked in promptly for my appointment and was immediately taken care of. I have had a dip powder acrylic manicure for THREE WEEKS now and it looks the same, just grown out, as the first day I got it! I swear I’m getting more compliments now than when it was fresh! I have never in my life seen a manicure hold up so well and I use my hands A LOT. Pure magic! You can bet that next time I get a manicure, I’ll be getting it from Nails Allure!

Awful! My daughter went here. Barely speak to you. Do NOT explain a thing regarding cost until AFTER. And if they need to correct anything, good luck! They charge you again, AFTER they fix the problem they created.One manicure, charged twice, zero turn business.

I dont regularly get my nails done but was so happy I found this place! I made an appt with Monica for her first appt of the day since I had to leave directly from the salon to go to my friends wedding rehearsal. I arrived at 10 am exactly and they were already open. There was already a decent amount of people sitting and getting their nails done with more people coming in as the minutes ticked by. Monica was really helpful in helping me pick colors and designs to match my bridesmaid dress and my friends wedding colors. I provided very little input but everyone was complimenting my nails at the wedding. She was really patient with me being a complete newbie to gel nails and they also do a wax treatment at the end to help your cuticles.

I love this nail salon and the professionalism of the employees. The salon was recently remodeled and is very clean. I have found that making an appointment is your best bet if you don’t want to wait. I myself have never waited more than 5 minutes after walking in. Very friendly environment!

I love getting my nails done here! I first checked it out because its super convenient and Ive gone three times now. Its always busy, so I recommend calling ahead to make an appointment. Prices are very reasonable and you can get a 7% discount for paying in cash.

Small strip mall find with GREAT service and prices! I walked in yesterday and Kay did a manicure for me super quick for only $15. She did the best job Ive ever seen on my cuticles. I recommend an appointment since it is so small.

I wanted to like this place so much since it’s so close to my home and I’m new to the area- but I can’t. First off, although I called to ask if there’s space for a walk in and was told that there was, I ended up waiting 20 minutes, probably because I was a “regular” manicure thus not a big customer. Secondly, the manicurist went too deep cutting my cuticles, used an electric nail drill without asking whether I wanted to (probably to save time), and then barely massaged my hand. I also wonder whether the equipment used was sanitized, because I didn’t see her taking it out of anything that looked remotely clean. I was put next to a fan that took the role of a black light (equipment obviously died and no one wanted to splurge on a replacement), and the pedicure area looked less than hygienic, where they don’t use plastic liners like all modern spots nowadays. I went there to test the place out, and I’m sad to say I won’t be going there again.

Very precise and clean. My gel manicures last 3-4 weeks. Fair price already but pay cash to save a few bucks!

My first time I here I took my sister to get a gel manicure for a school event. 1 hour later the the polish peeled completely off in one piece. You would’ve never known there had been polish on the nail.

Made an appointment for the wrong time, AND blamed it on me. I was nice and came back hour later and waited 20 extra mins while they did everyones nails but mine. Said nothing to me so I finally just left. So rude. Id never go here again.

This is the worst place I ever had my nails done, been there twice. Paid 35 dollars plus tip for a gel manicure, both times within 3 days the gel nails polish started peeling off like paper. I will not recommend or go back

0 stars if I could.At first I was pleased because my initial visit was very nice but when I went back to get my gel manicure fixed due to it chipping on several nails within the first 3 days, I was met with MAJOR ATTITUDE AND DISRESPECT by a nail tech who said her name was Julie but it wasnt as the manager is named Julie. The manager Julie was phoned and I let her know what was going on with the nasty attitude of one of her nail technicians and how I have yet to be helped although nail technicians were available. At the end I still was not helped and my nails are not fixed. I spent $120 dollars in this shop and this is how I was treated. NEVER WILL I SPEND MY HARD EARNED MONEY HERE. THURSDAY WHEN JULIE THE MANAGER IS IN I WILL BE THERE TO GET MY MONEY BACK. SHE JUST LOST A VERY LOYAL CUSTOMER AND $120 EVERY 2 WEEKS.

I have been coming here for some time now and have been a loyal client to Nina. She is great. She takes her time with me. My only complaint is that they get busy and sometimes even if you have an appointment they dont take you at the scheduled time.

Hands down the best Nail Salon MD has to offer. I have lived here since 2015. I moved from NC to MD and the customer service at most of the nail salons has been horrific, but not @ Allure Nails in Rockville. The customer service is exactly what I expected -excellent and the service for Pink and White Ombre was the best, thanks to Andy... I am such a happy customer and needless to say I will be back.

If I could give zero I would. I booked my spa pedicure weeks in advance and arrived over ten minutes before my 10 am appointment. The person greeting people was on the phone and doing someones manicure at the same time. I checked in, picked a color and sat down in a cramped waiting area. Two regulars (obvious as they were greeted by name) arrived after me for their 10 am pedicures and were taken for their services before me. At 10:10, no one has spoken to me for over 20 minutes. That was when I decided to turn in my color and let them know I was leaving. If you are a regular, you may like this place. Just dont be a new customer.

Absolutely wonderful! The staff is so friendly, facility is clean. They have complimentary paraffin wax with manicure and pedicure.

I dont like to give reviews, Specially bad ones, because i think that theres really a good people there, my experience have been good except 2 times, is totally my fault, i did not recognize the tec(since she changed her hair color) until she start doing the same thing, she keep cutting and cutting, and saying is too much, too much, i know i dont go often, some people we dont have that luxury, i told her the my toe hurt after what she did, and she said is because i was too much, you need to come often, i put it in my head that this time it was not going to happen, you know we all make mistakes, maybe this time will be different,but it happen, toe got swollen bleeding and painful, somehow she leave a piece of nail that she does not cut right, (here goes my husband again to go in the painful toe to take the remaining piece of nail now encrusted in my toe,) it was so painful i was so annoyed, she was really harsh, i just hope it does not get worse, i was so happy that i have extra money to pamper my feet and this happen;

The worst customer service you can ever imagined the workers are unprofessional. The lady name Hannah is the worst. I ask for the manager and they said that there is no manager. They weren’t even trying to tell me their name. DONT EVER GO TO THIS SHOP!!!!

Top notch mani-pedi. Every technician is skilled in gel, acrylic, what-have-you. Price is reasonable. Discounted a couple bucks if you pay with cash.

If I could give them a 0, I would. I went in to ask for a soak off, which requires nothing except for them to wrap my fingers & they told me they were too busy & nobody could do it. There was nobody ahead of me & it only takes 2 minutes to wrap my nails. That was after everybody looked at me like I had 3 heads. I believe they just did not want to do the service. I’ll never go back there again.

I wouldnt recommend. The quality is inconsistent and when I got a bad manicure, the manager didnt seem to care.

Salon is small and generally quite busy, so it can be somewhat crowded and not as relaxing an experience as at some other nail salons. But my nails always look great when Im done! They have a lot of color choices in regular enamel, gel and dipping powder too. (Their powder selection is, overall, the best of any salon in the area.) I was disappointed with my pedicure, however. It was rushed, the tech barely used the pumice stone (a couple of quick swipes and thats it), and no leg massage. My toenails were done okay but my feet were still rough and I didnt feel relaxed at all, as I usually do after a good pedi with leg/foot massage. Brow waxing can be hit or miss, dependent on which tech does it. My brows are shaped well, but there are often a few stray hairs that I have to tweeze when I get home. (And they double dip same stick into wax, which many salons unfortunately do). Mani and pedi tools shoud be fresh for each customer, but are not. Nail clippers, etc., are usually just grabbed out of a drawer and have bits of stuff (eeww, cuticle?!?) stuck to them, rather than out of an autoclave sterilization packet. Pedi basin liners should be used (or at least offered) since basins are only rinsed not scrubbed and sanitized, but Ive never seen liners here. Dremel bits should be cleaned between customers, perhaps soaked in alcohol since cuticles are occasionally nicked, even drawing a tiny bit of blood on occasion when the Dremels are used. Same towel is usually on mani table from previous customers, with their nail dust embedded. I do worry about many cleaning shortcuts. (What is point of disposable emery sponges if regular emeryboards and other tools are not cleaned after each and every customer?! My previous salon in another state offered (for a fee) the option of having my own kit in a plastic box with my name that contained items just for me: emeryboards, Dremel bit covers and pumice/abrasive foot smoothers and scrubbers), plus all Dremel bits were soaked in alcohol between use, and other metal tools (nail clippers/cuticle nippers) were washed then sterilized in autoclaves after each customer.Would give 5 stars for the technicians skills regarding manicures, color selections offered at salon, and technicians pleasantness; maybe 2 stars for rushed, mediocre pedis; and only 1 for worsening cleanliness.

Pedicure felt great massage felt good, trimming my toe nails, great.

I had a 5pm appt and was taken promptly...the girl was nice enough but was in such a rush that she continually hit the skin around my finger...my middle finger was the worst and she neglected to stop long enough to put the green liquid so it wouldn’t get infected, needless to say within 24 hours the entire tip of my finger was swollen and bright red...I couldn’t even bend my finger. I’m now soaking in epsom salt, using antibiotic ointment and taking amoxicillin for the infection! NEVER go here, I sent them pictures of my finger and they wanted me to come in so they could see if they were responsible!! Obviously they did this!! They’re liars and crooks! I wish I could post a picture!

The manicure is fine, pedicure could use updated chairs and more foot massage.

I have never been so humiliated and made to feel like I’m not wanted. I was getting my nails done and pretty far into the process when a group of women came in who did not look like me. One technician came to my technician and starts talking in their native tongue. In the middle of them discussing full set etc. I was asked if I would give up my seat and wait for the new group of women to get their services, before mine could be completed. Needless to say I will not go back to the salon, give up my seat when I could have been done in 10 min? I hate to play the race card but given the area and how many times I’ve already been called racial slurs in the area, I will say that it’s privilege. So disappointed

My nails look great and I had a wonderful time at the salon. For things that I noticed, you should make an appointment instead of walking in.

Call and ask when times are least busiest. Dont expect a Mani, Pedi, and Brazillian waxing on a Friday at 4 pm. Jus sayin. Be reasonable.

They do alright once they get to you. I went with my mother for a 5 o clock appointment that I had booked hours in advance and when I arrived had to wait over 45 minutes for someone to actually get to me because they took walk ins at 4:55 without a regard for their previous appointments or even calling to confirm our appointments ( even though they asked for my number when I called to book an appointment).
