Early note: for all photos, I left the place a wreck and gave zero guidance on how to make better because I had no idea. Imagine a frat house for art majors and you have a terrible idea of what it was like.Hope I have the office right, because the office manager, Jess, is easily one of the best and most communicative folks ever worked with. I requested an estimate, received I believe a fully detailed call with estimate less than four hours from submission, and Jess contacted me the next day to help plan and formalize the first appointment. She took all my weird questions (never had housekeeping before, and it’s better to ask!) and answered openly and honestly on what her team could do. It was wonderful, down to making sure I felt comfortable with not being home to start and timing around so I could drop in if work let up (essential employee wooo).For all photos, as said above, I left this place a wreck. Jess checked in with me on key questions during the cleaning down to how to the sheets and never in an intrusive or unknowing way. Incredibly professional but deferential to helping the client if she could. The floor alone was worth the money. I feel less like I live in a movie theater now. It’s wonderful. Usual cleaning smells but (to my knowledge) largely green cleaning materials and not at all intrusive. Pleasant and even enjoyable for a necessity.Everything was cleaned. Everything. The books are even in order for ones displayed, and the art dusted and cared for. Areas like the sofa that were incredibly basic, Jess and Nancy organized to be both presentable and take anything loose and put together for evaluation as I asked for, but occasionally able to just organize a whole new area. I can reach my coffee table now without knocking things down. Beat in Miller High Life stains are gone. It’s still my home and my stuff, but it makes sense and I can do something with it to make it better. That’s really just so cool.Jess and Nancy as a team went above and beyond, and I’ll be continuing my biweekly clean as scheduled. I can’t wait and I fully plan to leave my key with them, and I’m a pretty private person. Blown away.

They come every other week and always do the best job. We have two young kids, one elderly person, lots of entertaining in a large home. I am always impressed at how quickly the whole house gets cleaned and always feel grateful and relieved when its finished. Jess is the absolute best! Really happy with the service. We had other services in the past and after a few months of service the quality would diminish but after almost a year we are still very happy with this service.

Awesome professional cleaners. I used to work for Maid Pro and really enjoyed it until my body couldnt do it anymore. Its really hard work. I give 5 stars to Jess the manager there and to Nancy, Stephanie and Jeremiah. You guys are great!!!

Jess & Beatriz did an amazing job !! I’m a mom of 3 and a new business owner and lately I’ve been so overwhelmed that I haven’t had time to clean. These ladies have my home sparkling and smelling so good. They even left a Lindt chocolate treat on my freshly made bed. Jess doubled up my comforters (which I NEVER even thought to do), my bed looked so fluffy and beautiful and smelling like fresh linen.. they removed dust from areas I never thought to check. Baseboards immaculate, corners clear and dust free. I am so appreciative and happy with my service.

We have been using MaidPro for about a year and a half now and have nothing but very positive experiences with them. They come every other week and do a great job. I contacted several other companies before choosing MaidPro but they were all much more expensive and didnt seem to be as in-depth. If you are looking for a cleaning service, MaidPro is the way to go!

I called MaidPro to set up a first time cleaning. I really just wanted my bathroom and kitchen cleaned, but the cost to have the whole place cleaned wasnt much more ($129 I think), so I opted for that. This call was on a Monday, and we scheduled the cleaning for that Friday, between 11 and 3. On Tuesday, someone from MaidPro texted me, asking if I could switch to Thursday. I explained that only Friday worked for me. They responded by telling me that the sales office never should have agreed to Friday, as they were booked solid. I responded by telling the person that I could do any day the following week. They said great, and they would get back to me to lock in the new date. By Thursday, I hadnt heard back, so I responded to the text asking to confirm the new date. I got no response. On Friday I called the sales office during business hours, and got their voicemail. I left a message explaining that I wanted to cancel my cleaning because of a lack of communication. Instead of a call back, I got a text, saying they had canceled my cleaning. I responded by explaining why I was canceling, and the person who texted me said it was their fault for not getting back to the first person who texted about rescheduling. There was no offer to try and reschedule, and zero attempt to keep my business. All in all, it was a giant waste of my time trying to deal with a company that is clearly having their struggles when it comes to communicating with their customers. Also, why all the texting? Just call, like a professional.

Amazing cleaning company no question about it. This is our 13th different set of cleaners, over 5 years, and they have won us over for life with not just the clean, the customer service was really what made this experience better. Theyre busy now and days so I expected a delay in response but he was on point.

We called another company out a few weeks ago.. Those guys were HORRIBLE. We decided to try another cleaning service today, MaidPro. They were more expensive - no question the other company was cheaper, but I clearly see why MaidPro was more expensive. Malik was such a nice person to arrange the cleaning to best fit our schedule and then the clean was over the world. I mean we have never felt more clean in our house then now.

Weve used MaidPro for more than a decade and have been consistently impressed with the quality of their service and their attention to detail. The front office (and Phil Doyle in particular) are great to work with. They take the initiative in reaching out and communicating with us to make sure everything is done correctly, and are very responsive if we need to make changes or adjustments to anything. If we ask that the cleaning team handle some aspect of the cleaning differently, they make sure it happens - weve never had to ask twice. The members of our cleaning team have changed over the years (to be expected, of course) but the quality has always remained consistently good. Bottom line is that these folks are professionals who take pride in their work, and it shows.

They were very responsive to my requests in particular areas of house we needed cleaned. Very attentive cleaner Nina came and it was fantastic experience. We only needed it one time but would highly use again and I’m writing this to tell the community - this is A++ cleaning company here.

When family told me last minute of there surprise visit, i called them to get this house spotless. And they did not disappoint!! My regular cleaners now.

They did more than they needed to for $99. Im older and this flu virus is scary and I appreciated the extra time and effort and didnt charge me for helping me. They are clearly senior citizens friendly business and that is worth its weight any day of week.
