I have been going to this cleaners since I moved to Rockville in 2020 and the professional courtesy and professional dry cleaning has been stellar. The process are great and turnaround time is efficient. Definitely the best cleaners as the one I had in VA was not very good so I know bad dry cleaning.

Rating in hopes of finally getting the managers attention in regards to military pressing of uniforms. Although the employees seem to work very hard I have actually given up on politely explaining the way its supposed to be done; and have even given them tips. I do like the efficiency of the place(as far as time), but their quality of military uniform cleaning has taken a huge toll on my teams willingness to use this place. Id like to continue coming here because I have to get uniforms cleaned weekly, and its accros the street. But if some sort of change isnt made I will have to go elsewhere.

We moved here a little over 3 years ago and we have tried several dry cleaners in the area and Cleaners Max has become our go to cleaners. I drop off my husbands dress shirts and suits once a week and the clothes are always ready when I come to pick them up. We have not had a broken button yet and we have been going here over a year now.

This is a fantastic dry cleaning establishment. I was thoroughly impressed with the turnaround time, prices and how my clothes looked new again. The owner and staff made me feel like family. Ill definitely be back!

This place opened up right as I was looking for a dry cleaner in the area since just having moved to this part of town. I happened to drop off a dress shirt and suit and was pleasantly surprised about how good their pricing is.Drop off was a breeze as they added me into the system. Since it was about 11am when I dropped my expectation for pick up was the next day by 5pm. The next day I had an email by 12pm that my items were ready. Pick up was just as speedy and once I checked the quality of the work I was impressed at the price and timeliness. Guess Ive found my new go to cleaner in the neighborhood.

This a good low price dry cleaning place in the area. Prices are reasonable at $2.29 for most items. They also do a decent job at cleaning comforters too, though the prices are more than $2.29 :)Staff is good though lines move slowly during rush times.Parking around can be a pain, even tho there are plenty of spots around.

Been a customer for 15 years. Just got out of hospital. Asked to use a card for $6.78. Offered to let them charge me $10. Nope. Had to go get cash. Serious lack of customer service skills.Business has a right to ask for cash. I have a right to spend it elsewhere. Not coming back. They have been lacking in luster in general since the management change. This is just the final straw.

Staff is friendly and courteous. My garments are always done to perfection. The prices are also very reasonable.

New to area and stopped in to see how long it would be to get some items pressed that were already washed. It was later in the day and he said, will tomorrow morning work? Yes, of course, I was thinking a few days.Items were ready as promised and done perfectly.I noticed they do bed comforters for only $10 for any size and they had probably 25 in bags waiting to be picked up. I would say that they do a good business in that area as well.Very clean in there and owner was friendly. This will be our new dry cleaners.

Having been coming here for years and the quality is as good as everyone else that charge more than $1.25 a shirt. They do all my shirts on hangers, replace missing buttons for free. Low priced on pants and dresses too so my wife is happy!

I have been a loyal customer for many years. I have always been treated like a celebrity. I have never received my clothes late. The staff has been very compassionate when I have been in a pinch.

I had quite a lot of things that needed to be cleaned and washed. Theres the blankets and comforters, my hiking pants, and some curtains. I took them to these cleaners yesterday and they were really fast. Picked them up today.

This place is a disaster. They destroyed my $130 dress and treated me like I was trying to make money while I was trying to do was get credit for the dress that I worn only once. I WILL NEVER STEP into this place. Be careful if you have anything that you like don’t take it there. Disrespectful unprofessional people

Ive been coming to this place for years and I have not once had a problem. The cashier, Rachel, is probably the nicest person ever. I came here a couple days ago after not coming for over a year. She still knew my name. Its insane that a person could have that good of a memory. My clothes always come back clean and spotless. Its usually a 2 day turnaround to get laundry/drycleaning done. Its everything youd want in a drycleaner.

Great service very fast I had to get my dress whites done the same day and I went there and told them I needed it quick I dropped it at 1215 and they said they will try to be done by 230 and I left and got a call 45 mins later and it was finished they did two patches pressed and hemmed it and it was way cheaper then I was willing to pay I tried to pay more for the help and they denied my offer very friendly staff

All ways double line dress pants . And Front of Jacket is no neck line.Very terrible job.

I agree with Ringo Bar... broke my shirt buttons too. Everything from the small sleeve button, to the large sleeve button, to a regular front button. They never killed any of my pants buttons though. But theyve broken enough buttons that Im unlikely to go back. Unfortunate since they are relatively inexpensive and have same day service.

The prices are good, but the pressing is awful! I always need to redo my cotton items. The place where they expect you to change for alterations is nasty and disgusting.

1.0 star rating5/30/2016Why are these people still in business??? worst drycleaners / customer service ever.If you complain about a previous service, they simple wont dry clean your clothes on your next visit, they just iron and return them in the same condition you dropped them, and of course you dont notice until you take them out to wear them. Simply awful people, I paid $35 for my dry cleaning, really expensive items too, and just because I told the assistant that I was missing a piece the last time I picked up and would like for my pieces to be counted and grouped together, they decided I was too difficult and did not dry clean any of the clothes brought in, they did take my money upfront though, thats their strategy I assume, treat people badly but still bank their money. Fraudsters, someone will get them one of these days, you just cant operate a business this way and think you can get away with defrauding people ...

Im very satisfied with the cleaning

I have been a routine customer for years. Unfortunately after change in management I have noticed a significant decrease in quality of service. I gave this place a few tries after the change. Boy was I sorry. I am not sure how they pressed my shirts but a number of my buttons came back shattered and the small buttons on the sleeves somehow fell off ( this happened to a number of shirts). I brought this to the attention of the store owner who explained this occurrence as an issue with the quality of my shirt. What happened to my shirt was a manufacturers issue.... he wouldnt even consider the fact of how my clothing was handled. I understand sometimes mistakes happen but when a person is arrogant about the situation it makes me not want to deal with them at all.

This place is the worst cleaners in town. Every time I have gone here which has been three times I have had an issue. They are located right around the corner from where I live and its disappointing that they suck so bad. Every time I bring a garment to get pressed it comes back more wrinkled then when I brought it in. I paid to have a garment sewed at this location and I had to bring it back three times before they got it right.
