I had to go in to get a tire repaired because there was a screw in it. Went to the Rockville location and they were able to help me out relatively quickly. Less than 48 hours later I got a second screw in the exact same tire. Had no trouble getting another appointment and it took even less time for them to complete it. It’s not the first time I use their services and won’t be the last.

Bobby was amazing! He took amazing care of my vehicle so well. I took my car to another shop a few days before, and had a rumbling that Bobby found, and fixed. I brought my car here to have 2 new tires put on and my tires rotated. My appointment was at 9:30 but the mechanic had car troubles so he wouldnt be there until 10:30. I was promised the car would be ready at 12. 1pm comes around when I finally get a call my car is ready to be picked up. I pay get my keys and start up my car. I noticed the tire pressure light was on so I got out to check the tires when I noticed a screw in my tire. I inform them of this and get told they cant control whats in their parking lot. He tells me he can fix it for me for another 60 bucks. I explained that I would not be paying for it as this happened while in their care. He then offers to do it for half price again I refuse. I ask to speak to a manager and they say he wont be in until the next day. After checking my paperwork I discover that the assistant manager is there and ask to speak to him. The guy stalls says he isnt there but he would be back in a few minutes. When I finally speak to the assistant manager his first question is how did you even know it was there? It was hard to miss. The guy says they never saw a screw but part of their job is the courtesy inspection which they claimed they did but they dont check the tire for screws The manager decided to bring my car back in the shop to take a look. Sure enough there was a screw and they ended up patching the tire. All that headache just to get 2 tires put on. I will never go there again. I suggest you find a better tire shop. If you must use them make sure you check your car before you leave the lot.

Bobby was very helpful in diagnosing an issue unrelated to our tire installation. He genuinely cared, showed us the problem, and helped us in explaining it to our auto dealer.

Total waste of time. Don’t even make an appointment on their site. Made an appointment for 2:30pm, brought the car in at about 2:15pm. Been waiting and they haven’t even moved my car after 45 minutes. Went to inquire about why?.. was told only one tech was in today. Then, why have all these appointments available if you only have a tech? Just wasted my time and the appointment I made. Expected better service with the reviews I’ve read here!!

It’s the second time going to Mr Tire for a flat tire. Service was good and appealing. I just dropped of the tire and picked up later when it is ready. No need to wait at all. The guy at the front was helpful, friendly and gave suggestions as well.

Made a appointment for 11am to wait until 3:30pm for them to fix one tire. Waited for too long, Total waste of time and regretting I ever made a appointment when I could’ve went elsewhere to get better assistance.

I didnt have a bad experience there, other than all the guys may as well sat in the same room smoking. Gave me a migraine. And if they are going to include a tire rotation, then why dont they check your alignment/balance after? This could present an issue when the customer drives away.

I went to this location on New years eve to get an oil change. Before that I tried a couple of places but I without success with reasons that I couldnt buy. When I got to Mr. Tire the associate named Bobby took good care of me and made me feel like my business was desired. He told me that even though it was a busy time he was going to make sure that my car gets taken care of before they close. He kept his promise and went back to get the car. I would like to commend him and Mr. Tire for their professionalism. I will definitely be coming back and will tell others to try your business as well. Thank you again. Oh by the way he gave me an excellent price when he figured I couldnt afford the initial one.

I visited this location because I had an emergency blowout of my tire and the tow company suggested this place to me. I called them right away and they were very courteous and invited me right in. Upon the arrival, the manager came out and told the my tow guy where to put my vehicle. They did not have tires in stock but had already sent someone to pick them up for me from their other warehouse in Rockville. The place looked clean and they had masks and hand sanitizers and also a waiting area that was upkept. Overall experience was excellent. Quality of work performed has so far been great. They offered me lifetime balance and rotations and also lifetime flat repairs. The guy insisted that I go back there or other mr tire to maintain my tires. And I will be coming back soon!

The representative showcased the worst way to treat their customers. It looks like he was extremely unhappy to see a new customer as he wasnt interested to help and find out about the services that I inquired about. He claim to be an assistant manager of that branch. I normally do not go that branch and go to another nearby location. Instead of trying to help me and and showcasing exemplary service by stating they appreciate my business, and they will do everything in their power to help me in the best way that is possible according to their pricing and their discount policy to meet my service needs he was unable and refused to explain and was being rude and was annoyed to even inquire and look at other options to meet my multiple maintenance needs such as wheel alignment, tire change, transmission fuel changes. I received such a horrendous customer service who was clearly not happy to help a client. After going to their other locations where I regularly go and deal with Dwayne who was exemplary and knows how to treat a customer like me during my several interactions, and meet my needs by going over the pricing and services and explaining thoroughly and trying to provide me the discounted price where I am eligible, the other representative also flat out rejected me and told me to come back when Dwayne return, really? instead of even trying and mentioning that he knows Dwayne helps me but he will check my information in their systems and can assure me and will try to help as Dwayne does with best of his abilities according to their pricing and discount policies, he refused and told me come back again when Dwayne returns. Such a horrendous way to treat customers and retain business. I have moved on to NTB Tire Services and received much better services and with great customers service where I felt my needs were valued and respected. I will no longer go to Mr.Tire after going through similar experiences in two of their locations. I only hope that they learn the art of customer service like Dwayne.

Seriously - he said that - that I should have called Amazon to say they hadnt charged me enough. Also, the customer service rep posted (below) that I should call her to discuss the matter, but I left her 2 messages over the past 3 days, and she hasn’t called back. So much for that. ORIGINAL REVIEW:Purchased a run flat tire from Amazon with their ship to installer service. I paid Amazon for the install - $24.99, and chose this Mr. Tire location. When I got there, they told me they wouldnt honor the Amazon price, even though I had prepaid. They wanted about $55 instead. They wouldnt budge, even though I had just spent well over $1000 there on other services. They werent rude, but they seemed pretty disinterested. The guy I dealt with there a couple of months ago was much nicer, but I didnt see him around. Anyway, I declined to pay them any extra - instead, I took the tire, and went elsewhere. Amazon gave me a refund.

First time visit to this location to have car tires switched to front and air tight. They did good job. I did not know that they do other works besides tires. Mr manager invite me to come back for service oil change and they do all auto repair too. Nice people.

Last week I was driving on 270 when my low pressure indicator flashed on. Thinking I had picked up a screw or nail and that Id soon have a flat tire, I went straight here.I thought Id have to wait a while, but Isaac and Rodney had me pull up almost immediately, physically checked the tires and inflated them to the correct level. They were great! I was really happy with the level service I received.

I arrived to their store an hour before closing from a nearby Metro station where I parked while I took a train to Washington DC. My tire was very low. I noticed that replacement with a spare is not an option. One of the lug nut of the low tire was spinning.I drove to their store. There were other cars before mine. The front counter personnel listened to me. He spoke to his mechanics. Short and simple, they replaced my lug nut. I had my tire replaced too. I was satisfied.

Brought my car in near closing time but they saw I was in need so even though they were beginning to close everything down, they told me they would stay later and get my car taken care of. I had an Amazon Tire order sent here directly from Amazon. I called them once I place the order and schedule my appointment for Saturday. They took care of installing my tires on and did recommend a few other things that I already knew my car needed (I have a regular BMW certified mechanic who does all my maintenance) The reception here was honest and not pushy. Such a welcoming environment that I felt like I had been coming here for years.

Awesome mechanic staff and frontend! Got my car back on the road very quickly! Prices were very reasonable! I didnt come in with a coupon or anything and the staff graciously applied some online coupons! I have an older car, they also are willing to discount major repairs and will be upfront with you about what you need done to stay safe vs what can wait or not worth it. Highly recommend this location over the other ones in this area.

Truthfully, after a both physically and mentally exhausting experience trying to get tire service, the people at this Mr. Tire are the best. I went to other service centers before in search of professional expertise, excellent knowledge and explaining, but most of all bargain for the buck. Upon landing here through my search, I found all those requirements. The manor the employees treated me was impeccable. My needs were directly met, and they were able to work to give me a great deal. Certainly earned my repeat business with intent on spreading the word more than just posting here. Take my advice, this is the tire shop for you.

I came in for tire installation from Amazon Tire Orders and they were prompt and courteous. I waited there in their lobby, utilized the free WiFi, and got some work done which was great! And once the vehicle was ready they let me know about some other repairs I’ll need in future which I wasn’t expecting from a tire shop like Mr. Tire. I thought they only did just that but I come to find out they do a lot more service and repairs.

These guys are honest... I dont usually trust mechanics but they have earned my trust. I trust their recommendations and they are not pushy. They are the take it or leave it type of salesmen. They dont pressure me or scare me into shelling out a couple more bucks. Months ago they recommended me to get my brake pads replaced when I went in for an oil change. I rolled my eyes at their description of my brakes almost reaching metal to metal. I soon forgot about it and dismissed it as another sales attempt. Last week my car started screeching and making sounds when I rolled to a stop. Classic brake pad symptoms. Big sigh. Should have taken care of it back then and trusted them. They let you make your own decisions and i respect that.

I get so sick when I drive by this business. I remember a few years back my mom had took her 1990 Lexus to get it looked at because it was driving weird. The older gentleman who was helping my mom was making very inappropriate comments to her. My mom told me that he was hiting on her and had said things like If you were my wife I wouldnt let you drive around in this piece of junk. I would have you drive a newer car or a Mercedes and if you give me a smile I can lower the bill for you. What kind of place lets employees like this work here? So inappropriate and unprofessional.

Service was great, they replaced my tires within 1.5hour. Accept for one minor detail that I left, when I came home and looked around my car again and I found bunch of scratches, like they ran into a wall. Scratches even look fresh white on this picture. I also found a white door ding on the same side that was clearly visible. Me and my wife never seen those scratches before. I called their customer service and contacted the shop it was dead end. I AM NOT EVEN SURE THEY GOT ANY INSURANCE FOR THOSE THINGS.I came to fix my tires that day, came out with much worse, good luck with that.Never go to that shop again

Went to this location for a simple tire repair and they were quick and efficient. They fixed my tire properly a patch plug put in from inside of tire that will last lifetime of tire as explained to me. Little pricey but definitely worth it. I had an outside plug put in before and they kept leaking until I had to replace my tire. Definitely recommend this location!!!!

I have been coming to this location for 14 years. They take good care of my cars and when an issue arises, they correct it, if they see it’s under dealer warranty, they tell you. Management comes and goes, but they continue with great service and stand by it.

I came to this location at exactly 7:30 and the service writer with dreads refused to service my vehicle I had a flat tire and he declined pulling my car into the shop he said he could only do a visual inspection out side and add air I saw two tech sitting by the door doing absolutely nothing. One white one Spanish. I told the guy I live in Bowie and I didn’t feel safe driving home he said all he could do it make me an appointment for tomorrow I feel this is completely ridiculous. I went to the location up the street first they were closed the tech that was near the Marlo location was nice enough to look at my tire he told me to drive here because they close at 8. It doesn’t take that long to patch a tire I work in the automotive industry. I will NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE I KNOW!

Ive taken my vehicle to this location many times, and will continue to do so. The service agents are very helpful and knowledgeable. They also understand that vehicle maintenance can be pricey at times, thats why they are always willing to work with you. From my experience, Joe and Duan are the ones to go to. Overall, I recommend this Mr. Tire if you want great service.

Bobby and Oscar helped me when I was on the road with my wife and toddler daughter, and in a pinch with car trouble on a Friday evening. They worked quickly and got us back on the road. They really went out of their way to complete a job same day, no appointment. They couldnt have *guaranteed* completion same day, but they made it happen. Mr. Tire is outstanding. I would never bring my car somewhere else. I dont think any company is as transparent as them when it comes to to car care.

I have been going to this location for several years for oil changes and they are very good. My car always sounds a lot better after being serviced by them and it has 200K+ miles! The workers are also very friendly and one of the workers took time to explain the condition of my car tire and how soon each of them would need to be replaced. They will normally provide a diagnostic of other repairs that the car needs at no cost, which is nice. There was only one time where I was given information about a part of my car that was not accurate, but in the big picture, they do good mechanical work.

I came here to get my tire repairs after the people at national tire place blew me off. They took care of me very nice. Much appreciate!

Incomplete work. Spent three days and still the work was not done. A better repair place took one day and 1/3 the cost. Better to go else where.

I went to several different places and got ridiculous price for mid-grade tires. I was driving up 355 and saw this place and just decided to give them a change. Not only did they offer the best deal, I waited no time to be helped. Their customer services was exceptional, the guy in the front was genuine. They did point out my breaks needed changing as well. I knew about this for awhile, so went ahead with them. My experience here was top notch. I highly recommend this location for any auto service needed for you vehicle.

Blew a tire on 270 and had to have my car towed. Had the car towed to Mr. Tire so they could put my spare tire on. All I needed was a quick take my tire off and put the spare on. I walked in and told them what I needed. I was promptly told that it would be a few hours as I did not have an appointment. HORRIBLE customer service. I told the tow truck driver to never take anyone there again due to the attitude the guy at the front desk gave me! I went to the Exxon right next door and they changed it for me within 5 min. AND they were also busy, but they took the time to help me with a simple tire change. Thank you Exxon!!

Brought my brand new car in and got a scratch at the back bump when i got it back. with dust everywhere, finger print stain on the window glasses and plastic surface inside the car. I went in today to give this shop a second chance with a tire problem. Upon arrival, I had discussed the previous service and issue that I had with this shop (employee(s)) smoked in my car which I clearly smelled. Also, they charged me to patch a tire that lasted not even 24 hours, then told me that they couldnt put any sort of guarantee behind a patch. Last time, I had to pay 50$ for a patch that didnt even last 24 hours, and then had to come back an replace the whole tire anyway. This is a Mr.Tire right? Then, today, once the employee at the counter asked me you must be the customer with the smoke complaint, he told me that it would be better if I go to another shop. Poor service, and possible threat? Anyway, just be careful when you bring your car here as they seem to have no idea of what they are doing and can give no sort of guarantee that the patch will last even a day.

I walked into this Mr. Tire... Told the rep that I had one tire in the back of my truck(not mounted on the truck) that needed to get balanced. He said sure Ill get a tech to balance it real quick. I walked out the office, rolled the tire in, already had a tech waiting for it. The rep then asked for my basic information, name, phone number etc... Took maybe 1-2 minutes to take my basic information and to charge my card. By the time the sales machine told me to remove my card the tech was already rolling the tire back to me already fully balanced with new weights.The only reason I gave that much detail is because the Mr. Tire at 708 Rockville Pike(right down the same street) wanted me to wait 2-4 hours to do the EXACT same thing!!!!I guess some places know how to prioritize jobs and others dont. Been taking my cars there for almost 20 years now with zero problems. I work nearby so its very convenient and they always have the work done before the specified pickup time.
