Maia always does an excellent job on my dip nails! The place is very clean and very welcoming! I wouldnt go anywhere else! Ive been going there since they opened.

Lam was fantastic. i came in with a hot mess set of nails and cuticles And he was able to fix me all up. Now I feel so much better and my nails and cuticles look great!

I got a pedi and gel color change. I got the most sloppy and horrible service despite how nice the nail tech was. I had to go back to get my small toe and finger nails repainted. My pedi was so so, the nail polish was not even dry and he shoved my slides on my feet...the polish was ruined. My gel nails werent even dry so when I got home it was bubbly and scratched. By the way, 2 days later my gel mani has chipped. Omg...he needs retraining and stop doing short cuts.

Regular manicure is very good! The place is nice and looks very clean. I will definitely go back and try other services

Prices are decent and they did a good job. I have a small cut on my finger but thats normal for me due to sensitive cuticles. Only complaint i really had was the pedicure chairs. I like something i can lay back in not sit straight up.

Been getting my nails done here for almost a year now. I like how the salon is very clean and everything is organized and sanitary. They are following all COVID guidelines too. Larry is the best and does a good job every time!

Love coming here. The whole staff is welcoming and friendly. I love the way their colors are organized, and they are patient and willing to do whatever the customer needs. I live in Sacramento, but had such an amazing experience here it is worth the drive back. The space is so cute, and I leave feeling like a million bucks! :)

Mai is the best that I have found in years; hands down. Mai is picky and precise and very good at her work. Both Tracy and Mai are so fun and inviting, love them!

Wow I’m not very pleased at all, the place look cute but the service was terrible. I wanted a pedicure so when I entered two different ladies asked me what I needed. They both acted extremely shocked that I (being a guy) would want a pedicure. The lady took me to the uncomfortable chairs and stared. She only knew how to do extremely hot water or cold there was no medium. One lady who appears to be the owner or manager glared at me twice with a face of disgust. Now I am not sure if it’s because she has sight problems or because I am a man . Either way this petite woman has medium/ short brown hair with flair bottom jeans. I almost spoke up but just didn’t. I will definitely not ever come here or recommend this place. I felt unwelcome and discriminated against.

3 manis and 3 pedis took over 4.5 hours to complete. Unless you have a full day to sit here and get a simple procedure, go elsewhere. Unfortunately did not have a good experience at this beautiful place. More than that, the manager argued as to why and justify the time. Not normal at all. Stay clear.

I drive from the Bay Area just to get my nails done....PERFECTLY!

Friendly and welcoming. My DD and I walked in.. and PNB made time for us. It was nice not to feel rushed through, relaxing. We were both done 1.5 hours which is similar to other places. PNB were so great talking with my DD, giving her tips on painting her nails. Even though it was my 1st time there, PNB made me feel comfortable like I have been a past customer. Plan to come back here. Note: The chairs work for me since I dont prefer the massage chair.

Bait and Switch from the moment we tried to use our Groupon. They gave me the rush job once they accepted the Groupon and gel polish on four of my nails was chipping off within 3 hours of having them painted. They talk in another language with each other even though they speak perfect English so customers cant understand what they say. The woman painting my nails had filthy unpainted fingernails and didnt say a word to me the whole time. I suggest Mellow Me Out where the staff treat customers with respect and speak English and the nails last. Ill never go to Prive Nail Bar again!!

I found this salon through Groupon & I expected Groupon-esque service. I booked my appointment online and showed up early and they were ready to see me right away. I got a gel mani and regular pedi and let me tell you, they did not skimp on service at all. The staff are warm and friendly took their time. My nails look great! Happy with this place!
