Heres my advice: if you go to a salon serviced by Asian (all sorts), dont expect good customer service. You wont get that. Expect them to carry on conversation among themselves in their own language. Most likely they speak the bare minimum English. Besides, what you dont know is not going to hurt you. Go to these salons because you like the work they do, not because they provide good customer service. Thats what I do. Youll have a better experience if you dont expect superior customer service.

I have told ALL my friends about Tracy and Tran because they do an excellent job, and in a really welcoming, relaxed environment. I love the quiet piano music that they play (I told Tran how much I loved the music and the next time I went in for my appt. he had made me my very own CD of the music to take home!:) They are very professional, friendly,efficient, and give the best foot massage EVER!
