I just called explained that I am helping a 80 year old Vietnam veteran out.He is home bound with brain cancer. His wife doesnt drive. I have his dd-214 form to prove he is a veteran. I am looking for help to do there taxes for free. I was told no.That is a shame disgrace to our veterans that a company s so cheap not to help a veteran out.

My husband and I have used this place since 2016. Were getting a divorce. Before I arrived they discussed the fact were divorcing and filing jointly for the last time. Phil proceeded to tell my husband he was engaged once but broke it off. Showed him a video of her. She was what seemed like a Russian mail order bride in her lingerie. So inappropriate and unprofessional. Neither one of us will be back. Not to mention he clicks like 6 things and we get less back every year. $139 for 6 clicks? I noticed after he had me as unemployed but clearly I am and brought a W2. Also had my husbands daughter as not living with him which she does half the year. Maybe why we hardly got anything back? I think Ill have someone else double check his work cuz clearly he isnt professional.

Just cause the area its in, I thought it looked a bit sketchy but between where i used to go (Gibbs useless accounting) and other places that Ive called for elaboration, I actually got good service and a good return for less than what others charge.
