Very happy with service & super easy! They took the time to look at my paperwork & explain things with me. They called me two days later. Taxes were done & all I hadto do was stop by & sign! Would & have recommended to friends!

After 4 months of waiting for return, no one has told me anything about my return. When I call to try and find out staff and management are very rude and unprofessional.

I just called explained that I am helping a 80 year old Vietnam veteran out.He is home bound with brain cancer. His wife doesnt drive. I have his dd-214 form to prove he is a veteran. I am looking for help to do there taxes for free. I was told no.That is a shame disgrace to our veterans that a company s so cheap not to help a veteran out.

Made an appointment on Monday for this Friday! Called me 90 mins prior to appointment on Friday and said was not interested! Bad way to do business! Consider retiring early if you don’t want to work!

Gibbs has doing my families taxes for at least 25+ years. We dont live close by anymore so we mail ours in. Connie is who does ours for us, she is the second generation to work/own this business. Her prices are always fair, she works hard to always get us the maximum refund, and we are able to call with our questions. I recently had a question about doing my taxes in a way I had never done before. She was very straight forward about what I needed, what I could and couldnt do but was still very pleasant and helpful. Our family has, and will continue to use them for years to come! Out of all the years I know I should have gotten some return, Ive never received one along with my parents who have been getting gyped by them for YEARS and they overcharge to do your taxes...glad i went to JM tax
