Today was my first time there not a bad place was told that they will be having a new remodel happening next month and should be fully renovated by December.

Worst place to find out information from, is there anyone that can understand english, called to check time and prices, woman answering the phone should know the price of how much it costs to wash. and to know when they open and close. Very disappointed

Really quite nice place to do your laundry, machines work very good.

$2.25 per load to wash, $0.25 for a 7 minute dry time. $3 for my one load of laundry while traveling through. The place is kept clean. Wifi works well.

Everybody minds there business and social distance. A mixed crowd of races. All machines were working.still wear a masks though.

On you if not wearing a mask but a watch you put your clothes in a out of order washer and say nothing. Their dryers suck. Pumped so many quarters in them, small loads and left with damp clothes after 30 min. I had a dryer give me an error message immediately. Owner puts an out of order sign but never offered to give me back my money. There has to be a better place.

The place is generally clean enough, but the machines (front load washers) aneed the drums cleaned. Especially around the glass seal inside. All kinds of stuff being mixed in with the cloths being cleaned.

Used to use this facility years ago. Same quality and service. Clean and quiet on Monday morning. Dont know about other times. Staff was more than helpful and refunded on a dryer that wasnt heating. No questions asked. Super satisfied with this place.

My experience at this laundromat has been delightful. The new attendant there is very kind and helpful. Every time i am there she is always cleaning and smiling. In my opinion she is one of the best so far. I will indefinitely keep coming to Alpine & American coin laundry, and will recommend this laundromat to friends and family. I have used the drop off service for years and have found the service to be excellent. However, last week apparently the person in charge of my linen did not know how to fold fitted sheets. It also looked as if they were tired of folding and just wrapped a sheet in a ball and stuck it in a plastic bag. I was not pleased with the overall results, so Ill be looking for another service.

Ive used the drop off laundry service for a long time. The last time I was told that Shelly is no longer employed there. I left my laundry anyway. When I got home I was very annoyed to see that all my shirts were wrinkled. I always tip well and feel like I deserve better service. Bring Shelly backIn response to the owner: Yes, my next visit was significantly better. The last girl was much more attentive and even wrapped my clothes in a plastic bag to protect from the weather. Attendant wasn’t very “Attending” asked k her two simple questions and she had a attitude and told me that it’s “on the sign on the door “ ... oh the door that I had to open with 6 loads of clothes in my hands ? Also there are 7 signs on the door ... I don’t just stand there reading your rules and regulations . Also there is no timers on the washer so I sat and waited in my car for the washer to be done, I needed to go to the store right down the street .. but since there is no timer I didn’t know when my clothes would be done .. now I can’t leave my clothes because it’s after 7 (refer to the door post) and I have to “stay with my clothes “ I’m not even going to fold them, just do it when I get home . Will probably never be back .. only went here on a whim because it was close to home . I’ll take the extra trip for better service and better hours .

Worse experience with the person who is the owner. Always came to do my laundry. Two coins got stuck and he wouldn’t even let me have the two quarters back. Not only did he do that but both times he watched what I was doing. What the hack does he think someone is going to steal from there. The washer at one point was barely cleaned and I got bleach spots on all my clothes. His employees treat you better then he does. If I could give it no stars I would.

Clean laundromat with helpful staff, prices are better elsewhere. Its cool that theres a pizza place next door to pass the time.

Large dryers for large and small loads. Shellie was a big help and very nice. Vending machines, coin change and a TV while you wash and dry loads of laundry

First time I went there I was impressed. It was clean and well kept. Two weeks later it was nasty and the dryer melted my blanket. I didnt expect to be given anything I just told them what happened to stop it from happening to the next person. They told me it was my fault. I used high heat. Ok. The dryers should not get hot enough to melt material that is wash and dryer safe. I have washed them for years and dried them on hot every time. Very disappointed customer!

The laundry worker so rude. I was putting laundry in washer . Out of all people she decided to mess with me. OMG for real. She doesnt even know me. Saying my washer to full it wasnt. Even half way there

Have done laundry here before but do not remember pricing. Attempted to call to ask for current pricing but the phone was answered and immediately hung up. Attempted an immediate callback but the phone rang for five minutes before being picked up. I began asking how much the charge was for a wash and I was straight hung up on by the female working at 12:50pm on July 13, 2017. I dont know who she is but this unprofessional response has cost you my business.Edit: Dear owner. This happened almost two years ago. Good luck looking into it. Your tardy reply does not give me confidence.

Owner has to be there for return of money the person working there can not give you your money back even though she sees that the machine clearly is not used.. and can not be.. she adv the owner would not be in until Tues and I was in on a Friday doubt I will ever go back there ripped off for 3.00 and the machine resets so nobody knows about the over payment... talking about thiefs

My clothes were ruined in a machine a previous user loaded with bleach after using it. Owner/ manager refused to take responsibility or offer a refund. DONT USE THIS PLACE!!

Most of the time this laundromat is great. But every so often there is this rude couple that works at night an older man and woman who are incredibly rude and want you out at 7 even though its supposed to be open till 8. They constantly harass you until you leave. Its a real shame and Im sure its costing this place a lot of business. Oh well. Its not my business so I really shouldnt care. There are other laundromats I can go to.

Nice and clean facility. But the customer service is horrible. Walked in ready to do my laundry said good morning with a smile to the attendant; she looked at me in disgust and turned her head. I went to retrieve the rest of my things from my car only to be ignored completely by not one but two attendants working there as they loudly chatted about coupons and their family. I can only assume sense I didnt look like thier family they were not interested in me. What a joke in 2017. After I finish my laundry I will never return and will make sure that know one else I know will patronize this business.

I always go here the older gentleman is always there ready to help if you need change or anything I never have a problem.

The laundry attendant stared me down the entire time I was there. He acted as if he didnt want me to use a cart to assist me with unloading my laundry out of the car. Because before I could return with my heavy bags, he rolled the cart away from the door. Knowing that he clearly watched me roll it to the door. I was very unhappy about this. I felt he was being racist. Enter at your own risk!

Same as the last post. I walked I. At 6:45 and the old man told me that they closed at 8. I told them I was aware. He then states not to start a load unless I can finish it at 8. I said Im pretty sure the sign says the last load must start by 8. He replied maam if you cant finish it by 8 dont start it. I said okay and proceeded to start my laundry. There are other places that I couldve gone and believe me I will. Spent $13 bucks on the awash alone for 3 loads. RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICR. I WORK AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE FOR A LIVING. NEVER WOULD I HAVE EXPECTED THIS. What is worse his wife tried to be nice afterwards talking to me and asking me questions. She gave me a beg to put my clothes in which I didnt need. Then as Im leaving without folding my clothes she says come again soon just come an hour earlier.-_-

Horrible! I got their at 7:15, and this old hag starts to yell at me that they close at 8. The sign on their door says last load at 8pm, and its only 7:15. She was very mean to me and I really tried to be nice. Please dont go here! The one on Charles Street is so much nicer.

7-10-17. 12 dryers out of commission. The two I used didnt make heat. Rude staff member. No refund, no apology, just a post-it note that says out of order was handed to me to put on the dryers for the next victims... sure, this place might be close to you and has a bar next door. I will drive out of my way to avoid this place like the plague. Horrible.
