The price was right. I couldnt believe $2.00 per load! I did not like that I had to check out several machines to find a clean one though. The lady was there to oversee and she was cleaning a few, maybe she just couldnt keep up as this is a well used establishment.

Love the prices and the equipment is ACTUALLY decent. Usually takes about 24 minutes for the dryer to dry a load. Only downside is its small and sometimes packed to the point of no open machines.

I love going to this facility, but only when Liz is working. She is friendly, helpful, loving, and always smiling.Beware of the mean old white haired woman who works on Sunday nights however! She is extremely rude, acts as if she hates her job, and the customers. She will stand behind the door and just STARE at the customers as if she is an evil prison warden waiting for someone to make a false move. A group of us stopped going on certain days just because of her! Shes especially mean and impatient with foreigners. Its sad, I was there one day and she was asked for change. She was upset as usual, stomping her feet and rolling her eyes at the poor man who could barely speak English and slapped his money on the desk. Just rude.ADVICE TO OWNERS: Get rid of the witch, and all review will be 5 stars! Youll see!

The machines are thoroughly cleaned, its inexpensive, the dryers rotate during spin, so your large items dont ball up and it doesnt take a lot of time or money to dry your spreads and towels!

I seldom ever need a laundromat but did this past weekend. I ventured to Mulford Laundromat in Rockford with my quilted bedspread and asked for help. The white haired lady there was VERY helpful. She directed me to the proper machines, told me which settings to use, about taking the quilt out and shaking it periodically so it dried evenly etc.My experience was great. The lady (employee) was great. The place was clean and bright. I parked right in front, used their dollar changers and was in and out in no time.Do yourself a favor if you need a laundromat. Go to Mulford Laundromat.

Machines are great. Only problem is customers are leaving their items in both washers and dryers for a long period of time.

One of the nicest laundromat Ive ever been to. Everything is very well kept and clean. All machines are in working order.

You can wash Monday through Thursday for a dollar. And there dryers are very hot!

If I could give negative stars I would...I made a visit here today and had horrible experience with an older lady that works there. All I had to do is one load for a dryer because mine at home broke and I have to go to business trip in the morning, because it was 8 pm she did not let me even though your hours say till 9 with a disclaimer for last load at 7:30 assumption for time to be done for wash and dry by 9, but I am not doing a wash so it shouldnt matter; all I needed was half an hour...there were plenty of empty dryers. Her attitude about this was just unacceptable, this is the worst customer service I have received in Rockford. Please consider who you have representing your company. Very very dissatisfied, never again will I consider coming here while this lady still works at this place.Stay away from this place.

I have just a couple of pants and 3 shirts and they told me they have a minimum of $12.00.Not very professional costumer service and the prices outrageous wont be coming back.
