So much cleaner than I expected, well kept, and the restroom is not scary. As I dont have a dryer, it is very economical to bring my clothes here to dry, then return later to pick up.

First time using a laundry Mat, but wow this place is very clean..and the staff is very nice. Since I just moved to Rockford from Fl and needed to get a huge load done in a short time... The machines are clean and large enough to accommodate 2 large kitchen bags of clothes with plenty of space to add more if needed.Dont be fooled by the outside of the building.. the inside is worth it.😁

The staff there are friendly. Right now theres a limit of 5 people in the building at a time so theres not much in the way of needing someone to move to get to your clothes. Its cash only though so keep that in mind if youre the sort that drops off your clothes.

I used to like coming here It is a small laundromat that is clean and the machines works most of the time but the past two experiences I have had will lead me to go elsewhere. I have a young infant whose breastmilk I needed to warm up (with hot water) the owner told me that I could not do that as her water bill was high enough as it is and that she could microwave it. ( you can’t microwave breastmilk) after some back and forth she finally lets me warm the milk. Ok I give it another go and I’m with my infant and 5 year old cousin and the place was hard to maneuver through with a cart and then were really rude about the five year old literally shutting the front loader washer doors (which were all over the place) the way they said he could not do that was rude and almost had him in tears because he didn’t understand the meanness when all he did was help them. My family used to own laundromats and this was never an issue. Idk. Maybe a more kid friendly place that does not count the seconds of hot water you use with air conditioning will be where I go next time.

Very clean for a laundromat. The service ladies are very polite and helpful even when you have dumb questions like I did lol. May look a little dumpy on the outside but its a good place to go.

This is my favorite place and only place to do my laundry. Reasonable prices and plenty of washers and dryers on busy days. I just there were more counter space though for folding.

This is the WORST PLACE! to have your laundry be done at I was told to come at 9pm to pick up my laundry I got there on time she said they only accept cash so. I told her I’ll be right back to get the cash. I come back 10 min later and she closed and they CLOSE AT 9:30pm like what the Hell NOW I DONT HAVE MY WORK UNIFORM TILL TOMORROW AND I START WORK AT 5am THAT WORKER NEED TO BE FIRED!

Clean, safe place. I like being able to walk in, do what I need to do, and leave without getting constantly bothered by staff.

The service this ladies provide is extremely professional, they offer a drop off service which is the best I ever use during my business travelers, they charge $1.00 per pound.

I love this laundromat because although ita small. The owner goes out of the way to make sure your clothes are clean. They purchase over 50 lbs a week of salt for the water softner unit, which contributes to cleaner fresher clothes. Sometimes the workers open the place up earlier on the weekends because they know people wanna get in and out. Nothing better than going to your favorite place to wash clothes and your not waiting dor the laundry attendant to open the doors and cut the lights on. Its very clean and the bathroom is always fresh...

This is in my neighborhood. My Mom and I are pretty cool with the workers.

Awful. Awful. I took my clothes here for a drop off, paid twenty dollars for a comforter and a bag of clothes washed. I picked them up to only find a numerous amount of ink stains all over my clothes. I gave them nothing but the clothes i wear on a regular, so mind you i was livid. I was also missing a pair of work pants. I called to ask what happened to my pants and the lady who works there in the morning said well i dont know what to tell you about that . She then hung up immediately. If you want to pay a pricey amount for ink stains that werent there before, and missing clothes then be my guest.

Charels st laundry has gone down hill. I found the place to be very dirty, and the attendant was lazy with bad attitude. 5:28 pm Sat March 2nd 2019

Last wash says 8:00 and I rushed in at 8:05 say I dont need a dryer just a wash. Its been 15 minuets that my wash could have been done and I still see peeps going in and out.
