The esthetician tried to overcharge me $15 for a waxing service. When I showed her the prices on the website she said there was a price increase with an attitude. She didnt want to honor the price listed. If there was a price increase, thats fine but the prices should have been changed to reflect that so clients are aware beforehand. After showing her the prices again, she ended up returning $10 and was again very rude about it, acted like Im petty for asking for my money back. Seriously? There was also a lot of hair missed. I got the impression that she just wanted to hurry up and get done and was annoyed by me asking her to get the areas she missed. When I got home I saw there was still patches of hair left. She charges so much yet STILL didnt do a thorough job. Very disappointed.

Took my wife here for her first Brazilian wax and she loved it! The staff was nice and answered all of my stupid questions. Only reason for 4 stars is the signage on the building is hard to make out. But as far as service goes 10/10

Friendly reasonably priced

I was so nervous about getting a Brazilian wax since it was my first time, but she made me feel so comfortable the entire time. She’s professional and personable and I’ve always left her salon happy! I’ve also gotten a massage done by Tasha and it’s absolute heaven! Just booked my next one with her! I’m so excited to try out their new facial offerings as well! The Wax Room’s services may get you in the door, but the women behind it will keep you coming back! Highly recommend them!

I saw Emily for an eyebrow wax today. They were able to fit me into their busy schedule last minute. She listened to my preferences and did my eyebrows exactly how I wanted them and I am so happy with the results! They were super friendly and welcoming. I will definitely return for more services.

Traci is THE BEST in the MIDWEST! She uses the best quality wax combined with her years of experience to give you the BEST service! This is also the least painful wax Ive ever gotten (and Ive tried it all!)! Her new location is beautiful and pristine! Ive gotten waxes in multiple states and countries (including Brazil) and Traci is definitely my girl!

My massage therapist is here. You can easily hear people talking from other rooms while getting a massage, so it isnt very relaxing.

I am so in LOVE with the Wax Room. Nikki does my waxing and does an amazing job, and aside from doing an amazing job, she is an amazing person! I go in there looking hella prehistoric, like, EXTRA CAVEWOMAN, and walk up out of there and people are singing Shes a lady, whoa whoa whoa, shes a lady... I couldnt be happier!

Procedure was quick, simple and easy. Friendly and comfortable environment. Definitely recommend it to anyone wanting a service.
