What a cool place with a good vibe. Went to get jeep done . Card machine glitched and then went down. Just so I was not inconvenienced on Christmas eve, they let me go through for free and gave me the best package available. After going home, I thought Ill go look at it. My gosh. So perfect for the holiday travel. Happy happy happy. I go once a week. Vacuums are free but you do that yourself. Try it out and see what you think. Staff is always on site.

Great new place. Nice to have a car wash on the northwest side. Dryers could dry longer vehicle was still wet compared to other carwashes Ive experienced. Staff is always smiling and happy. Vacuums work Wonderful. Definitely a place to check out

Ill just stick with extreme carwash on Riverside, as in my case I am looking for a cheap basic wash as I hand wax afterwards.. this place was $5 instead of $3, and it didnt even get everything off(tree leaves/water even with all those air dryers. My car is literally 99% dry going through my usual place, no joking).. bottom line, my usual car wash even has free vacuums and a floor mat vacuum where you stick it in one slot it plops out a clean mat in the bin below. I know some might say its $5 and youre right, but for more money I got to do more work to try and get close to the results Im used to.. Plus I wasnt fond of a random guy by the machine thinking I couldnt operate the touchscreen options myself, and it still a pandemic I really dont want anyone I dont know touching my debit card for no good reason.

This is the best car wash ever. They have fast service if youre stuck with your monthly service pass at the drive through. My car assists stay squeaky clean with 15 a month that includes daily washing.

Decent car wash. I actually drove out of my way to go because I had a previous good experience here. However...I was rear-ended in the car wash because the lady behind me didn’t put her car in neutral and they pull the cars in closer than you should even stop behind someone at a red light. I felt like the manager really downplayed the frustration that this caused, and shrugged it off as something that happens. I have new scratches in my bumper from the accident, and I was really shaken up. If they didn’t pull cars in so close to each other, this wouldn’t have happened. I definitely won’t be back even though it’s a decent wash.

My car was scratch in my back windshield wiper arm was broken off. They said my car was scratched before i came n that the arm for my back wiper didnt have a cap. Which both was a lie i removed my unlimited pass.

I ALSO ASKED HIM TO SEE IF THE COVER FROM THE GAS TANK OF MY 2018 (BRAND NEW) JEEP WAS THERE.I NEVER GOT A RESPONSE, BUT HE SAID HE WOULD CHECK THE CAMERAS. HE ALSO SAID, BECAUSE YOUR CAR IS NEW, THE DEALER WILL REPLACE IT FREE OF CHARGE. WELL THAT DIDNT HAPPEN!THE HEAD OF THE SERVICE DEPT. TOLD ME THAT HE WOULD NEED THEPART TO TURN IN FOR CREDIT. I AM GOING TO HAVE TO PAY FOR IT TO BE REPLACED, AND HE SAID THEY HAVE TO MATCH THE PAINT ASWELL! I LEFT A VOICEMAIL AND HOPE TO HEAR FROM HIM ASAP!ON A BETTER NOTE THE CARWASH IS CLEAN, BUT THE WATER IS HARD SO YOU HAVE TO WIPE YOUR CAR AFTERWARDS TO REMOVE THE SPOTS. Today I got my car washed at Swift for the first time. I dealt with a gentleman named Ian. He is outstanding I thought for sure he must be the owner but when I asked him for me he was not. I was loaded with bugs on the front of my car and gave a spray and made sure that I was bug free at the end of the car wash. It was such a pleasant experience my car is beautiful that I decided to join their membership program. You should too its very economical especially with winter coming up

You will receive a quality carwash at a reasonable price. It would be great if they had the compressed air blow off at the vaccum area like their Randell Ave Carwash.

Love this car wash. Free vacuums! The car wash is really nice and well priced (same pricing as a gas station car wash). The staff is really helpful and the grounds are always clean. I recently went here and the guy who helped us was so nice. The person in front of us got out of his car and got in the workers face and was being so rude. I wasnt sure what was said to this middle aged man to make him go crazy but the worker was nothing but respectful when this man was horrible. He was degrading his job as well which was uncalled for and immature. The car wash was also good. But I was very impressed with your staff

Finally a good full service car was on the west side of Rockford. Re-opened with new management and here is what I noticed. Staff attentive and professional, all car wash machines working properly, clean and improved facilities, expanded business hours and amazing prices on club membership monthly unlimited washes. That is what actually brought me back after bad experiences with the previous ownership. I signed up two of my cars for the $20 per month membership. That includes the wheel and underbody wash with normal wash. They also have a $15 and a $30 membership. The quality of the wash is as good as anybody else in town and the price is cheaper than the competition. SwiftWash, thank you for reinvesting in this location and learning from past mistakes.

Employees are knowledgeable and very helpful getting you thru the wash. The washing system is new,very clean and does an excellent job. You can also buy a monthly plan, where they place a small sticker on your windshield that lets you drive right past where you pay. Best carwash around

Stopped by for a quick wash and was very pleased with how clean my car came after. Usually wash’s with free vaccums aren’t that powerful but was happy with results. All those little bugs came off my windshield the first time through. Very clean place and respectful employees.
