I will go here when, I want to wash my own car, I can use the brush and soap it down Really well. Gets very clean. Especially if it gets berries on my car from my parking lot, But if anybody wants to know how to get berries off of their car, Is white vinegar a little bit of Dish soap and water. a soft rag. Then wash your car really well.

Clean safe place to wash car.. down side was defiantly the price of the self wash.. $2.00 for maybe 2 min .. not sure as machine started beeping at me soon as I started spraying .. I put in a couple quarters only to get 30seconds! All in all I spent $6 to wash my mats & didn’t even get to finish cause I obviously thought $6 in quarters would be enough so that’s all I brought with me .. I haven’t been anywhere else to do this in a very long time but if I remember correctly I could wash my entire car with $6 somewhere else.. not sure if I will ever be returning here .. depends on pricing of other places … also website states a savers card you can preload etc & get deals on it ..however I see no kiosk to do this so I called the help number .. gentleman states I could make an apt so someone can be here to sell me said card.. but with the pricing issue I think I’ll pass on that .. too bad cause this area is convenient for me, grounds & wash bays are clean & I felt safe with it being well lit & around busy road with lots of cameras .. I hope the owners pay attention to the customers reviews & correct issues so this place can get more business & stay afloat ..or maybe I’m unrealistic with what I think pricing should be but once you pay the $2 start fee you should get 1min per quarter not 15 seconds!

Stopped here to try it out, should of read reviews first. First and last time here. Not enough time for $2dollars halfway rinsing first spray to get loose dirt off and the thing is already beeping. Add a quarter only gives you 20 seconds. Very disappointed. I recommend go somewhere else. Definitely wow.

Your bank does charge a larger amount as a pre authorization; that’s normal at these places. That’s not what you’ll actually be charged as long as you hit stop like it tells you. The reviews of people complaining don’t know what a pre-authorization charge is or how it works.The good self-service car washes have air guns in their bays to dry your car. This place doesn’t have them. They need to retrofit their bays to be better.

Purchasing a new or used car for any amount of money is, for most car owners, an investment in transportation. Not just something that gets you around but your pride and joy! As someone who takes pride in maintaining my vehicle, i couldnt suggest a better place than WOW car wash! They have all of the latest features and products in a self serve wash. I have used their facility for over 3 years now and have never had a problem with equipment, soaps and waxes, validators-the device that accepts coins and bills or the credit card swipe device. I see on previous comments about being ripped off by them but dont realize that when you use that type of service and device, even at gas stations, it puts a hold on a preset amount until the final charges are settled.In conclusion WOW car wash is the BEST!!

Other reviews said the $25 would drop off my account. I clearly hit stop and it said thank you and Id be charged $11.25. But the $25 charge on my account never came off. Thats one expensive car wash for me to wash it myself. This place is a scam. Avoid!!

It has a carpet shampooer that works amazing but the vacuum attached to it smells so bad so my suggestion is use a different vacuum

Used to use this car wash every time until my husband and I brought our two different cars here two different days. $25 charge for each when the total was visibly 8 dollars and some change. Figured the charges would fall off as I used to work at a bank and understand that this happens occasionally. Never fell off and charged us $50. Called and the man who answered was very unprofessional and stated this wasn’t his fault and we must’ve not pressed the stop button, which we did. Won’t be using this wash again.

Paid $10.00 for the so called best wash and it shut off in the middle of the first rinse cycle still had the wax rinse and spot free rinse to go but I got none of it and I even had to get out of my car and press the emergency button to open the door Im very disappointed in the service there

The only carwash I use. I really enjoy this carwash. Suds brush works great and the spot free works just as it should. I used another car wash in town and it left my beautiful black car full of white spots, three times. How embarrassing.

This place is a real scam. When you use the brush at the self serve bay, so much unnecessary soap comes out that it took nearly 6 dollars just in quarters to get all the soap off. Way,way to much soap. The timer runs out and you just feed and feed the quarters in the machine . Then after I finally got all the soap off car. My car had this cloudy film all over it. I just went to a 3 dollar wash place and had my car washed. This place is a complete disaster. There is also no one on staff here. Runs by itself. Cameras all over the place catches everybodys movement. In stead of sitting at home looking at your computer screens all day, you should be accountable for your place of business at your place of business. You cannot handle customer complaints from an armchair in your livingroom. Wow is right I almost spent 9 dollars at this place...... WOW. Is right. Do not waste your time here, go somewhere else.

I wish I could give his place zero stars. Long story short, customer service is AWFUL. If you have any problems. I wasnt even trying to be difficult I was just thorough in my explanation so it may have been long My card got charged an extra $10...I sent a picture of my statement and the pending transaction and explained everything and i was maybe asking for a refund or maybe something towards another wash and the owner or whoever responded back got super defensive and will literally just tell you to eff off. I get it ...you cant please every customer who complains, but come on. Theyre. Or even reasonable. On top of that, the automatic $7 wash sucks and doesnt even clean or dry it well that I had to go back to self wash and spend more money. Here is his response to my email...Thanks for the over explanation...SORRY you had a bad experience...I have you down for $4.01 on Friday the 24th.
