Love this place. Fast service, easy checkout, powerful vacuums. This place is always busy, but they have a great flow for the car wash line and crank em out! Vacuums are provided at no cost, just make sure to get as close to the pumps in the dumpster enclosure as this will get you powerful suction.

The price is cheap so the car wash is cheap but itll do. Its nice to get free vacuuming. The employees there are very polite also

Ever since this car wash has been taken over by a new owners, it’s been a total disaster! Not only did the raise prices 30%! the car wash does not have all the soaps and cleaners being used like before😪 . 🤬 the employees can’t even open the wash on time anymore, the pay stations are too far away from the cars and it’s very difficult to reach the screens it’s pathetic….it’s just a not worth it anymore and I will be looking for a different car wash.

My car still had bugs on it after the $15 dollar wash. I called and they didnt give me a hassle. When I returned the next day the manager took the time to scrub the bugs off for me. He takes pride in pleasing the customer. Needless to say, I was very impressed with that level of customer service. I will definitely keep bringing my car here with that kind of service. Im an extremely happy consumer with a clean ride😊.

Wow, really impressed with this car wash! So big, clean, efficient, and well priced. Especially consider it has free vacuums and mat cleaners. But the best part was the attendant on duty. It was the first time I was there and I had trouble getting the machine to take my money. He noticed I was having a problem and helped me. As I exited the wash I noticed I still had some spots of bird droppings on the hood. The attendant was close by and I showed him. He immediately spot cleaned it by hand and then send me thru the wash again for free! Excellent customer service!!! And they were very busy at the time! Wish I had gotten his name.

I got the $15.00 Lava wash. Once inside the wash, I couldnt tell if I actually received what I paid for, so Im going to have to take their word for it. The wash itself was pretty good and my car looks clean & shining. I was definitely satisfied with the result. It was really busy when I was there and at the end of the car wash, the car behind me bumped into me 3 times. It wasnt the drivers fault, its just that the belt he was half on & half off kept pushing him forward. I couldnt move forward because the line to exit onto the street was totally backed up *into the car wash*!. As soon as I could move forward, I did so. As I looked in my rear view mirror, I could see the car that bumped me was now getting bumped by the car behind HIM. That part was just crazy. They can control how many cars go INTO the wash, and Id say they need to do a much better job of that. It was like a scene in a YouTube car wash fail video. I have no idea how far back cars were hitting each other. My recommendation: if its super busy, dont go right then. If its pretty empty, I think its worth the price paid.

Did a decent job at a decent price. Watch the brushes as with any wash with them. But overall very good, peeled the bugs right off! I will use it again when Im in town.

Terrible! I spent $13 on a car wash here, and when I get out there are tons of dirt spots on my car remaining and its as if the back hatch of my Jeep was completely untouched! I paid more to avoid something like this... Additionally, when I bought a microfiber towel to address some of the spots the vending machine doesnt drop my towel. Id rather go somewhere else.

My vacuum jammed and the guy was right there and saw me in distress and came over and got all the stuff out. I wasnt sure if they could reciece tips but I wanted to give him one I just kept it to myself though. I have never seen a car wash so packed but runs quickly and smoothly.

Great place to vacuum for free. Only down side is several stations are closed so space is limited.

Great place to go to get your car washed. There is a great value here as well. If you get the $15 car wash not only do you get all the Bells and whistles they have, but youll have a ticket with a number on it to get a second wash within a 5 day period. You are literally getting two washes for the price of one. Also it doesnt matter if you use the 2nd wash on the same car or another.

Thee nicest manager dude! So helpful and a very nice young man on his second day of work! My Bears magnet came off(forgot it was there),he went in and got wet and found it! Thankful!

I was traveling through town and decided I needed to wash my car. After coming here I would hesitate to call this place a ‘car wash’. My car was basically just dusty from a few gravel roads, and it had some bugs on the front end. The attached pictures show how my car looked after it was finished. The bugs weren’t touched, the car still had dirt all over it, and the windows had a nasty grime on them. I actually had to go to a gas station to clean the front window after this car wash because it was so bad. Unfortunately I had already left the area when I discovered it wasn’t even close to being acceptable. Their free vacuums weren’t any better. The one I used had the sucking power of a battery operated vacuum that was just about dead. It could even pick up grass that was laying on plastic trim pieces, let alone the dirt that was on my mat. This is just a pretty poor place all the way around, or at least it was the morning I was there.

Car was clean. You get a free extra car wash within 5 days if getting the 15 dollar wash. Good for winter months. Machine wash, didnt notice any scratches. Typically I go to hand car wash but my car was a mess and needed it clean quickly

Real nice place to clean out your vehicle. Its always busy but you get your vehicle cleaned real good and its fast.

They do not enforce their rule about loud music so between the vacuums and subwoofers you get a headache.

Worst car wash in town! They don’t take responsibility for their actions. I have had 2 incidents where their car wash has damaged my car. When I filled my insurance report (the first time), they said that they only keep recording for 5 days. & what a coincidence, they told my insurance that on the 6th day they reached out to them. The second time, they told me they only kept recording for 72 hours and again what a coincidence . My insurance reached out to them the 4th day and that was their response. Overall, this business is unprofessional and does not hold themselves liable. You’re better off at a gas station car wash or one of the other local car washes.

The assistant manager at this location goes above and beyond. Very outgoing, friendly, and doesn’t mind helping people.

They need to do a better job of checking the vacuum lines to make sure they are unplugged.

I was in and out fast. Although the majority of the dirt was wash off my truck it was not extreme clean. I had go home to finish the job.

Extremely busy on the weekends, but I am always able to use the vaccums on every visit, even if it too busy to get a wash.

The 2 for one is great but you will need to go thru the wash twice in the winter. Wash and rinse doesnt last long enough to get salt off. Got the $15 wash and still had a ton of salt.

Car wash was good. Vacuums are free but don’t have very powerful suction. The mat cleaners are useless.

Good vaccum car wash beat up your vehicle

Wash is ok. Theyre by far one of the cheapest at $3 for a quick one. Goes up from there. Main attraction is the free in and out use of the vacuums for me. Few are destroyed..by bad people, yes, but most work and its nice to be able to stop by and clean out my cars. And go for a quick wash if id like.

Love this car wash EXCEPT they pile the cars bumper to bumper and my new car was in a small accident with 2 other cars because something went wrong and everyone ran into the car in front of them!!!! Then I had to beg for a FREE car wash

If you’re coming here looking to get a good wash then vacuum your car, you’re gonna do at least one.. Vacuuming your vehicle is the one you won’t do!I just got a good $3 wash, wanted to vacuum my mats for OCD purposes. Literally every vacuum on the lot was out of service. I don’t know if this had anything to do with COVID-19 but it is unacceptable. Not one worker there came outside while several customers pulled in looking for assistance. Sad case. Do better car wash.

Employees not watching cars spent 20 min wait g while other 2 lanes were moving tried calling but no one answered.

Love this car wash, I get the $10 one, does the undercarriage, and the only thing is that the floor mat cleaner doesnt work very well. But great place overall. Love the dog wash too.

THE FIRST TIME PUT A GOLFBALL SIZED DENT ON MY PASSENGER SIDE, AND MARKS AND SCRATCHES JUST TODAY, 11/21/20. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE

I have been going to Extreme clean since they opened. I love it, I always get the $15 wash so I can get one free within 5 days. The best part is if I am not able to go within the 5 days I can send the code to my husband or sisters so they can enjoy a free wash. The attendants there are always helpful and will remind me about my antenna topper before I go into the wash. No scratches and I get a quality wash without having strangers in my car or scratching it up.

I love this place..my mini van is always clean and today i did alittle more..vacced out van and was even able to clean floormats for FREE..not too bad..alot better than b4..lol..but,i do have 2 complaints,rearview mirrors dont always get clean and the back of van around plate and at the top of the back window..DIRT....im disabled and cant always get out to wipe it down.im very particular bout my van being clean..but,..ill be back..i wish they had somebody to clean windows..air freshener would be cool too..i used to work in car washes..that how i learned my trade for auto detailing..thank you for bringing an affordable and nice carwash to Rockford..

I always get the $15.00 wash so I can come back for the free wash. The tire shine machine inside the wash does a better job shining the tires than the actual people down the road at what used to be Octopus Car Wash. Love the free vacuums although I dont use them that often. Staff is always friendly and courteous. Wont go anywhere else unless I was the car myself.
