I dont think this is the place to go to to get a good wash, maybe something for like a spot clean. I did a 350 mile road trip and figured Id get a car wash. It did not get any of the bug splatter and the entire front of my car looks shiny with bugs all over it. A waste of 18 bucks if you ask me.

Highly recommend getting club membership. It completely cleans inside and out as many times as you want. Two times is price of membership 69.99 so once a week saves you like 70 bucks. I go almost every other day. Super place great service highly recommended.

Price and facility seams to bemarched fairly. One thing in advantage - STRONGESTSPOT FREE RINSE of any Iv seen.

Price went up $10. I think thats a bit steep. $70 a month and I still have dust on radio, control panel and door panels. If the price goes up so should quality. I appreciate the level of hard work those guys do. Everyone, is so kind and the employees work as a team. I like to see management drying off vehicles as well.

Exterior wash was fine, but the interior cleaning was a solid C- or D+.

Reviews saying inside cleaned great I believe are fake. I went there and they told me they DO NOT clean the inside. You have to do it yourself. Very high price for just an exterior wash. Rockford needs a good full service car wall again.

Usually super happy with the excellent job for the money (not the cheapest by far) and the staff is always friendly. However, today, they did not do anything to get the bugs off the front and I had to do that myself at home. Disappointed.

My car was filthy one minute and I drove in, turned over the keys after choosing the package i wanted, and in just a few minutes I was driving out in a car that looked brand new. Best wash ever! Team work had the inside and outside of my car looking great in a short wait.

Ive been coming here for years and my cars always leave happy! With any business, you usually run into some employee having a bad day but Ive never encountered that here. Theyre all hard working and very customer service driven.

I paid$33 for interior and exterior car wash. Exterior looks good. Interior... Not so great. The price paid includes fragrance which wore off in about an hour. I saw a young worker spray very little between the door and floor mat on drivers side. Isnt the scent supposed to last at least a week?? As I got in after they were finished, I could still see salt on the floor mats(paid$1 extra for each one) and the door and bottom of interior door. they definitely couldve done better.

Too expensive not to dry your car off as it comes out of the wash, which makes it almost pointless! You can go to the gas station, or the $3 place for that!

I actually paid $23.00 for the interior to be cleaned out some places were still dirty inside the car. The outside of car was cleaned really good. Not a happy customer right now

First time there. Told girl I wanted my floor mats cleaned and paid like $40. Truck ran through automated washer. Came out still dirty on hood and mats werent done. Even employee mentioned it. He had it run through again. This time mats still not done. I confronted girl again. She said that I paid for mat cleaning. An employee pulled back mat and cleaned it. I later noted that dead foliage still remained in area of windshield wiper motor. Poor job. Cant recommend.

I went here for 15 years before this company bought the location. It’s gone completely down hill. No better than any gas station wash. I just got an $11 exterior wash. They didn’t dry off the car. I signaled to the guy at the exit with a thumbs up if I was good to go or not because he just stood there staring at me. No one cared to mention my license plate got bent 90 degrees or that my mud flap was hanging off by 1 bolt. I have to go home and rewash my glass because the dryers didn’t do the job and there are water spots all over the car. I’ll just do it myself from now on. I don’t recommend wasting your money for a sub par car wash from here. I’ve given plenty of opportunity for them to do a better job. It’s just not a good car wash anymore.

Paid for the premium wash $34 and they did a bad job on the rims, but the windows were great. My guess hit or miss or I just had a one off.

Excellent Service. It would be better if someone dried off the car after a self service wash. They use to have this service before the pandemic

Prices have went up since went last. Car is shiny and nice again, but they couldve done a MUCH BETTER job on my inside windows. My car has never been smoked in and only has 1600 miles, so windows shouldnt have been that difficult to clean! Unfortunately I left a tip before finding out.

What a wonderful job they did on our mini van! The interior is included in the price. All our windows were washed inside and out. Everything vacuumed. I would definately come here again!!

The interior cleaning process quality has gone down hill...Getting to a point of having to ask employee please clean inside windows. Exterior wash has gotten to the point where they dont dry the car off...So I ask myself how is this service better than a mobil gas station car wash ? 29.99 Not worth it anymore...Very displeased customer..

Best car wash hands down. Just needs better drying up system. If i gotta get out my car to finish up drying the car after paying 30 plus bucks then its not good enough. But the wash itself is hands down the best one in town considering how fast you get in an out.

I brought my car in last month to be cleaned inside and out. I was sold a 1 month unlimited car wash package. I was very disappointed with the work. My car didnt look or smell clean. $40.00 and my car wasnt vacuumed very well. Spray was left dripping on my interior door. Then, to top it all off, my account was almost overdrawn because they are now trying to charge me 29.00 per month!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

They have lazy workers that don’t clean inside your car well not even worth the price you pay for.

They do not offer full service yet still charge full price with no employees. No senior discount any longer. I just get a basic wash and finish my drying and cleaning at home. I bought a drying cloth off Amazon and my own tire shine. Car always has water spots, very disappointing. Ive been a long time customer since Mr Carwash. My black truck looks so bad with white spots I applied 2 ceramic coats and wash my own truck, their water is dirty so if Im going to have to clean myself I wash myself. Dont recommend.

I loved the car wash pre COVID but now they won’t hand dry when you drive through?? Makes no sense since your inside your car? And 12$ to clean 4 rubber mats is TO MUCH! That’s on top of my monthly membership. The hand dry is one of the biggest things I don’t want water drops all down my car after a wash. Not at 30$ a month for the wash. 8$ to vacuum. Just seems like it’s gotten out of hand.

I would like to know why you do not dry the cars anymore, you get in peoples cars but you dont do the outside of peoples cars. Theres no interaction with ppl to wipe the outside off, I dont understand. Not cool my car gets water spots on it.

I need to write one more review about this place.First, their car wash results are very satisfactory. I have never had an issue about this.This review is about the ineptness of the management staff. I wrote a review several weeks ago stating that I was not offered the Wednesday senior discount. I thought perhaps they did not offer this any more. As soon as I got inside the building I asked the person in the office about this. His response was that if I dont ask for it I dont get it. I expressed my dissatisfaction and he said he would look for the manager and send him up front. No one showed up and I had to move y car, so I left.I posted my negative review and the response was essentially so sad, too bad.The situation could have easily been disarmed by making up the difference either with a credit or car wash coupon. Instead they lost a long-time customer.Unfortunately, I have noticed that many young business managers allow ego to dictate their business actions rather than common sense customer satisfaction.

Overpriced. My car still had spots on the interior they didn’t even take there time. It’s like they rush you to get the next car out. This place is all about quantity over quality. If you have a a nice car I recommend you take it to Belvidere car wash, where they hand dry it nicely and actually take there time making sure QUALITY is shown in there work!

They need to take their time I still had things on the floor that couldve been vacuumed up the windows look smeared on the inside.

I purchased the interior package and then after I left I wiped down the inside of my vehicle.

Why are the guys not wiping down the outside of the cars??? There is no exposure to them since they are not getting into the cars. Auto wash has included this and I believe could be reinstated and put the guys back to work.

The front windshield was still dirty. Paid 35.00 dollars for the interior vinyl areas to be cleaned. Bad job. Still have lots of areas that didnt get cleaned. Will be taking my car back on Monday. See if they make it right. I noticed your response to negative reviews is always the same. I have or had a problem an wonder what you are going to do about it.

Asked for an interior deep cleaning (04Buick), and he did a great job. One gentleman cleaned, detailed, scrubbed, and vacuumed my entire vehicle. These folks work hard for their money. Only cost $40. The waiting area is clean, dry and air conditioned.

Is not Octopus anymore and nobody inside to help you. No more fun greeting cards to browse through while waiting for your vehicle to be washed. Costs $35 for a wash with undercarriage, wheels cleaned and vacuumed. Special wax sprayed and my entire car was pink and blue at one point. I think there is no shortage of soap usage. In the end car was clean but I still had drip spots and needed a better vacuuming. I miss Octopus and I am not alone.

Good car wash. definitely the best one around as far as the actual car being washed. the customer service was what you would expect i guess. polite staff, helpful, informative, some have a i hate this job attitude but like i said as to be expected. unfortunately i had only been going there during covid so i never got a chance to experience their inside detailing services. honestly the reason i gave it 4 stars is because i got the one month unlimited car wash but they had advertised the store hours wrong so i was unaware that they closed at 6pm and most of the time thats when im home from work. anyway, 4 stars it is.

It was a busy friday before Christmas with a huge line of cars, but I gotta say those boys were hustling to get everyone in and out. I was in and out in less than 8 minutes!!! As always, a job well done!

Thay still use a lot of manual labor in vacuuming, washing windows inside and out, and drying exterior. A little pricey but a good value overall. Worth a few minutes extra wait tine.

Horrible management since the new owners. Mister is not the same service, price, or management. The manager is cutting services in order to get more cars in and out in a faster time. On two separate visits I left highly unsatisfied with portions of my car still dirty. The manager even stopped the worker from cleaning my tires. Just horrible.

No wipe down anymore. If service diminish the price should. Not as much soap as before.

Senior ripoff! I came on Wednesday and was charged $18. Although I did not specifically ask for the senior discount I did question the price but the attendant said “That is the price.”’ I asked in the office if the senior discount was no longer offered and got a song and dance that they did not want to offend people by asking if they are a senior. I think the truth is closer to‘ let’s not offer the senior discount and if they don’t ask, then that is more money for us.’ After some discussion, them person in the office said someone would meet me up front and he would take care of me. I waited but no one showed up so I left. If this is how they chose to conduct their business I will not be back.

Really nice people that work here. The exterior only washes start at $6 and are solid. Full-service washes get pricey. They also have full multiple-hour detailing services. Theyll dry your car after the wash which is awesome for those 20º days. I bought a unlimited monthly wash package and really enjoy it. This is was touch wash with the spinny things. Def recommend.

Honestly, for the price I paid, (26)I didnt see an improvement from the Octopus Car Wash. Only a price increase with a different inside walk through. Not much changed. Just the price. Sorry.

Too expensive and the not clean up

Fair car wash. $29.99 for Platinum and they could not get all of the bug gunk off of the front end or windshield... and it was not busy. I should mention that I was able to get most off in ~ 5 min with a damp paper towel. The quality is not worth the price. Service is pretty good- staff are friendly, just wish the quality of their work met the price of the service.

I travel to Rockford about 1 x month. I usually stop into Mister Car Wash for a good cleaning. This last time on 3/9 around 2pm-ish, paid for the Silver package, full service cleaning. Somehow, they forgot the interior. When I was driving away I noticed a few missed spots on the dash board and door handle. I returned and told them I thought the interior was missed. The first attendant (younger dark haired guy) I came in contact with was so courteous, sincerely apologized and send they will get me right in to get this resolved. I then drove to the front and was put in contact with Quintrell. Quintrell said he would personally handle the cleaning of the car and resolve this to perfection. He did just that! He took his time and detailed my car to wonderfully. He is a GREAT team member at Mister Car Wash. Even though there was a problem with skipping the interior, the resolution process with Quintrell made up for it and turned a negative into a positive. I will return because of the professionalism and effort from both of the team members I encountered. :)

Got the 20$ per month membership of unlimited carwashes for the winter ! Love it!!!! Everyone should get it its sooooo worth it! Washes all the salt off under your vehicle. I go 2times a week :)

Hands down the best Car Wash in the area. This happens to be a nationwide franchise, which I was kind of uncertain about at first, until I decided to try it for myself. The car wash was very professional starting at the two guys(salesman) they had set up at the front to greet you. As you pull through to the vacuum section I noticed they had a manager in this area to ensure that each job is done with integrity. The interior was totally remodeled from the previous local car wash that had been there for years. They offer free pop corn and coffee to their clients, the store front wasnt overwhelming with point of purchase and even the hall way to the front pickup location was swept, which is hard to believe with everyone stuffing popcorn in their mouths on the way to the pickup area. The waiting area had leather couches and another coffee location just in case you need a refill. All the way to the end this was a professional class act. They have done what McDonalds did for burgers to the car wash industry. I purchased the unlimited wash package and go several times a week.

This is the 2nd car wash Ive joined since being in Rockford, the 1st my van was damaged, because the truck jump off the rails. I like the fact that I can drive my vehicle in and stay in while the van is being washed, however you can do a much better job drying the vehicle off.

Starting to think their phone is broken since they don’t answer. My friend and I both tried calling with no luck so we finally decided maybe we should leave a voicemail and hope they get back to us but of course the mail box is full so thanks for absolutely nothing.
