The staff at the front desk is amazing! They are helpful and always apologetic when theres a short wait. Vette and Quay are always friendly and eager to give a hello no matter the day. Always a pleasure to stop in my local post office! My carrier at home is also a pleasure. She always says hello and goes out of her way to deliver my packages to my door (which is a far way from the street). Great staff...they need a raise!

Lucky to get our mail if we get anything at all. Bills have been late packages have been lost other mail delivered to god-knows-where and yet they take no responsibility for other than to say it was delivered to the wrong address. The worst customer service Ive ever seen.

Been to this location many times. Occasionally a little wait but staff are friendly, helpful and do their best to get you taken care of and on your way. Good experiences so far x 6+ visits to send out packages.

Nice staff. Vette was friendly and handled all the services connected to me obtaining a P.O box. As I was being assisted I noticed the other Mailing Clerk Quay ( I am not sure if I spelled her name correctly) apologized to each customer if she observed there was a long line. Vette and Quay helped each customer move along efficiently.

I had an issue years ago at the office. However my carrier takes care to notify and or deliver my packages, she takes the time and looks out for things not right IE porch pirates. For those people that have issues just remember there used to be a term “going postal” don’t judge unless you have walked in those shoes.

Almost every delivery, that is a Smartpost delivery originated via UPS/FedEx, is CONSTANTLY delivered to the incorrect address. I had over 5 or more packages delivered to the address on the another street. Thank goodness I have honest neighbors. When I reported this, for starters, the initial lady who left me a message was not friendly and I received a lack luster call back from another one. Very disappointing service. However, on the other hand.... the staff at The Commons on Cherry Road. LOVE THEM! They provide AWESOME customer service! Theyre my favorite location.

I agree with Beau. This post office needs to put in self service machines. There is plenty of room, there were machines there at one time, but the manager of this post office has no clue why they were removed after talking with him. The staff at the front are wonderful, but at busy times and during holidays, customers should not have to stand in line 20-25 minutes to mail a package that could have been mailed using a kiosk in 2-3 minutes. The manager needs to look into getting the kiosks back in place and stop with excuses that make no sense.

I have not been impressed with this post office and have stopped going there. USPS should be privatized for better service. I dont have the same issues with other locations but no longer trust this one.

Beware of this post office. Not customer friendly, the staff, and especially the manager Steve McNulty. Paid $26.35 to overnight a document to deliver to residential address, which they never attempted to deliver, but was left at post office for pickup, 7 miles away. When communicated to manager, he could care less, seemed annoyed, and said we are living in hard time.

Before you waste your time - there’s no stamp kiosk. I waited in line 15-20 minutes to purchase one stamp. The manager walks up to me in front of everyone after seeing that I’m looking around for something, and advises me that I “should have bought a book of Forever stamps and I wouldn’t be standing in line.” I informed him that I’d just used up the last of my Forever stamps and was one short when sending out mail, so his “advice” wasn’t really helpful. A customer in line next to me asked why there was no stamp kiosk, to which he replied, “I don’t know. It was removed prior to my arrival.” ??? We stood there amazed that we were given that as an answer. Shouldn’t it be your job as a postal office manager to know, or find out why, there’s no stamp kiosk at your location? Aside from this customer service at the counter is good here, I’ll say that.

Need to keep an eye on the drivers. one of the drivers ran a stop sign almost hit me and almost t boned another car trying to get back to the facility little ridiculous that they were willing to injure someone just so they could get off. drivers vehicle number 0234082

The people that work at the front are nice and have great customer service. The people in the back, however, are incompetent. And the lady with the glasses and MUSTACHE in the back, is just plain RUDE.As far as mail being delivered to my home, Ive never had so many issues with the mail being put in the WRONG box. Reba the mail lady shouldnt be a mail carrier if she cant do her job correctly. Mistakes are being made way too frequently and its ridiculous. She put my package in the parcel BUT put the parcel key and notice in someone elses mailbox. Are you kidding me!!? Thankfully my neighbor brought the package over to me and didnt steal it! Not to mention this woman has taken it upon herself to note that our mailbox was VACANT when it wasnt. We had to go to the post office and run around like chickens with our heads cut off to locate our mail! Issue after issue. Plain ridiculous.

The carrier is not bringing the packages to the door or even making an attempt knowing someone is in the home. The carrier is sending a notification that the mail has been delivered when it was not

I have had multiple problems with my carrier and have had no luck when complaining to the Postmaster. List packages, mail never bring deliver or silvered to the wrong mailbox. Apparently this is acceptable.

Love the employees at the front of PO - but whoever works on forwarding or holding mail doesnt follow directions. My mail was to be forwarded, I received nothing at forward address - all my mail was returned to sender as problem with address. Then when asked for mail to be held - all mail was again returned to sender as problem with address. Made of mess of my bills, charge accounts, etc. Not sure how to fix this as I followed all written requests per PO policy but the rules seem to be ignored by the people that work there.

First of all let me state that I take all my mail to the post office, because I dont trust any mail leaving out from my home mail box. I have never had any problems for over ten plus years using this post office to send out my mail, until recently. I have mailed out three different letters at different times over the past months and none have made it to their destinations. The last letter I sent out was a Birthday card for a special friend and its been over a week now and there has been no sign of the card what so ever! Im very upset and angry about all this now and I have a feeling Im not the only one this has happened to. But, you can best believe it wont happen to me again because I will no longer be using this post office for ANYTHING what so ever! I do believe that the USPS has some crooks working for them!

I can truly say the people at the post office behind the desk are helpful but the lady that delivers mail to Stonehaven Pointe apartments sucks. I have lived at this residence for a year and still have not received my packages on time because I live on the 3rd floor. I should not have to go to the post office 10 mins from my house to collect my packages. This is the 6th time I will have to go pickup my own packages. Oh and I’m always at home so you all can’t use that excuse for no delivery.

Our carrier constantly makes us have to go to the Post office to get official mail. I guess waiting 20 seconds for me at my door is an inconvenience to them, so they take that 20 seconds to pre-write the sorry we missed you note to just drop everything on my door stepTheyll ateast ring your doorbell.

They should have a choice for 0 stars.. worse customer service ever.. Jan, Margaret, Todd... none will return your call.. My mail was being returned to sender, because someone was too lazy to deliver apparently. The matter is now in the hands of Congressman Normans office... this place needs ALL NEW employees... clean house!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The worst customer service ever!!! I called up to the post office because my mail had been opened & the entire bottom half of my letter (which was from my bank) had been torn off. The lady told me she couldnt tell me who delivered the mail, & its not their problem. She claimed it came from the warehouse. I asked why they would still deliver the mail if it had clearly been opened (the envelope could not be closed so they put it in a clear post office pouch.) she said because it was still deliverable. I told her that I would get the police involved & she said ok, very nonchalant.

If I could give them a negative I would it. I call them to find out if they still had my certified mail and they said yes; so here I come driving over 50 miles one way got to the post office and they said we dont have it that is some bushit. That is why I call before taking the drive.

This is supposed to be a place of business but instead of calling and notifying the customer that they possible couldnt find their address and maybe asking them to come in and pick it up they do what they want to do with someone elses package then not only that the package was dillevered a 2nd time and they refuse to ship it. Its very sad for people to depend on yall to get gifts and ANY kind of mail out because you making them look bad when Indeed their was someone at the house at all times and we even took turn being out in the cold waiting mail people past of several times and not once did Anyone ask was this the address yall shouldnt even get a 1 star but I had to hit 1 in order to express the rudeness and unprofessionalism that yall have showed.

Constantly does not deliver my mail. Has lost my property due to incompetence. Forces me to pick up mail at office, wasting my time and gas due to inability to do their jobs they are paid for. This has happened reoccuringly since I lived in Rock Hill. They do not seem to anticipate correcting this issue.

Instead of knocking on doors when you have an item you need to sign for mail carriers just stick a note in your mailbox and make you go get it yourself. Also if you track your items it will say out for delivery for days (up to week) before you actually get it.
