Dont waste your time here. Call R&L Carriers. They offer lift gate service at your door! Fastenal absolutely would not help me with my shipment! One star is to higher rating for them !!!!!

Poor customer service; if you don’t have account with (that location) they can’t serve you?

Man these guys couldn’t find a clue in a crossword puzzle.... NEVER have anything you’re looking for! Bins empty if your most common fasteners! Employees have NO clue what they are looking for. I mean come on no idea what a 1/4-28 nut is??? No one that knows how to do a return on duty. That location would be an awesome place for a place that sells nuts and bolts!

This place does not even try to help customers.
