The owner of this business is an honest and good person, which is hard to come by in this industry. Respect and honesty with the customer are at the top of his priorities, and he makes that true.He mistakenly gave me a lower price for the part to fix my TV than what it truly costed, but he honored that lower price because he told me that. Quick service on my TV and he even helped me to load it in my vehicle.Would bring any electronic that needs repaired to Gerald and trust him with it.

Fixed my LG TV in a professional manner. Eliminating the flashing on and off. Fair and reasonable.

The main terminals on main circuit board of my hot tub had shorted out and burned off of the board. They replaced it and made the board better than new and saved me $250 over buying a replacement board. I am very happy with their service. Our hot tub is now HOT!

I had an issue with my HDMI TV port and brought it to Mr. Rodgers for repair. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family. He is very knowledgeable, honest, professional, pleasant and accommodating. He repaired my TV while I waited, and more importantly at a very reasonable price. My thirteen month old Samsung 65 inch HDTV died totally. Gerry replaced the main power supply board with a new factory unit $250.00. Works perfectly and I bet it will last more than thirteen months. Prompt, professional and friendly.

I paid $138.00 for a diagnostic. Gerald called the next day and said it would be $500.00 for the parts and and asked if he could recycle the TV. I said yes, but the next day checked and found a main board and power board for way less money. He said he had already destroyed the TV so I paid $138.00 for nothing. I couldnt even get my TV back.

They were very honest with what my options were and very fair on pricing. And very knowledgeable. Not impersonal like the big boxes.

Owner Gerald is just a Top Shelf Guy, he went out of his way to make sure our TV was fixed correctly and on time within the timeline he promised us. No doubt in the level of service and repair he provided because he took the time our questions with detailed answers. This is our new repair guy for all our electronic needs.

Gerald is a total rip off!!! Please do not take your tv or anything here!!!! We had to call the police to get our tv back!!!! Now i have to take him to courtHe basically stole my tv and charged me 85 dollars to do it. He fixied my tv without my permission when he told me he would call me and let me know whats wrong with it and if it needed a circuit board. He never called just fixed it and said i owed him 350 on top of the 85 i gave him. Then says hes just gonna sell my tv for the cost of bill .... then today he called me threatening me about this Google review saying im slandering his company and name and hes taking me to court. Dont be ripping people off buddy... and we can voice the facts

If I could leave less stars I would!!! This guy is trying to rip me off!! He told me he would find out what was wrong with my tv $85 for labor no matter what and he would call us to let us know first. Ok sure so we pay that. For The Whole day we didn’t hear anything. My husband calls he’s like oh yeah I got it fixed it’s going to be $350 huh???? Like you was supposed to call and let us know before. We’re like we don’t want a $500 tv fixed for now over $400 it’s 3 years old. We was thinking maybe if it was just a quick fix or we would get a new one. He now says he’s keeping the tv until we pay. So he’s stealing my tv and talking about selling it for himself!!! After he didn’t even let us know what was going on. Having to call the police to get it back in the shape it was we hope!!!

Have taken everything from TVs, to speakers, to electric heaters for him to fix. His turnaround time was phenomenal as well as the workmanship, this is why year after year when our electronics need repair we always take them here. 5 star service !!!

The owner Mr. Rogers is a very knowledgeable guy and Christian man that works very hard to please his customers. He goes above and beyond to find the most affordable repair options for you and if he feels that it will cost to much to have your television repaired he is honest and upfront and doesnt try to work you out your money. I am grateful that I found this place and I will trust him in repairing any of my damaged electronics in the future. Great place !!

I took my Samsung TV to him in February to be fixed. He charged me an 85.00 fee( which I see others didn’t pay that much) . I continually call and sometimes I got a call back or sometimes I did not. Everything I talk to him (twice) he said the part is coming in the next week from the manufacture. I still haven’t anything since July. He is a master at putting someone off to gain more time.

Were hit by lightning that fried four TVs and two computers. Mr. Rodgers was very helpful to get over the hurdles the Insurance Company placed in our way for a settlement.

Not only did I get great service but I also got an invitation to church and a word from God now theres not many places you can go and in encounter the feeling of God in a building thats not a church. I love this place got a lot of tv for sale and hes the TV Whispers for repairs
