I made a call to see if he could possibly repair my laptop. I respect him being honest enough to tell me what needed in order to get my laptop repaired. Although he couldnt help me this time, I would most definitely refer his business to others.

I had no computer sound output from my desktop and the video card seemed noisy. Took the box to Brian for a check up. He examined it and now there is sound and no other issues. He didnt want any payment since the job was so minor. Hes very knowledgeable and personable to boot! Ive found my computer resource. We are new to the area. Best Buy and the FBI were not in consideration obviously.

My 6 yr. old HP Slimline desktop gave me a message that Failure of the hard drive was imminent. I thought that I had properly copied my documents and photos from the failing PC, but turns out I had not. Brian was able to retrieve ALL of my documents and photos from the old PC and copy them to my new Dell Inspiron. Brian was very knowledge with several other items in regard to the new PC. He helped me with Windows 8 on the new PC also. I highly recommend him and his pricing was very reasonable.

I took my dead computer there after I had cleaned and killed it. He took the time immediately to look at it and found the problem in ten minutes. He tried to charge me nothing, but I gave him enough to at least cover lunch. Great place in my experience.

Brian knows his stuff, hes both efficient and very reasonable, charged me literally half what others had quoted for the same repair, then cut his price even further when he wasnt able to fix my problem because of a burnt-out motherboard, hes both very honest and very good.
