The stylist informed us repeatedly that she would not be responsible for the blow out during to the humidity outside. She made reference to coming back another time. It is always hot and humid in SC unless its January. She made my daughter very uncomfortable. Then the stylist added we needed to sign a consent form for liability. Its a hair salon not Sky Zone. It became even more uncomfortable for my daughter so we did not continue with the services. Paid for wash and condition and left. The stylist was probably very challenged with the hair texture my daughter has. Probably unable to provide the service we requested. Never again, very disappointed!
My stylist was wonderful she did my hair just exactly the way I wanted her to. Even though she was running that store all by herself not one other employee. Will definitely return for her to keep it trimmed up
I’ve taken my Grandma here before but yesterday was trying on our patience. We made an appointment for opening time and we got there and it wasn’t open. The hair dresser showed up after 20 mins and she had no help. I understand things happen but why only schedule one opener? The service my Grandma received was great no complaints there. The only thing I noticed that lacks at the place is a designated receptionist. I feel this would make things run smoother if they had a dedicated receptionist instead of all the hairdressers trying to juggle that and their clients at the same time.

My mother likes to get her cut here, but on one visit she was told that they were taking appointments, then the next time, they were not taking appointments. They said their opening time was 9 am, so I always get her there before they open and today, but today they were open earlier and told it would be after lunch sometime.Theyre either shorthanded, irresponsible, understaffed or erratic with their scheduling and operating hours.Im not sure how they even stay open!!Go somewhere else is the best advice I can offer you!!!
NEVER AGAIN! i called before coming to ask price for a wash and blow dry, was told $14. came in store and was not greeted stood for about 2 minutes. finally asked what i needed said wash and blow dry (NOT STRAIGHTENED, JUST BLOW DRY) was asked if i was natural said yes, was told it would be around $36 because of length my hair reaches the back of my neck barley and 2 hours!!! for a blow dry and wash, mind you i was told $14 earlier. clearly everyone needs to get on the same accord. there was also someone sitting down and i guess did not want to help me.
Ive been getting the same chemical treatment (same company and products... brand and all) for three years now and Ive never been so dissatisfied with my service. First, the beautician was late to her shift. I was told that my simple treatment and blow dry should have me out by 1pm so I could make it to my students graduation. No apology was given for her being late. The hour I was told it would take ended up taking two. She made me sign that Id pay at the end...as if she could tell would complain? None of the other five customers I watched sit in other chairs had to sign anything before their service. When I told her what she needed to do with my hair for it to come out decent, she questioned me and insisted on doing it her way as if I hadnt told her that I know my hair (I know what have worked and hadnt worked from past beauticians). I told the beautician that Im tender headed and shed need to be gentle with me. A tear literally rolled down my face from her constantly beating my head with the brush during every stroke. Not only did I cry from her being so rough, she dripped product on me twice, no apologies. She spoke no more than five sentences to me the entire time I was in her chair. She burned my face with the chemicals, no apologies...she just gave me burn cream after I had to ask for something to help with the burn. She told me thank you for coming in as if she was being forced to speak to me and reading from a manual. Im beating myself up that I still tipped her after all of that. Im still going to return because I know that this is unusual service and I usually leave happy... Im just asking to not sit in Shays chair...anyone but her.
I got the worst cut ever here. So disappointed 😔 I feel like the stylist should have been honest with me and herself about her limitations now Im stuck with it until it grows out some.
Are the stylists at this place blind drunks? My nephew just showed up looking like Ray Charles on the needle took a weed eater to his head! Are you guys hiring? I have no experience whatsoever and I can clearly see that it doesnt matter. What credentials are required for employment? Im sure I am over qualified because I can literally see!
