Went here to get my undercut fixed... Keisha was my stylist. She was very professional and did a GREAT job fixing the disaster super cut calls a haircut. I was nervous but as soon as I saw Keisha, I knew my hair problems were solved! So happy I got her today she is amazing!!!

First time ever at sport clips and it was great. I followed my friend Bre there because she is the only one I trust to trim my beard. Hands down she is the best ever.

They do a great job even with the thickest of hair. A mistake was made and I did not notice it on my son until we left. However upon calling the manager and explaining what had occurred she quickly rectified the problem and offered to make it right. Excellent customer service which is quite rare nowadays. I will continue taking my boys nobody is perfect it’s how the situation is handled that makes the difference and they did it right !!!!

Walked in at like 6:30 asked if they accepted walk ins and they acted very rude and unprofessional and didn’t give me a good customer experience... will not be going here again

Arrived at 3 PM like the app said but 3 of the 4 stylists dissapeared for 45+ minutes. After a small mutiny in the lobby, the lone stylist begged 2 of the other 3 stylists to come back and start cutting hair again. I almost felt bad for the lone stylist as the other 3 obviously didnt give a $hit. This location has always been bad though.

Will not be going back here my wife took our three kids iv had there hair cut here before with never a issue and always great hair cuts this time was different the people was rude to my wife my sons hair looks like someone carved a line down the side of his head like who calls this a good hair cut now im going to have to pay again for someone to fix his hair right i always tipped good guess people dont know how to take pride in there work anymore

Was actually one of the best looking haircuts Ive had in years.

They always do a fantastic job cutting my hair and have rarely fallen short of what I asked them to do. The one missing star (I rated 4/5) is because it is pretty expensive. Granted they are the best around, but when the next step down is only about 11 before tip while this is 20 before tip, that seems like quite the price hike. But, again to their credit, they are the best in town that Ive found.

A little pricey for a mens buzz cut, however, the service is excellent and well trained, and friendly. They are well knowledgeable about the products they carry but dont push sales. I have been a customer since the first area Franchise opened in Manchester Village. Allie was my Stylist for 11- 12 years before her promotion. I miss her dearly, but there are plenty of other choices.Just one thing, I wish that be they stocked a few shave products. I use a shave soap and brush to lather and no one local carries a quality, decent priced selection of soap. .Thanks for what you do!B L Hughes

From the moment I walked in the door and was greeted I had a pleasant experience. The wait was an hour at this point but the convenience of having a bar next door helped! Cody was very pleasant and engaging just this right amount. She made sure to ask how I was along with how I liked my haircut. I’ve been to other sport clips around the country that weren’t this calm and relaxed. I almost fell asleep during the MVP treatment! I will definitely be going back to this location and requesting Cody! Nice job SportClips Newport!

My family has been a customer of the Sport Clips on Old York Road in Rock Hill, SC since the store opened. While I havent submitted a survey previously, I wanted to take a moment to express my complete satisfaction. Today I received service from Melinda. Melinda is a special cosmetologist. I have four sons and while she usually cuts their hair - I was her customer today. Needless to say, she did a great job! However, you should be aware that Melinda does more than cut hair. I have always noticed that she strives to have a real relationship with not just her client but with each and everyone who comes through the door. She makes it a point to know customers by name and to reference specific details about their family and/or personal life. She is very sincere and certainly successful and I dont think I need to point out how desirable this is for your business. Furthermore, while I do recognize the typical turnover in this location, this Core Group of senior employees (Melinda, Amanda & others) really work as a TEAM to indoctrinate new employees and seem to feed off each other to facilitate a positive atmosphere & experience for the customer. Fast service, great customer service, hairdresser was very attentive to my son’s haircut and made sure she cut it exactly how I wanted it. Great communication and was very informative to products I had inquired about. Enjoyed this location more than other sport clips I’ve been to. Highly recommended :)

I really enjoyed this place. Because I was a first time customer, I got the MVP add on and I was quite pleased and relaxed. My cosmetologist was very skilled and easy to talk to. Loved the atmosphere. They were raising money for charity, made sure no one was waiting too long, and top notch and sanitary service!

Great place for a guy to get a haircut! VIP is a must have. Gorgeous women running their fingers throw your hair and giving you a message... sign me up! A little of a wait though, well worth it. To save time get the app and sign in before you get there.

One of the best haircutting experiences I have had in quite some time. Timely service. Excellent cut. Careful attention to ancillary issues, such as eyebrows, ears and neck. Particularly impressed by the post-cut shampoo/scalp massage. Will make sport clips my go-to whenever possible.

Brenda was amazing with both of my boys! She was so patient with my 3 year old and did a great job following his moving head and then distracting him in conversation. He ended up being more still than we have ever seen him! Our 10 year old felt like a celebrity with the VIP treatment and said when he is rich and famous one day he wants to hire her to be his personal stylist

This was my first visit to this Sports Clips. Im a new resident to Rock Hill SC.I ask for a hair cut and then asked Andhra did she know how to trim a mustache, she answered yes. She did the haircut, mustache and just cleaned me up. The best complement is that my wife was very happy with her work.Thank you, Ill be back

I love Sports Clips Newport. I have used Amanda C for the past few years. Yesterday I took my son to have his hair cut. He was looking shaggy and needed cleaned up. I checked in on line, picked Amanda C and let her work her magic. He wanted a mid fade with a hard part line. She did a zero on the sides and faded him up. My man left looking and feeling like a boss.

I shied away from Sports Clips recently, mainly due to the unknown wait times that accompanied every visit. They recently added an online check-in process that worked perfectly. I signed in, checked the wait time and left my house accordingly. You can even see the wait times for your favorite stylists or choose first available. I arrived on time, walked into a busy waiting area and was promptly greeted by the stylist that I selected online. It was an impressive process that worked exactly as it was intended. Lacey was my stylist and she was awesome. She knew from my profile exactly how I like my hair cut and she did a super job. If it works like this every time, I will have no reason to look elsewhere to get a quality cut and excellent experience. Thanks Sports Clips and Lacey!

The hairdressers were very attentive, friendly and efficient. Great experience! I used the app and got a text notification that our turn would be in approx. 10 min. My son and got there about 12 minutes later only to wait 30 more minutes. That was a little annoying, but is more a reflection on the app/text than the actual business.

Great job by Rain and Katie.The ladies there always take pride in their work.It was my 10 yr old son’s first time there looking for a specific style and Rain did a excellent job. He was very happy.

Lexy cut all three of my boys hair and did a great job. She was thorough and they absolutely loved being treated to the MVP special for first timers. My oldest kept asking me to feel [his] face after the steam towel treatment. :) All three of them were giddy about the shoulder massage. We will definitely go back!

I drive 30 miles to get my haircut here. The place is clean. The entire staff is very friendly.Hailee is my personal choice. Great personality and fun to talk to but most importantly great at her job. Very easy on the eyes too. I just talked myself into finding out when she is on call again writing this review.

Had a good first time experience at this sports clips, and Cody who did my hair cut was very good at what she did. Also being my first time, I was given the MVP, and it was very good. Cody gave me the options I had before going for the trim and also told me the clippers size I would have to use for the shave I wanted. Overall the experience was awesome.

It truly had been 10-12 years since I had gone somewhere and paid to have a hair cut. My wife has cut for me. Our clippers were acting up and she didnt feel like doing it so I went to Sports Clips. Horrible experience having my teenagers hair cut. They offered nothing to make it right. The stylist was NOT concerned with the outcome of her work, and did not ask enough questions prior to my sons cut, to know how he wanted it cut. My son and I will never visit Sport Clips again.

I have been coming to this location for years. Susan, Amanda, Katie, Marie, Cody and the rest of the ladies are absolutely fantastic! They are all very knowledgeable and experienced. I highly recommend this location.

Been going here for about a year now, have yet to receive a bad hair cut. Of course I get what’s most popular but they stylists know how to cut it the right way. This place is way better than great clips. You get what you pay for.

Totally disagree with the previous review. The ladies here are very professional and do their best to get to you in a timely manner. The reason why there can be a wait sometimes is because they are very good. Everybody goes there for a reason! I pay the extra buck because I appreciate great customer service and friendly employees.

Amanda C is the absolute best. This place is usually busy so I check in online. I have used other stylists there as well and haircut was great but Amanda C loves her work, is so detailed and it shows.

Showed up without an appointment. After a short wait, my son and I were both ushered back for great haircuts. Rain and Brenda took great care of us.

Go during the week, the weekends have crazy wait times due to covid.

They gave my 2 boys the exact haircut they wanted. They were very nice and welcoming. We wont go anywhere else to ge their haircut.

I have had problems with their app not working. I called ahead today to see if they could get me in. I was told to sign in with the app, to which I told her didnt work. She told me that I would have to sign in in person because they cant sign anyone in by phone, but that they could definitely get me in. On arrival, I was told that they were booked and that I should have signed in by phone if the app wasnt working. I drove almost 45 minutes to get a haircut because Megan told me to come on in... I will not be back. Very unprofessional.
