Use the app to check in because this place is almost always busy and Erica seems to have a large clientele, but she is absolutely worth it. Personable, professional and makes sure that you leave with the cut that you want. Thats why this has been my shop for the past two years.

I take my 3 boys where all the time. They always do great work. The wait can be long so we check in online.

Love this place, tried several bad haircuts until I tried here and never looked back. My hair has come back since I lost it with cancer so I care very much about my cuts and I can trust that Erica will nail it everytime.

Neat and clean place. Staff was good. If it is your first time ever at sports clip, they will make you to register yourself and you will get a free MVP massage which includes a head shower, warm towel for face and a shoulder massage.

I went here for my son and they went above and beyond! His hair cut is so cute. Also, they have a laid back atmosphere that is great for kids.

This is the absolute worst franchise of a haircutting business in the entirety of the country. Made an appointment 2 hours ahead of time for a specific employee. Showed up 5 minutes early and checked in, waited another hour and a half to receive a text saying my appointment was cancelled. Person I asked to cut my hair finished her shift and walked out. If you are planning to go to a sports clips CLEAR YOUR SCHEDULE for the rest of the day that is not an exaggeration.

I’ve been going to sports clips for years and I just had the best experience at this location. Erica gave me the best haircut I’ve ever had. She was very detailed, and, to boot, the conversation was awesome and not forced at all. Cudos to Erica!

Beth cut my hair yesterday, and has been cutting it for the better part of a year now. I normally see her in the Tega Cay store, but saw her in the Rock Hill store this time. I got the MVP, which is what I nearly always get. I enjoy the hot face towel and shampoo. We skipped the neck and shoulder massage yesterday.Beth did an outstanding job again yesterday, as always. I know it was outstanding not only because it looked great to me, and the MVP treatment was relaxing, but because my wife closely inspects my hair when I get home as if Im a kid, and she doesnt mince words if she doesnt like it. She told me Beth did a fantastic job...again!Big fan!

The hairdresser Erica is such an amazing hair stylist. She is easy to speak to and she conveys herself with the utmost of clarity. If anyone decides to go here and get their haircut then ask for Erica, I dont know her last name but her ethnicity is Puerto Rican; I think. I hope my description helps

Great Place! The service and atmosphere was great. When I walked through the door, I signed in and right away I was getting my hair cut. I was in and out quickly. The staff was nice, pretty, proficient and they were plenty of them to meet the demand. I enjoyed watching sports, and the conversation. It was an enjoyable experience as usual, I just about asked for a beer:)

Worst haircut I’ve gotten in my entire life. Should focus less on hot towels and decorations and more on hiring people who can cut hair. I brought a picture of myself and said this is what I want. I just want a little trim. That somehow turned into not only my hair being cut the shortest it’s ever been but also patchy. I left the name of the workers off as personally attacking them was not the point of this post.

To be perfectly honest, I probably just had the best haircut experience Ive ever had. Riley had perfect suggestions for my hair. She made me feel comfortable in conversation and she took very good care of me while I was there. Very much appreciated! Im never this excited about my hair being cut, very well done.

This was my son’s first professional haircut and even though he was a bit scared in the chair our hairdresser, Angie was very calm and patient with him. He loved his cut and big smiles in the end. She did a great job and will definitely go back with him. Overall great experience, interior is very clean and my son enjoyed the sports theme. Wait time to be seen was only about 10 minutes, which is totally fine! However, I was just in there to have my 4 yo hair cut. 4 guard on side and clean it up on top. Took 45 min from start to finish! The haircut itself isnt even good, either. Very choppy on top, lines on the sides you can see, and the edges were not cleaned up. His hairdresser was so sweet, and I think she was still learning. However, I’ll not be going back.

Upon checking out, I had realized that I left my debit card in my truck which was parked out front 20 yards away from the front door. I asked politely if it was okay for me to go get my debit card, I was greeted by being followed out of the store to make sure I didn’t “run off”, I was treated very poorly. What a joke one customer you guys have had for years is now gone. But I still left a nice tip for the rude hair stylist.

Rock Hill Sport Clips is very organized, clean and professional. Riley did everything to make sure I had an excellent experience. Paced herself asking all the right questions to make sure I got the cut and style I expected. She explained the products and services to ensure I was comfortable throughout my visit. Actually no pun intended, but Sports Clips is always a “cut above” the rest. I was caught out of town and needed a cut badly. I usually go to the Burlington, NC location while working up there during the week and it is always a good experience. However, kudos to Rock Hill for an even better experience. Riley was great and the rest of the staff was very engaging. It’s always special when you get great service and you can tell the staff enjoys their work environment. I’ll definitely be back. I dont ever leave reviews but what tf did I do to get half my head shaved, I said, low fade none off the top cause its my first time there and to try it out Ill give them the easiest request. Bruh nope. I cant see without my glasses and I was turned from the mirror so I couldnt see if I wanted. I was playing it safe with just a fade, there aint no fade NOWHERE, I didnt even hear her change guards she just ran that up halfway up my head, DONT GO HERE, honestly fire that blonde lady she looked nervous and awkward like they pulled her from the street and gave her some clippers, Ive always wanted to try wearing hats and this just gave me the perfect opportunity to start

I had my hair cut at a different location for the past 6 yrs, but have move across town. Thought I’d go back to my usual, but time wouldn’t allow for it. So I signed in online at this location hoping for a decent stylist. Wow! They were grrreat! I won’t have to drive back across town to get my haircut! Traveling from Ohio. Use Sports Clips there, so I Googled and found this one in Rock Hill, SC.I walked right in and signed in. I was greeted immediately and told I could go right back to a chair for my cut. There were already 3-4 guys getting cut. Plenty of staff. Friendly, courteous and good at what she does! I always get the MVP yet was in and out in 30 minutes. Excellent!!!

I typically go to Sport Clips of Tega Cay, but I happened to be in Rock Hill so I said why the heck not stop and check out this one, as I needed a haircut? The check-in on the app was quick like and the haircut was on point. I saw a young lady named Brooke and she did an outstanding job. I even got a free wash and hot towel as it was my first time at this location. Add to that, they give a military/veteran discount, so you cant beat it. Ill definitely be back!

When I do get to go, I shouldnt be there that long because, I dont have that much to cut. This particular time, I got a girl that seemed to be in training. She worked on my hair and worked on until the manager had to come and finish it up. Between the both, they gave me a good cut but, like I said earlier, I dont have that much to cut lol. My sons and I had an appointment but we still were there for almost an hour. I do like your establishment and I will be back but, shouldnt the technicians already be trained and know what they are doing prior them being hired?

Zharia was exceptional in her attention to detail and precision. I really only want her cutting my hair now. She is a smiling face and friendly personality that made the experience go above just good to amazing! I recommend Zharia if you’re looking for more than than just your average haircut!!

Tiffany was fantastic. She did a great job cutting my hair while making me feel welcome. She was extremely courteous and polite and a pleasure to be around. The lady that cut my daughter’s hair she knew exactly what she was doing, I never been at SportsClip cause is I thought it was only for men n young boys, but I was wrong, she was so nice, the entire staff was so nice and courteous they great me as soonest I got inside the store. The sylist did a great job. One of the stylist who cut my oldest sons hair needs to smile more. She kind of made us feel like we cut her break short or something. Will not use her again. The one who did my youngest ones did fantastic. She was great with my son and smiled constantly and made him feel comfortable!

I have gotten a haircut here once before. Mind you, I’m a 20 year old female with kind of a mix between a page boy and pixie cut. The hairdresser I had seemed irritated that I didn’t know if I wanted a one inch or two inch. Every time I tried to describe my past experience she seemed annoyed. Got a great haircut but damn. She was rude.

Very frustrated with the online app and the overall customer service here. I went online so I didnt have to wait and would be able to come right in. After I checked back to make sure i was signed in I came in to get my hair cut. Apparently my name was removed after a certain time I didnt know and now I have to wait 30 minutes. They did not take me once I came in even though I had already signed in. I have been coming here for years and always get a great cut but I am really upset with the customer service today.

Staff is ALWAYS friendly and fun. They seem to get along with each other and really enjoy working there. If my normal stylist is not available and I have another one do my hair, it is always done the same way as my regular stylist would do. I dont have to worry that Ill get a totally different cut and have to wait for it to grow out. Their attention to detail is also very appreciated. They ask you questions about how you want your hair cut and do not assume anything. Thats why I keep coming back and recommend Sports Clips to everyone I know to

The stylist that cut my hair was Erica. I received a horrible haircut. My neck was not trimmed properly, there are patches of hair left. My Cowlick is sticking straight up and not well blended after I continuously tried to tell her I want it cut down. The conversation was also very inappropriate I did not need to know about her smoking cigarettes what she referred to “cancer sticks” overall poor haircut. Wouldn’t recommend her.

The staff was very friendly and welcomed each new customer as they came in. However, the online list was outrageous! She told me with all of the online customers it would be an hour wait, however, I was called in about 25 minutes. This needs to be looked at so the online checkins do not hold up the incoming customers even though most decided to stay anyways.

Clean, easy, and quick. Staff did a great job with having a water advisory in Rock Hill not allowing them to do MVP or Triple Play cuts.

Will NEVER come to this location again. Checked in online at 3:45. There was a hr 15 min wait. I got there at 4:50 & Was 19th in line when i arrived.... My son went in the chair at 5:15 and literally didnt get out of the chair until 6:15..AFTER they closed! People that didnt even sign in online was in and out before us! The girl obviously did not know what she was doing at all. Had to call 2 other stylist over.. And he did not have a difficult haircut at all... Also cut it VERY choppy, i had to go to GREAT CLIPS to have them fix it. And was i offered a discount??? Nope!! Never again!!
