Very nice people! Did great work on my husbands car!

Called for a quick quote on a side view mirror after being told id have to wait 1.5 weeks to be seen by another local shop. Not only were they friendly, they also squeezed me in to quote me, did everything they could to save me money on the part, and got me in and out in 30 mins max. Im so thankful for the staff here. They really are amazing!!! I wont go anywhere else!

After hitting a deer earlier in the year, I called Toms based on my insurance companys recommendation. Buffy had me come in for them to look at it even though she was honest that they were booked out several weeks. Everyone was genuinely nice and concerned about my safety (even though the car was totally drive-able). I felt totally at home and taken care of during my visit. They referred me to another shop in the area to see if they could work me in faster. Tom even offered to work me in if the other shop couldnt get to me within a week - I believe his words were something like you dont need to be driving 3 kids around in a damaged vehicle. I ended up having the work done at the other shop since they could get me in the next day but I can tell you that if I ever need work again, Toms will get my business.I called back after the other shop finished to say thank you and also to get their recommendation on a good mechanic to look at a used vehicle were test driving this week. Without hesitation, Buffy asked how the other shop had done on my car

Amazing customer service. Buffy is absolutely wonderful! She kept us updated on everything. Absolutely wonderful attitude and personality. I hit a dog and then was hit by another car, my front bumper was in bad shape. They did an exceptional job on my car. Looks amazing!!! And when I finally got it back, it sparkled like a diamond! I highly recommend them. They are worth it!

My car was damaged by a towing company and they sent me to Toms Body Shop. The experience was GREAT! It is a real business, run by real people. Buffie was so kind and thorough while explaining everything to me. She double checked all of my parts twice before placing the order and even worked around my schedule so that I could arrange a rental car! I had some unrelated paint issues that they cleaned up for me at no extra cost! They were so fast and so nice, really worked with me and I would recommend them to anyone!

I had a small body repair and paint match job that needed doing on my 2008 Honda CR-V, I based my decision to go to Toms from reading the reviews on the internet, Bruce gave me a very reasonable quote on the repair and did an absolute perfect repair, blend and match on the difficult metallic glacier blue paint, I would recommend Toms for a quote to anyone needing a professional job done correctly, very pleased.

A great experience. Straightforward estimates, great work on the bruised rear clip and matching paint to the fender. Great communication. Ill go back if needed.
