I lost the number of the person who usually does my mowing. Finally I logged on to Plowz and Mowz. It seemed pricey at first, but that is only the first job, depending on your needs as well as the frequency of requested service, the price decreases and is reasonable. My front and back yard were mowed, and sidewalk and walkways edged up. You can log onto the application and fine detail what you need for your home or property, such as mowing, yard cleaning, mulching, pet clean-up, snow plowing, and more. They were punctual, professional, and answered all of my questions. No debri in yard when the job was completed, and most of all a picture is taken and sent to you to show the work that was completed. I was home but only because I wasnt sure if service would be reliable, and it was. A plus is, if you have specific instructions or questions, you may upload a picture of your property. I didnt need support, but there is customer service available through the app, website, and via telephone. I have yard cleaning that I will request next in addition to my every 14 day mow (which will be 2/3s cheaper). I hope that they perform as well. If so I will use for more of my landscaping needs and winter snow plowing. I would recommend this service. I do not regret what I paid for service, I got my moneys worth.

This is a poorly run service. I have been waiting for 3 days for my lawn to be mowed. They keep pushing the date of service out further and further with more and more excuses. Today, they finally said the provider assigned to my job can not do it and they are trying to find another provider. Customer support is no help. Do not use them.

I needed yard work completed before I started showing my house. I completed the transaction on 5/23, and as of 6/3, it has still not been completed. There has been no communication from the company, or support about getting the work completed. I would not use them ever.

Needed someone for lawn cleanup and mowing. Experience using them was great ... easy to schedule service and was very pleased with the end result. would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing lawn care.
