Used Kyle for leveling ground for an above ground pool. He was awesome. He worked my project in and was flexible with scheduling after some tree removal had to happen first. I will definitely recommend to others.

We were in need of a 6 foot retaining wall around the back of our garage. Meyer was one of 4 companies we called for a bid. Not only did they return our call promptly but Tim and Ryan came out to assess the project within 48 hours and we got the bid 3 days later. When other companies were booked out 4-5 months to start our project, Meyer was able to fit us in in 3-4 weeks. Our project took them 7 days. In this time they brought in equipment and materials, built the retaining wall, graded the ground around the wall, added sod, installed approximately 50 plants, repaired and replaced edging, and helped with our irrigation system.... and they cleaned up well before they left! The crew of gentlemen were friendly, knowledgeable, and worked hard! They also started a step by step process to rejuvenate our lawn including dethatching, aerating, seeding, and fertilizing. Communication with Ryan from start to finish was excellent. He was on top of everything with timely and honest information. We would highly recommend Tim, Ryan, and the rest of the crew to anyone looking for a great company to perform any kind of lawn and landscape project.

I have called this business 3 times (May, June and July). In May I was able to speak with a gentleman who said he would have someone call me back to schedule a consultation/estimate. I never received a call back. Ive left two messages asking for a return call. No response. I even submitted an online request in August for service thinking maybe that would be easier if they were experiencing staffing troubles during these times. Still havent heard from them, 4 months later. Very disappointed. I had heard good things about Meyer Outdoor but I will not choose to use their company, even if they do EVER call back.

Was looking for someone to do some landscape work around my home to take care of water drainage problems. Requested online and heard back quickly, someone came by a couple days later and talked over some options and looked over the property. They requested I have utility companies come and mark my utilities on my property so they could get and idea on where they could dig and give a better estimate. I told him it would be a few days, It ended up being a couple weeks before I could get the utilities marked. Once that was done I called the gentleman who was out previously and left his card with me, he stated he would be able to stop by the next day and take a look. The next day came around and nobody stopped or called. I cant recommend this company because they never came back or reached out after they said they would.

It is now August and Ive been waiting since April for an estimate for lawn mowing. I talked to Veda about it when she looked at my yard, Ive emailed, called, left messages, spoken to people, but nothing has been done. My yard is atrocious, and I feel sorry for my neighbors for having to look at my overgrown lawn every day. This company sounded good up front, but the way theyve ghosted me is atrocious.

We had EXTENSIVE water problems, flooding in our back and side yards, and at times so much so that our window wells would fill up and push into the basement. Every big rain brought on acute anxiety for us, so I reached out to Meyer Outdoor Services for help! Tim and Ryan came out, listened to us, walked the yard and then did their research. The next big rain, they came to assess the property IN THE POURING RAIN so that they could get a first-hand account of the situation. After that, they developed a tiling plan, installed it and our water problems became a distant memory! THANKS TIM AND RYAN (and all the guys that worked tirelessly on our backyard)! We appreciate you!

I called to get a quote at the height of the their busy spring season and they were able to get me what I needed within two days. Their price was lower than their competition. I hired them for the season and so far it has been flawless. Thank you for helping keep my lawn and landscaping the envy of the neighborhood. :)

Best experience from start to finish. We had trees trimmed, a trees/shrubs pulled and complete landscaping done with Meyer Outdoor Services. The suggested tree/plants/shrubs are beautiful. The communication was great through out. Everything was also done on a timely basis. My yard has never looked better. I highly recommend Meyer Outdoor Services!

I am so thankful I found Meyer Outdoor Services! They are extremely professional and caring! I hired them to do snow and ice removal this winter. They have responded quickly to my service requests every time—this week they came and dug our van out of the snow within hours of contacting them. Their equipment does a great job and leaves an ice-free driveway. They even hand shovel in areas that they can’t get to with their special machines. I appreciate everything Meyer’s is doing for us to help us be as snow and ice-free as possible this winter!

Called Meyer twice once to request a quote for services and a second time to follow up since I hadnt heard back. The gentleman that answered the phone was pleasant and advised that I would receive a call back with a quote for services. On the second call 2 weeks later, the same gentleman answered the phone, again pleasant. I advised that I was following up since I hadnt heard back from anyone. He made it very clear that he only answered the phone and was unable to provide an update and suggested I continue to wait. Its now been over 3 weeks and still havent received a call. I eventually hired another contractor. Heres the kicker, the property that we rent already uses Meyer for fertilization and spraying services. In fact they were just out this week to complete that service. I just figured that since they were already providing services for the property they would also love to have my business for mowing and trimming for the summer. Apparently not. Unfortunately I cant recommend Meyer due to the poor customer service I received.

Excellent customer service and attentiveness to the task from the first phone call to the completion of the job; Ryan even stayed in a torrential downpour to ensure the work was completed on time and our yard was not left in shambles. We are very pleased with the work done and will continue to call Meyer Outdoor Services with all of our future needs.

Not sure if it helped my weed control

After Meyer Outdoor took care of my snow removal for several years, a friend told me that he could take care of me without any problem. I thought a lot about it but since I thought it was my friends job, I cut ties with Meyer and gave the job to my friend. You know the story. No texts, no phone calls, no snow removal. I called Tim Meyer and asked if I could possibly get my services re-started. He was very kind and said “No problem.” Meyer outdoor services to the rescue! It’s been a couple long snow falls and a couple complete snow removals and all I can say is thank God I can depend on Meyer Outdoor Services!

Needed to have some logs and brush removed that had accumulated over 5 years. The crew that was sent was fantastic. Very professional and customer service conscious. It runs from the owner on down. I highly recommend if you need any outdoor yard work, don not hesitate to use these guys.

Called couple times to get a quote no answer, finally got a hold of someone and he hung up because he supposedly couldn’t understand me. Never got a phone call back. Won’t be using their services.

Yesterday, Sunday, after the blizzard, my teenage daughter and I spent 8 hours shoveling the snow from our sidewalks and our cars that the plows had buried up to their roofs on the street. I dont have a driveway, so if I dont move my car every twelve hours, I get a ticket from the city. By 8 pm, I was in tears because I was in a terrible amount of pain, I was very weak, and we had only managed to free one car. My poor daughter was exhausted because she was trying to do most of the work to save me the work. I saw Tim out plowing the parking lot across the street. I explained that I was a single mother, and that I have a rare genetic muscle disease and I was just desperate. He not only zipped over and plowed a mountain of snow from around my car, but then he got out and hand dug out the rest for me. I was so grateful I was nearly in tears. There was so much snow, we never would have gotten it done. You have my eternal gratitude for your kindness Tim!!!!!

I own a duplex that needed to be plowed by 9. I normally do it myself but had to go into work early today due to the storm, so I contacted Meyer Outdoor Services for the first time at 6:30am. Within minutes I got a reply theyd be on the job. My long driveway and sidewalk was completed within an hour and they even shoveled around one of my tenants cars since they forgot to put in the garage. Great first time experience with this service and will definitely utilize them in the future because of efficiency and reasonable price. Service like this isnt always easy to find. Thank you!!

The staff at Meyer Outdoor Services has been so great to us. It has really saved us a great deal to have them come in and take care of our lawn for us.

Meyer Outdoor Services really does an outstanding job keeping my lawn looking nice and my driveway plowed in the winter. Ive used other companies in the past, but Meyer Outdoor has been by far the best to work with when it comes to customer service.

I normally dont write reviews and tend to give more than necessary leeway with companies like these. That being said, Im not sure what to say other than I am really not impressed with the customer service. Took days to get an initial estimate out and a follow-up call from myself, which they didnt even come to meet with us to discuss or evaluate my lawn concerns; we wanted de-thatching completed. Once we did get the estimate and it was accepted (may 24th) weve yet to hear a single word or have seen them complete the task... Like most lawn care companies in town, they are hard to get a hold of and/or never return calls in a timely manner. Tim was friendly on the phone but I cant just sit around waiting for you to complete the task.
