Don’t be fooled by the tacky blue sign outside of the apartment building advertising remodeled units. Only a few are remodeled and the rest of the tenants in 1980s era units pay the same overpriced amount as the remodeled units. Every single “upgrade” to the property is paid by the tenants through increased rent. Decorative rocks around building. $30 extra. New siding. $60 extra. Potted plants at entrance. $20 extra. Floor rugs. $10 extra. All of these items are cosmetic and serve no purpose other than overcharging rent and lining the owner’s pocket with more money at the expense of people who do not live his lavish life.
This is one of the worst apartments you can live in, the manager is so unprofessional and rude. She will lie & manipulate you, and turn everything against you. I had a certified service animal and a doctors note stating I needed her, she sat there and told me that I couldn’t live their with her after me living there for 4 months, when my dog was doing nothing wrong. The 8 months that I lived in these apartments it was drama with the land lord and something was always going wrong in our apartment and was never getting fixed after asking multiple times. We never were getting a 24 hour notice when the maintenance would come it was always an hour or 2, we all worked full time and needed more of a notice then that. If we weren’t there when he was there then it turned into our fault that the things couldn’t get fixed. A month before I moved out I was forced to either have my dog leave when I wasn’t there or when someone was entering the building to look at other units, again she was certified. I would highly recommend finding a different place to live with more respectful management.
Absolute trash
