I chose the Marion Apartments because they were reasonably-priced, offered short-term lease options (3 months!), and because they were fully furnished units, with all utilities (+ cable + internet!) included. It was a great choice - furnishings were nice enough, and units were newly remodeled (new appliances even). Kari and Jared are both great and very attentive, they communicate well via email/phone, and they offer the ability to pay online. All in all a great option (and a convenient location) for affordable housing. Only downside (for me) was the lack of covered parking. I dont like to park outside in the cold and snowy Rochester winters!

If youre looking for high quality, low cost housing with flexible leasing options, then these are for you! Ive lived in two of their buildings (The Parker and The Marion) and both have been wonderful experiences. Friendly and attentive staff, fast maintenance, and so many amenities! They really do an amazing job of creating comfortable and homey apartments in convenient locations.
